While looking to purchase equipment for our farm, Bobcat of Central Oregon was more than willing to bring out demo equipment. When the equipment didn’t work, Wyatt was extremely rude and arrogant and charged us almost $2000 because we didn’t buy something that didn’t work. I have never been treated with so much disrespect nor have I ever had a company just reach over into my account and take out money without notice or even a bill or invoice. Terrible company to do business with!

Called this bobcat dealer today to ask a question about a bobcat I was having trouble finding. Barry proceed to yell at me, talk over me, and tell me how much he knows because he has been selling equipment for 30 years before screaming at me and hanging up the phone when I tried to calm him down. Yet through all his lectures, argumentative language, and boasting of knowledge he had no idea the answer to my questions about bobcat compact track loaders. He is an embarrassment to bobcat / doosan. Would never recommend anyone having to deal with him. No idea how he is even able to run a business treating people like that. There customer service is atrocious. Barry is by far one of the worst I have come across in my life. Based on my conversation with him today, buyer beware of you rent or buy something from him. Doesnt even deserve one star.
