Jon at AT&T does a phenomenal job. He patiently answers questions and does whatever is in the customers best interests.

I just happened to be in Berea after dropping off my cousin at the airport and I realized that I needed to get a new cell phone and notice that there was an AT&T store I stopped in and I was more than pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Gwen and Jack and Im really happy about my new cell phone I would recommend that anyone that happens to be in Berea and needs a new cell phone make sure that you stop in the AT&T store and ask for Gwen and Jack Im so pleased with my service Im going to be buying them lunch real soon!

Every time we have gone to an AT & T store (not this one) we have never gotten out in less than 2 hours. Gwen sold us a new phone and switched over another one in less than 40 minutes-would have been quicker if I could have remembered my pass word. she was very professional and understanding.Would give her 10 stars if I could

Very disappointed with this place. Im actually shocked that they dont have a lower Google review over all rating.As I was asked to leave this evening, I was wondering if they were actually a Verizon store that was undercover with a mission to destroy AT&Ts credibility.I arrived at about 5:30. The sole employee was busy trying to help a group of 3 people. She immediately greeted me by yelling at me this gone be a bit. So I hunkered down and walked around the store for the next 45 minutes as I listened to her struggle to help the group ahead of me. At about 6:15 the employee asked me to leave and come back tomorrow. This was 45 minutes before the store was scheduled to close at 7:00.Its not a good feeling because I was there to switch a phone to my newly established business account. This obviously makes me regret choosing AT&T and leaves me wondering if this is the level of service I should expect for myself and my employees moving forward.

Stopped in a few days ago with some questions, and ended up with a lot of misinformation. Staff needs better training on whats available, and be upfront about what they offer. Do yourself a favor, go online before you hit the store and do some research on your own. I understand they are in the business of trying to upsell, and push higher plans, but its really off-putting when you have information coming at you a mile a minute. Some of which was flat out wrong. Went to the Strongsville store and was taking care off. I was not without its issues as well, but better overall. Know your plans and what you are selling, its kind of the job and not that complicated.

Staff was very helpful with setting up my new phone greeted me as soon as I arrived, very fast and efficient service. Were able to switch my information from my phone to the new phone very quickly and was very satisfied with the service.

Mike and Kyle were so helpful (and patient) as I had had my phone completely die, and I needed a new one right away. Mike spent a lot of time helping me, and he was so kind as he did. Thanks, Mike and Kyle!

My family switched over from sprint to at&t this past November. The store manager at that time was Sam. We have had numerous problems with billing and service interruptions from the beginning. Tonight we went to the store because once again our phones were cut off due to no fault of our own. We arrived at 5 minuets to close and were told that Sam is no longer employed there. The new manager, Geo Herlelandy, took over an hour to help restore our phones and start to fix several other issues we had. He is knowledgeable and patient and pretty much restored my faith in AT&T.

Abigail and Jason went above and beyond helping me learn how to use my new phone.

I’ve been a ATT customer for over 10 years. I recently upgraded with 2 iPhone 8 & the old manger Sam completely ruined our bill & was charging me for 800& a month. Went in & spoke to the new manger geo ! He was helpful & so attentive . Made the right changes & now I’m one happy customer. Thank you soo much !

Best store around. They take their time, they have personalities and know what they are doing. My family and I love going to see this store over other locations because they listen to me and get me what I need with little wait time. They even offered to set up my car Bluetooth. Thats service! Wanted to purchase Iphone 7 on cyber Monday, needed to speak with store rep but no one answers the phone at this location. Went to Bestbuy instead, they have great deals check it out!

Not impressed. Came in with a problem involving my new phone. Only one guy in the place, and he lost interest when I said that I didnt get the phone at that location. He proceeded to try and sell a new smartphone to an elderly couple. I left after waiting around in an almost empty storefront for 15 minutes. I went to a different AT&T store and was helped in seconds.
