This is the best place to go to get work done. David is always straightforward and very attentive. I like that I don’t have to wait all day, if it’s going to take a long time they always tell me beforehand so I can make arrangements. This place really cares about their customers and the reputation. Highly recommend.

The folks down at tire engineers are good people. My oil change was finished quickly, and done professionally. The waiting lobby is very large, with a huge TV, and plenty of refreshments. How often can you say, getting an oil change was enjoyable? 5/5 for me all the way! They have made one more recurring customer

Came in for a oil change and was done within 30 minutes. Love this place.

Got in for an oil change and a tire patch. The guys were nice and helpful. (Nice for someone like myself that is auto-illiterate) Went, got groceries, voted, and was back within an hour or two and my car was ready.I got the synthetic oil, have to have it, and it was $10 more than their normal ($35, I think) oil price. The patch was $15/$20. Something like that.

Good experience about a month ago

I had a lawn mower tire mounted on a rim. They were reasonably priced and courteous. I had to wait a bit, but I expected that since I just walked in off of the street. The technician was great about social distance, and the waiting room and restroom were clean.

These guys are the best they are sweet and professional. I will continue to use them and I will recommend them to anyone I know!

Stopped in with low pressure in front passenger tire. Was told there would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. Drove down the street to Tire Town and they took care of me.I understand appointments and taking care of those customers but there should be flexibility in service to handle emergency type situations.

Ya gotta answer the phone to get business. Answer your phone when you forward it to your cell. I bought 4 Continental DWS from tire rack instead and paid Tire town to put em on.Yep, thats 650 bucks worth of tires you could have sold me.

I made appointment to have alignment and tires balanced and rotated due to a shake going down the hey. I got there at my appointment time and they were ready for me. No waiting! They were honest and told me I didnt need alignment (never had a shop not sell me on a different service. It always seems they talk me in to spending more money)which saved me money. Who doesnt like to save. I will be back for any auto needs I may have.

The fine men at Tire Engineers will help you with all your car mechanical needs. They have everything from oil changes to brakes. Every time I have come in to get one of my cars worked on they have been kind and helped me get just the right part for my car. I highly recommend them. And they are affordable too!

Highly unprofessional and not willing to work with those who are taking precautions against covid-19. Wouldnt allow me to pull my car up so no one was entering my vehicle while I saw the technician wearing the same gloves going in and out of cars, touching paperwork, keys, etc. I took my business elsewhere where I am respected of my wishes as a customer.

In the past I always used Tire Town, but the past few visits it were as if I were a burdon versus a valued customer.This time I needed mechanical work as well as a tire repaired so I stopped by Tire Engineers to check out their business.I decided to give them a chance and I DO NOT regret it in the least.Their turn around time along with their professional attitudes and business type sense of humor are beyond belief.They make you want to pay them to perform the work because you know they have earned it.To EVERYONE at Tire Engineers Thank You and God Bless you all!!!

Had a problem with my vehicle on Saturday call them up and they were open. We were passing through and came off the interstate and they took us in with out an appointment. Fixed our van with in and hour. Great friendly staff and accommodating. Thank you Guys and gal for getting us in.

These guys were awesome! They were honest and incredibly helpful. I was driving from Texas to ohio and my cars engine light came on. I was directed to this establishment by an extremely nice gentleman. They looked at and tried to fix my car. When they determined the problem, they admitted when it was a repair they were uncomfortable with due to the age and model of my car. They sent me to the Ford dealership down the road and didnt even charge me for their time. I am truly grateful to these gentlemen.

Had my oil changed here on my wifes 2016 GMC Yukon. Better pricing than at the GMC dealership and MUCH faster service. Didnt have to worry about making an appointment like I do when I used to take it to the dealership. Highly recommended!

Robert was very professional and the service was great. Spent about an hour getting new tires put on my truck.

I took my car in for a simple rotation. The guy said the back passenger tire was really out of alignment.All tires had about 50% tread remaining. I drove the car for another 1100 miles and the back passenger tire was completely destroyed, you can now see the belts. This was an European car. I think maybe if you have a Ford or Chevy maybe these guys are okay, but if you have a foreign car I really think that is beyond their skill set. So now a trip to the dealer to spend $800 for an alignment and a set of tires.

Tire engineers fixed a problem that another mechanic screwed me on. I payed thousands to Honest Automotive thousands and they didnt fix it. I payed Tire Engineers less than a hundred and fifty and ran like a top. Very highly recommended and Im picky.

I took my car to tire engineers to have 2 new front tires mounted and balanced. They were quick, the guys at the counter were professional and helpful. About a week later I went back to get the 2 rear tires mounted and balanced. Again, quick service, the guys at the counter were professional and helpful. This was on Saturday. On Monday my wife noticed a lug nut missing on the FRONT passenger side, its been almost 2 weeks of driving now. All lugnuts were on the vehicle when I took it to them, I know, I just put brakes on front and rear the day before the front tires were installed. So, I checked the torque on the lugnuts, each wheel had 3 lugnuts OVERtorqued(could break the lugstud) and the other 2 lugnuts were very loose, evidently loose enough to fall off. When they installed the rear tires, they gouged one of the wheels about 1/3 of the way around the lip. This is very poor workmanship and quality of job performance. I cant trust them to perform service on my vehicles anymore.
