Oh my goodness! Getting a cpap machine for me has been not an easy experience because I didn’t want one. It would have been so much worse if not for the amazing Jenny at the Bend NORCO office. She has been so patient and kind as I struggle to find a mask I can maybe live with that doesn’t make me feel like I am suffocating or claustrophobic. With my rare pain disease it’s been very difficult. What we thought would be the best was not what worked. Today we think we found what might be what works. But she never makes you feel like you’re putting her out or wasting her time. She makes you feel like you’re her top priority. And I love that about her! This is hard having someone who cares makes it easier.

Dont fully understand the low star rankings. Our cat only veterinary clinic opened early this year (2021) and while the Norco service can be a little gruff, the staff are helpful and provide good service. Today, I bought several new oxygen tanks as we are growing and the combo of price on the tanks plus a discount on initial fill-up made them as or more competitive than anything I could see online.

Norco has been easy to work with. I live 20 miles from the Norco facility and they often have my items shipped. The representatives have always been great to work with: friendly and efficient. They make me feel at home.

I want to give a shout out to Chris Lathrop! Chris found out that a family member of ours has health issues and went to work immediately to get the correct equipment needed to make him more comfortable and help him function better. What makes this even more noteworthy is that the family member lives in Medford, not Chris’s location in Bend. Chris is continuing to help using his expertise and knowledge. So, thank you Chris for your compassion and commitment!

Sent my best friend to collections after double charging his insurance. This company is relentless and unethical. Taking a man who is so disabled he cant breathe at night on his own to collections; wow, I sure would want to give them my business.

I called and ordered CPAP supplies. I was told that my insurance would cover to cost. The price before insurance was 359.20 for a F30 mask system, headgear and heated hose. Well I received a bill for 282.38. My insurance did not cover the full amount as stated. Not only that after doing some research I could of bought all items (same brand) online WITHOUT using my insurance for 163.00. When I contacted Norco they explain at the manufacture sets the price I find that hard to believe that the manufacture will set a lower price for one company and such a higher price for Norco. I only went to Norco because that is where I originally purchased my CPAP machine and they are consistently calling me to see if I need any other supplies plus they are local. I feel this is a little bit of price gouging on their part. I understand it is on me for trusting Norco that they would give me the best price possible and competitive to other competitors. I know now that this is not the case and I will be buying my supplies elsewhere. Norco had no interest in matching anyones price.

Left home without my CPAP, and didnt remember it until I was in Bend Oregon for a vacation. It was already 4:40 on Friday afternoon when I showed up at the Bend store which closed at 5. Fortunately for me, the staff at Norco was amazingly helpful. Rachelle Nichols and Jenny Dunning, thank you so much for your help, and for staying past your closing time on a Friday to help me out. One of the best experiences as a customer that I have ever had.

Fraudulent and liars. Charged both of my insurances full price for a CPAP. I called them out on it and they then demanded i pay in full 1300 for the device and wouldnt be charging my insurance anymore as it was too late to resubmit a claim. So they received payment from both insurances for 1300, and sent me to collections for 1300. Never do business with them. Go through Lincare

After more than a year of struggling to adapt to the change in my life needing to now use a CPAP and, after not meeting anyone that was willing to take the time and explain the options available in mask and the other technology, I finally had a bright spot happen in meeting Jenny Dunning, a clinical RPSGT at the Bend Office yesterday. Finally, someone not only well trained, but willing to take her time and share her knowledge with me. It was clear that Jenny really has the experience to think about her client as an individual with unique concerns and needs. Not only was Jenny able to answer every question I had, but was able to give ideas that, as of last night, have already changed my experience with this equipment in a way that made a significant and positive improvement in using it . Norco is lucky to have a member like her and so am I!

I had a CPAP orientation class today at the S. Hwy. 97 Norco in Redmond. Jenny Dunning, Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), from the Bend location led the session. She did a great job thoroughly covering info on sleep apnea, equipment how-to, mask fitting, additional resources, insurance requirements, replacement supplies, etc. Her hands-on approach to training/demonstrations was most helpful. There were three of us attending, and she took time to interact and answer questions throughout. I’ve had some dealings with other medical supply companies in the Willamette Valley that weren’t great, but so far, Norco has exceeded my expectations with their staff and responsiveness. Really looking forward to improved energy, fewer migraines, and overall better health using my new CPAP.

A family member of mine rented a scooter from Norco in Bend. This scooter is necessary for mobility while recovering from a major surgery. Norco did not make sure that the rented equipment was well maintained. The breaks do not work on this scooter. That is extremely dangerous, especially during these icey days. Without the ability to make the switch in person, we would need a working rental to be delivered. When we called Norco, we were told they would not accommodate an equipment switch delivery without a $25 fee. Since this is not the customers fault that seems very rigid. We are disappointed in how unprofessional and unhelpful Norco was in their inability to right their wrong. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I am dependent on my CPAP machine. It just quit working this Saturday morning. I called & was told by a technician that I would have a few uncomfortable nights until Monday morning. I have severe sleep apnea and my oxygen level drops below normal levels unless I wear my CPAP. This is not a convenience, it is medically necessary. In addition I have heart disease. If a medical, hospital, homecare company provides medically necessary equipment & programs it according to a physicians prescription, they should provide service 24/7 to keep that equipment working as the physicians prescription dictates. Medically necessary does not mean Mon-Fri 8-5. I am quite concerned about my welfare between now & Monday & very, very disappointed in this medical homecare, company.
