Such a wonderful group of people. My daughter and I were stranded on our way to Minneapolis from Arkansas when our transmission went bad, It was a Friday afternoon and we were stuck! There were no hotels and NO CARS to rent anywhere! The owner and his daughter made sure sure I got a ride and helped us to find a hotel after calling 8 places (there was a softball tournament) so no hotels and no cars to rent. We finally found a hotel about 30 mins. away from the shop and these people drove us to the hotel, They ordered the part and our car was ready by Tuesday. Thank you for your KINDNESS!!!

I had a leak develop from the rear of the transmission when I was traveling. I was just going to keep adding fluid tell I got back home but I saw Benton transmission on my way to the store. Figured I would stop in and see what it would cost and most importantly how long as i needed to be on the road heading home the next day. After a short talk they pulled my truck in to just take a look free of charge. After the inspection they informed me of the price and it would only take an hour or so. Well I’m extremely happy with their service and prices. I have made the 1700 mile trip home and the seal is still dry and transmission levels are perfect. I will be moving into the area in about a year or so and this will be my main shop for repairs. Thank you again Benton transmission!!

I dropped the vehicle at 9. I heard nothing from the company all day. At 3:30, I called them to find out that the vehicle had not been looked at.I had called to let them know that I would be bringing the vehicle to them on a particular day. Unprofessional. Will not use again.

Worked on my Jeep Cherokee and all it was was a 50 cent item and they told me they felt bad but they had to charge me $200 for a 50 cent item but it took them a week to figure out what was wrong yeah theyre good people

Did repair work for us recently and did not charge us for warranty claim on battery.

In my experience the bigger the city the harder it is to come by but the folks at Benton Transmission make you feel at home! Thankful for these guys! Went in thinking I needed to pay $77 more for my transmission flush and walked away only paying $77 less than I planned! They actually said, with HONESTY, that my car didn’t need the entire flush. To a single mom who makes $77 go a long way, I am beyond thankful they took time to not take what money I have! This place is absolutely great!!! They have wonderful customer service and nobody is beating their prices and quality. Greg who is their Master Tech is also great and takes the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle.

Great service and the nicest people. Went in for a front end alignment. While there, they did a free inspection on the truck and found the belt was cracked. Got everything fixed and back on the road in no time without draining the pocketbook. would recommend you give them a call when you are needing repairs.

They have always done a little more than necessary and stood behind their repairs. A mechanic you can trust is a blessing and I trust them.

I priced another repair shop just to make sure that I was getting a fair price (because I know nothing about how much these things should cost) and not only did Benton Transmission price under the other shop by $350, but they also talked with me about all of my concerns. I found this to be a family owned an operated business that I love! I have found my new peace of mind vehicle repair shop!

We were prepared to buy a whole new transmission. But it was only a part spent a little over 270.00. They were so nice! They also got it done in one day!

For about a year I have taken all of my vehicles to Benton Transmission, Personal and Commercial. It is always on time and that is important to me, because I think my time is important. I also choose to drive all the way from Little Rock, passing many other options along the way, because I trust the service I am going to receive at Benton Transmission.

Had my transmission done there and it went out in only 20,000 miles. I took it back and we agreed upon a price to fix it again. When i went to pick it up they wanted $200 more than the agreed on price. When i questioned them they said i could just leave the car if i didnt want to pay the extra $200 and threatened to call the police. When the father ran the business it was great. But family has taken over. They do not keep their word and do bad work. I do not recommend.

They will not stand behind the products they use and will give you the run around when trying to get answers about warranty. Said they would contact a mechanic that had to fix a part that failed from a repair that was under warranty from Benton Transmission, but they never did. Took 4 days of repeated phone calls to Benton Transmission before they finally said they would not provide a warranty because we were out of town on a trip. If you want someone who provides a real warranty, go to someone else.

When I moved to Benton in 2015 I certainly needed a good shop to service my truck and I went to Benton Transmission who over the years has taking care of my every need and very reasonable on the price i’m back again today September 24, 2019 in need of repairs and found they have restructured and as a X mechanic and visiting with staff I am very excited to know that I am in good hands I recommend this establishment to anyone in need of their services

Keeps your car longer than normal. Takes off before finishing. Wont explain why it takes forever. Puts others ahead if dont want to fool with it.

Man I’ll never go to them again I’ll never refer no one to this bs basically I got ripped off my car shakes as I drive even when I stop at a light sign or whatever I told them I need to get that fix also my driver side window and fan for my ac in the front vents but the priority is the shaking of my car these fools fix everything but the shaking and charged me 497 and some change for something they didn’t fix and I took it back the next day told them it’s still doing the shaking and the call me around 4 and ask me what was it doing and I told him for the 2nd time what it was doing and he told me it was the idle air control valve and was trying to charge me a additional 216 to do that and the whole time my damn car was with them they didn’t fix it in the first place I’ll take my business somewhere they listen

I also had a horrible experience with Benton transmission. I actually caught one of their mechanics lying to me. I was pretending like I didnt know anything about engines and he tried taking advantage of that.I will say my truck does drive good and in the end they did a good job, but I had to take it to them twice. Also, the mechanic lied to me and tried to charge me for things that didnt need to be fixed.I will never take another vehicle here. Theres nothing worse than a mechanics that lies and tries to take advantage of people.

Didnt feel they were very knowledgeable, the so called state of the art technology was a machine they hooked up to my vehical & it said my transmission light was on, REALLY I already knew that LOL, also called to ask more questions & apparently only 1 person knows how to answer questions LOL
