This place has made a complete 180, came in about 4 years ago and was not happy at all but recently came in to try them out again for our homes remodel and everything looks better and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable! Glad I can be able to recommend a local store!

This place is well put together! They have everything from door handles, mirrors, fans as well as statues, coffee tables and little clocks. The people behind the desk know what theyre talking about and are very friendly. The products range from artesian crafted blown glass light fixtures to artsy metal fish wall lift sconces.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere on Earth. We ordered 3 lights from them (chandelier and 2 bar lights). Chandelier arrived and was fine. Was told wed be called when the 2 other lights arrived, within a week or 2.3 weeks later we never got a call, but decided that the lights wouldnt work so we called them and asked for the money to be refunded. They said no problem.A month later from them the refund had still not shown up. I called them and after being on the phone for 30 minutes with different people was told oh yes the money was refunded but it might still take a few weeks before it shows up back on our card.Another month later still no refund. Called again and after being on the phone another 45 minutes still no accountability, no apologies, just that oh yes they refunded us the money already and we should look closer at our statements to find the refund. REFUND NEVER CAME TO US.Another month later and we call again (wanted to go in person but just never had the time for us both to go in with the card) and it finally came to their attention that they refunded the money onto SOMEONE ELSEs card. So we first requested the refund in May, here its end of July and we still havent got our money back. With no apologies or accountability from them at all.Dont shop here you can find better lighting and customer service at Home Depot.

Sales staff was not helpful. Display was overwhelming. I was looking for replacement pendant lights for kitchen. Will go somewhere else.

Not very helpful service, selection limited to few very particular manufacturers means that usefulness is narrow enough that a visit would be time wasted.
