Store is clean. All the stores Ive been too have pre disinfected carts available which is good in any case. Staff is very helpful and if they cant help you they will find someone who can. Many times I find things here that are not available at the other chain in town. If youre in the Benton Harbor store ask for Mel one of the seasoned employees (not the only one) that I know by name.

Who ever stocks your mortar and concrete section should be fired the skids are always empty and full pallets are high on the racks this has been the case so many times, it’s ridiculous.On to Lowe’s I guess.

Home Depot has become my store of choice. They always have staff to help. Checkout is fast and easy. For me, they are the number one big box store in the Benton Harbor St. Joseph area. Product selection is very good.

Good luck on finding someone who will help you without acting like you are putting them out. Staff would rather stand around and run their mouths INSTEAD of helping customer.

It was typical trip to the store. Got a few miscellaneous things that I needed for some home improvement projects. You are forced to check yourself out which I really dislike. Im not a cashier and I dont want to be one. Honestly I probably will never go back to the store as long as Lowes is in business for that very reason. Its bad enough that it takes me forever to find anything in the store because its not organized in a conventional manner if you ask me, tools are scattered all over the store, you can rarely find a cart and I dont like the quality of the lumber. Only thing that they have going for them is they carry Milwaukee and Makita power tools. Both are top of the line

Great Store Great Service many options and Choices for Multiple projects inside and outside.

Ordered countertops in March, measured in April and scheduled in June. Cancelled day of and I dont live at this location. Rescheduled for beginning of July, and cancelled day of again (Michigan Kitchen Distributors is their vendor). Called and spoke to someone (Mel) three times with no return call after supposedly waiting on management. Went in a worked with a great person, Matt Lowe who spoke to Alvina (manager of department) and was going to get back to me with compensation and reschedule. Three days later nothing so called again and was told they left a message which they didnt. Now Avina and store manager Chris is out this week (so Alvina left without resolution) and they have $5K of my money. Not happy. Truly feel no one would have ever called and ever will unless I keep calling. They should strive to get this taken care off and eat their margin, then take it up with their vendor.

Spend a lot of time here getting things for work. They got what you need and Al says some one willing to help

Recent purchase of Anderson Series 3000 storm door special order. Benton Harbor Store Associate Alvina was exceptonal in her product knowledge and her patience in answering our questions. She spent ample time with us while also taking calls and dealing with other customers and staff with the same friendly and courteous attitude. The customer service we received from Alvina was exceptional. Home Depot is fortunate to have her as part of their team.

I called several time to see if we could place in a order for drywall wanted to speak to a pro desk assistant but everytime I called they told me to call back after 1 becuase eveyone was at there lunch break or there were busy with other customers. Do you really want any business or you just dont want to take care of customers over the phone. It was very disappointing from this store not wanting to help someone out. Call ahead to see they have the item you need.This is a smaller home depot. I went here to pick up a Delta toilet that other Menards carry. The staff was friendly and nice. However this smaller Menards did not carry the same Delta toilet that the other Menards carry.It waisted some time. Nice staff and all though. Just call ahead so you dont waist a trip and time.

They definitely dont hire rocket scientist, took 3 guys to run a fork truck an half an hour. I did more of there work than they did

Dont buy an appliance from Home Depot. Not this one. Not another one. Its the main company that has a problem.They outsource delivery & install and when their contractor breaks something, Home Depot lets the contractor take care of it. And since the contractor has been paid by Home Depot and arent in danger of losing their service - they just ignore you.Mine was R.A.S. Logistics, but when I called to the complain, Home Depot initially thought it was a different contractor. So, no matter who they use, its the same old song. Youre out money, because Home Depot wont hold their contractors accountable. So youll have to hold Home Depot accountable instead.

I went into Home Depot in Benton Harbor, Mi yesterday to purchase a 4 piece kitchen appliance package that was on sale. I was very disappointed when I couldnt purchase the package because they werent able to get the range that was included. The same range was on the sales floor but I was told by the sales clerk that the manager wont allow floor models to be purchased. This doesnt make sense. What do you do with the floor models? Not only did they lose a large sale but they have lost a customer as well. You shouldnt run a sale for product that you cant supply. False advertising for sure!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Purchased 4 “new” appliances, paid for at time of purchase. First time they were to be delivered, they never showed up. Finally, Home Depot, 2 MONTHS after purchase, delivered and then 2 of the 4 appliances were damaged. And I’m told not to contact Home Depot but rather to contact the manufacturer. NO HELP at all from Home Depot. BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE. Wish I had known 2 months ago what I know now. I would definitely go across the street to LOWES or BEST BUY.

Honestly, I didnt want to even go into Home Depot. Ive avoided going in there for decades. I wanted nothing to do with them. But. The place that I have been going to, Lowes, has gotten so bad. Every lumber cart had stuff on them, and NO customers. Still, I relocated 2 sheets of drywall onto a cart with other stuff. Put my boards on & couldnt get anyone to cut them. Pitiful. Grudgingly I went to Home Depot in Benton Harbor Mi. Clean friendly service a pleasant place. I might go back.

Placed a pick up order several weeks ago.....5 items were out of stock at time of pick up. They were paid for. Waited several weeks with no notice of the restocked pieces. Went in for refund. Service desk was helpful and efficient in getting the refund. However, I need some plumbing parts. Could not find the fittings I needed.....AND I Could not get ANY HELP in the plumbing dept or from any depths close by. Ended up leaving and going to Ace Hardware. I where I was helped immediately and even took the time to show me my mistake I was making.

I really have worked real hard. I didnt understand I would fail in my work but still glad I did work really hard. So today as a person knowing she could I drove to town to pick up my door knob and closer thing.So I was checking out but really trying to figure out the process. And I had to laugh as this dum lady with me couching as If I needed help. Laughing and coulding go together. No mask is over the nose then we have a mast. Here is this girl me who cant breath. So think again about your need for not not coming clean. I am very dissiforted in the Hispanic native defending her. Not good for anyone

This Home Depot is serviceable. For the most part, I can usually find what Im looking for. But a lot of times I find myself disappointed with the selections and their lack of variety. It has had me going to Lowes in Benton Harbor more often, as Ive found their overall selection to be much better.

Benton Harbor Home Depot had everything I needed, accept metal studs for commercial walls. Then they promptly informed me that nobody in the county has them, that was nice of them. Offered to order, I figured something else out with wood. However I was able to pick up all of my other materials there, Dora by 90, corner bead, drywall screws to tap into my old work metal studs with my new work two by four wood stud patch, bunch of other things. Picked up a few new tools to, I Left My Home Depot store
