When pro rentals first started they were great. However it seems theyve gotten too big for their britches. Theyre counting on the Cali clientele $$$. Need I say more

We rent quite frequently from Prorental and they are efficient, friendly and tend to our needs. We had a backhoe break down on a work site and they sent a mechanic out there promptly and gave us a credit when credit was due. They are on the top of our rental list.Thanks Prorental!

Ive rented from here a few times. Just last week I had the best experience in regards to social distancing and health safety. They had a table six feet out from the counter were the staff were at. The credit terminals were on the table with hand sanitizer and when they had to hand me my paperwork and ID back they even used one of those long sticks that pick stuff up. Honestly theyre killing it there, thanks for keeping us safe and still being open so we can continue with projects! Also, the trencher we rented was so easy to use. Thank you!!

Not often does a company turn an unfortunate situation into a positive. Everyone makes mistakes and one was made here. Long story short, at pickup, some crucial equipment was not loaded and by the time we discovered it, it was at set up; 5:30 AM Sunday. In other words, nobody was open and we had 800 people arriving at 9. Consequently, we had to scramble, run to HD, spend $100s in equipment. When I returned the tow-able generator today, they were genuinely sorry. I was merely looking for a sorry and removal of the equipment we never got or used. They credited the entire bill (which wasnt small) and did so without me hinting or asking. Their manager, Lee, even talked with me for a while.In the end, they sincerely apologized, once again, and asked for future business. My organization and I will definitely be doing so, as Ive had too many other types of experiences to not. Customer service goes a long ways...

Great customer service - helped us figure out the best time to rent and return to get the maximum usage time and even when we were a little late turning in the piece of equipment, they were really nice about it and didnt charge us extra; which was really helpful considering we are on a tight budget. Great company!

Use WT equipment! I’ve unfortunately always used pro rental. I’ve had several machines break down and they’ve always fixed them and somehow given me a credit back. This time something broke and I had to argue with the boys at the front desk to get the smallest possible refund. Very unsatisfied, especially now that I just discovered how much cheaper WT is for the exact same equipment. Use WT!

I rented once from Pro and was going to rent again. But both times they messed me up by substituting other equipment for what Id reserved. When you walk into a business on the day you need equipment and they tell you that you hadnt reserved the correct equipment, or had reserved for a different day, you are in a word of problems. You have people waiting to use the equipment and Pro rented it to someone else. Ive switched to WT Equipment and their prices are much better than Pros.

Rented a walk behind trencher over the weekend that had a minor issue. Staff at Pro Rentals in Bend were very helpful, courteous, and professional and assisted with the issue in a quick and timely matter. I highly recommend renting equipment from Pro Rentals for whatever needs you might have.

Extremely poor customer service. Forced us to waste money on a trailer rental when we specifically told them we were renting one from Uhaul. On top of that they decieved us with the quoted price over the phone. Waste of time and money. If youre serious about doing business with professionals look elsewhere.

Friendly fast service. All there equipment that I have rented has been in very good working condition.
