Terrible customer service. The paint was jet black and shiny. We wanted dark grey and dull. I called and explained the issue and he said “ yeah, it happens all the time.” No guarantee on the paint. He said he should’ve came in and got swatches. 1100.00 for paint (elsewhere)1000.00 for labor to repaint. I’ll get my paint somewhere else from now on.

PPG makes great paint--professional painters swear by it--but the customer service at this store was frustrating. Grumpy and unhelpful on multiple visits. Support a local company and buy from Miller Paint instead! They started in Portland in 1890 and still manufacture their paints there.

Manager was the complete opposite of helpful. I felt obligated to take my business elsewhere.
