We were looking for a unique rug for our living room and wandered into Root Adorned. Erin and her team were amazing! They let us take rugs home, try them out, and even gave us advice on which way to position them. We only wanted one, but ended up with two (put one in our bedroom) because of the service. We were delighted to support Erin. She’s an incredibly kind soul with an eye for beauty!

Wonderful store with amazing service. They curate beautiful and healthy plants. But honestly I come back for the service. I was looking for their “creative” spray. They were out but kept me updated on the status. When it was in I did the transaction over the phone thank you covid and had a seamless pick up. Simply love this shop!

So many beautiful plants!! I absolutely adore this little shop and all of their art, plants, and decore items. The staff are really sweet and knowledgeable about every plant. Ive purchase some succulents, house plants and diffusers and have loved every single one. I highly recommend this shop. Their prices are fair and the plants couldnt be healthier.

Root Adorned is a beautiful oasis of treasures and plant life! There is a great variety of gifts too, across all the price points! It is so inspiring inside and brings out the green thumb in everyone! The owner is helpful and so knowledgeable about her plants! I absolutely love this shop and the customer service is 5 stars! During the pandemic closure, I was able to arrange for 2 gift pick-ups for very special people. I communicated what I was looking for and picked up amazing packages at the door that made me proud to deliver. Its a must see if you are local or visiting!

I make a point to stop in Root Adorned every time I am in Northwest Crossing. Erin brings in the most beautiful interior plants~ I have two and they are thriving! Her shop is FILLED with unique home goods. A perfect place to pick up a hostess gift or special gift for your friend.

For me, customer service is an art, and Erin is a master. She makes you feel welcome and valued, not only as a potential customer but more importantly as a person. You cant put a price on relationship and for me, she is the biggest attraction and asset of the shop, which I love.That being said, I have transformed my house with plants from Root Adorned, which are the finest I have seen anywhere in their uniqueness and quality. My house feels more alive and I love being home. Root Adorned has an extremely friendly environment, its always a pleasure finding a store that has such comforting vibes. I browsed a lot of the merchandise and theyre oh so intriguing, the rugs sold there are stunning as if they have a unique story to tell. Besides that there are SO many lovely miscellaneous items and plants to browse. If you ever find yourself around Central Oregon this interesting store is definitely worth checking out.

Ive been on a hunt for a Beni Ourain rug with the whitest possible background. After looking unsuccessfully all over Los Angeles (where I live), I stumbled upon Root Adorned online and saw a beautiful rug that was right sized. I called Erin and she was lovely. She felt confident Id be happy with the color and she was right! It was shipped for free and arrived very promptly (packed excellently with a nice note enclosed). If Im every in Bend, Ill make a special point to visiting the store.Leigh
