I love working with Standard Paint and Flooring. The staff are always helpful and willing to answer my many questions about products and projects. They take the time to make sure the order is correct and the product fits the needs of project. The people there are just great AND they carry top of the line products. Benjamin Moore paints are all no-VOC and their colors are tried and true. I also just used a non-toxic wood finish that they carry on a fence and it turned out great. Lastly, I love that Standard is a small family owned franchise and is as close to small+local as possible for paint options in Central Oregon.

Jennifer @ Standard Paint & Flooring in Bend is my GO-TO person for all my interior design needs. I am local Designer in Bend Oregon and she makes my job so much easier. They have great selection of wood, tile, carpet, paint and counter tops. It is my one stop shop for quality and service! I would highly recommend it for anyone remodeling or building a new home.

Jen was so helpful and really listened to our flooring needs. She is very friendly and nice and really knew the products.

Not sure what my wife and I did to get such horrific follow up from this business; but they have been terrible at communicating. We started with an appointment, selected countertops we were interested in, flooring and backsplash material. Took about 2 weeks to get a measurement, and another week plus to get a partial quote. Then we had to ask for the rest of the quote, which to this date (over a month later) has yet to come. Went into the store 2 times, walked around to double check the materials.......not once greeted or approached. I get it, Bend is busy, growing and labor is tight......and certain places think they have so much business theyll be selective in their own way. For starters, simple communication and follow up. We are spending 10s of thousands of dollars on a remodel project.......apparently, that isnt enough to get a simple quote completed. Shameful........we will certainly not go back to this business, for anything. Disappointing to say the least. Enjoy the business cycle folks.....but once we enter another slowdown, which will happen eventually, youll reap the rewards of the poor level of service you provided. Fortunately, their are a few other places that do get back to their customers in a timely manner. This business is not one of them. Shop around.......when someone arrogantly tells you they are soooo busy.....find another business that values you as a customer.
