Had my argon tank filled and was charged a $22.00 hazmat fee on a 150 cf tank. Other companys tell me it should be about $4.00 to $6.00. I called and ask why and was told it must have been a mistake, I gave them the invoice number and confirmed the over charge, He told me he would have to check with his boss about a credit. Waited two weeks with no rely. Called again and was told the same thing Ill check with the boss and get back to you. Tried a third time, No luck and no call back. After a couple of months Ive given up and will just write it off as lesson learned. Im not a big account so I guess the little guys dont matter.
