What a great experience renting from Central Oregon Rental. From calling and discussing what I wanted to rent, to picking up the machines (Mike and Colleen go over everything and are a pleasure to work with), it was a great time for my entire family. We rented the YXZ 1000 and the X3 Turbo 1000, and both side X sides worked flawlessly! We were provided with maps, a battery jump starter, a small floor jack (secured in the cargo area when on the trail and both machines had spare tires), a tire repair kit and thankfully none of it was needed, but it was great to be prepared for the incredible terrain in Central Oregon.I highly recommend Central Oregon Rentals and will be back again to rent from them!

Rented a wave runner for my boyfriend’s birthday and we had the absolute best experience. The family that owns this business is so sweet. We’re local and it felt like they became instant friends. We’re excited about renting more since we don’t have space to store all the toys we want. Super quality machines and really excited to rent a boat later this summer and then snow mobiles in winter. Guys, youre the best ! My husband and I rented on February 7. This was our first time we rented one for two. We came from Portland and the weather conditions surprised not only us, our truck too. We had some temporary difficulties with the gearbox, but the guys who work as much as possible tried to help us. Our car started working and we were able to leave for this wonderful walk! I want to say a big thank you to the employees of this company, I had a lot of excitement, but your positive helped us make this day the best! Great experience. the UTV X3 1000 is a great machine w four seats and very stable for the two of us. machines worked great. echo what others write. they set us up just fine and sent us to a great place near Big Lake. good times for sure; lot s of varied terrain.

Our family rented two snowmobiles from Central Oregon Rentals for a half day adventure. Unfortunately, the chains we had purchased for the trip, and had pulled over to install about 9 miles from the snow park, did not fit the truck tires even though the manufacturers list said they would. We turned around and purchased another set of chains, this time a different brand also rated to fit. We were pretty upset to find out that these also did not fit our truck. By this time, we were two hours into our rental time with only three hours left. By the time we tried to get yet another pair of chains (and at that point who knows if that was even possible) we would only have less than an hour on the snowmobiles since we would have had to allow for an hour to get them loaded up and back to the rental shop. Because of all this, we decided to take the snowmobiles back and ask for a raincheck. I was really disappointed but when Central Oregon Rentals decided to honor our reservations another day instead, I was pleasantly surprised. I was really impressed by their kindness and empathy and willingness to ensure we had a good experience. We are booking our make-up day now and I would recommend using Central Oregon Rentals for any of your outdoor activities. They are a company who does the right thing and I really respect that.

We rented two sleds from Central Oregon Rentals over the weekend for a ride out to Elk Lake. The owners met us in the morning and gave us a thorough walk-around for the snowmobiles, really reassuring those members of our group who were less experienced. One of the snowmobiles had sustained some recent damage, but the owner had inspected it and assured us it was in good operational condition.When we got out the snow park and started riding, the damaged machine seemed to handle OK, but was making some strange noises. As we rode it became apparent that the rear suspension was not working properly; we were able to ride on trails but it was rough going over the washboard sections. We turned back early and noted when we loaded the sleds back onto the trailer that the rear suspension had broken during our ride.I contacted the owner and let him know what was going on; another employee was at the shop when we dropped the snowmobiles off and looked over and documented the issue. My primary concern was to make sure there was no suggestion that we had damaged the snowmobile. I asked for the owner to follow up with me.I received a call the next afternoon from the owner; he had reviewed his video of the damage from before our rental, and had reached out to the previous renter to inquire about their use. He had concluded that the damage to the suspension was not apparent before he sent us out, but that we had not done anything to cause it. He was very apologetic about us having to cut our day short, and thanked us for letting him know about the issues with the sled. He immediately refunded us the cost of the rental and asked us to come back another time and rent from them again.I understand that equipment like this sometimes breaks or wears out, and while it was inconvenient to have it happen during our rental, I am incredibly impressed by this companys professionalism and willingness to make the situation right. We will absolutely rent from them again, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. Thanks!!!

We had a great experience renting sleds from Central Oregon Rentals. The (2) 850s ran great and the conditions were excellent. We will be back!

This was our second year renting from COR. Year 1 was fantastic. Year 2, not so much. One of two the machines we rented was in an accident the day before and apparently the company didnt do a good once over and just sent the machine our the next morning with us. From the second the run started the driver was having trouble, but didnt understand what was going on, until we all got back to base camp and the guys inspected the machine closely, seeing a blown axle in the rear, on the same side the accident was the night before. Now it made sense what the machine was doing and why the driver was struggling. We called COR, they asked us to not take it out again and offered a full refund. Frustrating that our plans were pretty much wrecked for her day, we only do this once a year, nevertheless, we understood. Fast forward to the machine return, they changed they story and said that since we rode it that one ride, which we told them we did, they now only offered a partial refund. Totally not ok. It was not our fault that the company did not do its due diligence the night before, knowing the machine had been in an accident and had pretty extensive visible damage to the front end. The rear axle was totally visible once you looked for it. As a former happy customer, we are totally disappointed with how this was handled and in the future will not rent again based on this experience.

Looking for a boat, ATV, Side-by-side in Central Oregon? Central Oregon Rentals is the spot. I worked with COR to rent a boat to take out on Labor Day and their customer service is unbeatable. They not only helped me choose the right boat for the day, they also helped me find a truck to pull it to the lake (new car doesnt have a hitch). Their prices are incredibly reasonable, wakeboards were new and in great shape and all of the above contributed to an amazingly memorable day on Lake Cultus. Will definitely rent here time and time again. Couldnt recommend it more.

Very polite and punctual. A little on pricey side for boat but I was happy with the experience. We rented the 21 with wakeboard tower. Took it to lake Billy Chinook and ran it all day with no problems. He warmed it up for us and was thorough in explaining how everything worked. It fired right up at the boat ramp thanks to the warm up. He supplied all life jackets and everything we needed to have fun. Ive seen he rents other equipment too.

What a great family owned and operated rental company. My family rented 2 utvs and had an absolute ball with them. We had a complication with a flat tire. And they were so helpful and were johny on the spot bringing a new spare tire! I could not recommend enough. Will definately contact mike and his wife again when we are in the area!!!

We rented an RV a couple weekends ago and paid almost $700 for three nights and that was a lot for the condition of the RV. The RV was not as clean as we hoped and there were some things broken or not working as they should. The queen mattress was stained and looked moldy and the mattress pad was very dirty (looked like it had footprints all over it) so my husband and I had to sleep on the twin bunk beds because neither of us wanted to sleep on a dirty bed. The dishes were very dirty and we ended up having to buy paper plates and silverware. In the middle of the first night at about 1am we were woken up by the microwave beeping and once we determined that that’s where the noise was coming from the only fix was to unplug it and every time we tried to plug it back in to see if we could use it, the beeping would start again. There were also several windows that had the handles broken so you couldn’t open them. As a first time customer of theirs it was not a good first impression.

I recently reserved a trailer for the holidays but do to the pandemic I had to cancel and was treated above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely use their services from now on.

We rented a can am from them and the belt snapped on it. We were two hours from Bend and they drove all the way out to bring us a new rental and only charged me for one day! Awesome customer service and great place to rent from!

I have rented from this company twice now. The owner is very informative on his equipment and very friendly. The prices are hard to beat. I rented their enclosed utility trailers and they are in great condition. He is very flexible with pickup and drop off times and helpful with hookup. I will be renting snow machines from him this winter and expect I will get the same great service.

A good line of rental equipment from walk behind ditchers to excavators and tractors on trailers. Good people to help load and the equipment is in good condition. Weekend special allows Friday afternoon pick up with 8AM return for one day fee.

Great experience with Central Oregon Rentals. Camper was in good condition and owner was very flexible w the pickup and dropoff time (was slow time of the year). Some parts broke during our trip but owner was very understanding and did not charge us for repair! Overall very happy w the value and rental experience and will definitely rent from him again

Bad experiences- not recommended- you have to have pick up truck to take the trailer with atv- - and also is too expensive- you have to find the trailers by yourself- and they are only regular dusty road

First time renting and riding snowmobiles. Got a good overview of the functions, how to load/unload, and where to go (early April, nearing the end of snow season). The recommended sno-park and trails were great for first-timers, and renting the equipment was the easiest part of the day. Rental included snowmobiles on a trailer, sno-park pass, helmet and goggles; remember to bring your own gloves.
