Small Ace store with great customer service

Great neighborhood store with friendly knowledgeable help.

Wonderful employees, like the small town feel with lots of choices.

They had just what I needed and knew exactly where to find it. Quick and easy.

Not huge, but always seems to have what I need without going deeper into town. They do tend to close earlier than the other locations so keep that in mind.

I always love a visit to Ace. I can spend way too much time wandering around looking for stuff I didnt even know I needed. My dog even loves this place. He gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot... Granted, it might be because of the treats he seems to finagle out of the staff there.

Cashier kinda cheerful but kind of a #@$%^.I realize social distancing is in place. Fix the A/c it was very dark and stale. Atmosphere was like walking into a bar not a hardware store.

Good selection of everything

I have used Aces order online and curbside pickup twice now at the Newport Ave store. Both times I received everything that I ordered. If there is something you may need right away, this may not be a good option because the store is rather small and very busy. Therefore I think the orders placed online may not be filled quickly. But once again, if there are things that you dont need immediately, this is a great option.

Friendly staff and just about any hardware you might want for your home. Convenient west side location too.

Great place to shop, Its like shopping in your grandpas garage, if he had everything you needed and was coherent and organized enough to help you find what you were looking for. They really are helpful and friendly. You will be in and out before you could walk from the parking lot at a big box store. Try it you will never go elsewhere.

Nice place to get hardware items that is super convenient for the west side of Bend. I generally have found everything Ive gone in to look for from nuts and bolts to other non-specialty items. Staff is friendly and helpful and it is never too crowded. I hate having to go to Home Depot for two three things and having to wait 20 minutes in line to pay. Quick trips to Ace here on the West side are just that, quick.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a smaller store, but has a rather good selection of paint and all kinds of things you may need in a pinch (nails and screws, bird food, fertilizer, etc.). I also like buying plants there. The selection is modest due to the size of the store, but the plants are priced well and always successfully grow once planted.

Nice small store with a lot of what you need. The crew is nice and not hiding from you like they do at the big box stores. I like to support the smaller guys too.

Very polite and welcoming employees every single time I visit.They are knowledgeable about their inventory and make sure you get the help you need finding things!

Its an Asus hardware I put everything pretty much the same place so easy to find

A wide variety of products and a very knowledgeable staff. I needed help picking out some products and was pointed in the right direction and given all the information I needed. Just store in particular though is very expensive in comparison with other Ace Hardwares so just something to keep in mind if you can go to another one in another town thats cheaper that would be ideal. Clean restrooms as well.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Its like hardware used to be and should be. A great variety of just about everything.

I like that they usually have someone around to help if needed. The stores are small so easy to get in and out in a hurry.

Fantastic people! Jeff personally helped me remove spikes from track shoes. Needed a special tools & it was forgotten at home. He spent about 20-30 min removing them for me. Saved the day! Thank you kindly.

Was not particularly pleased with the short service counter person. Dark and stuffy. Luckily they had the 2 chairs I was looking for in crushed and ripped cartons.
