After doing a few weeks of online research and visiting 2 other local tractor retailers, we recently purchased our first compact tractor from Don at Pape Machinery Ag & Turf and are extremely happy with our decision. Don was helpful in deciding how much tractor we needed based on the size of our property and expected uses. We purchased a 3025E and Don personally delivered it to us the same afternoon. Our teenage daughter has already become quite efficient at loading and dumping given its ease of use. We took advantage of the $0 down/0% financing and already wish we would have made this decision over 3 years ago when we purchased a small acreage property.

My 80 yr young Mom purchased a JD compact tractor through Don D in Bend. Shes amazing!! Don helped her with the entire transaction. He took extra time to explain things, answered all her questions, taught her how to operate the tractor and was very resourceful and informative with helping her choose attachments; only what she needed, nothing more. When my husband and I moved out from northern NY, weve been working with Don as well for more attachments. Jason and Jeremy in the service department are great guys! They went above and beyond what I expected on a major repair on my older JD 2040 and stood by their work when we figured out we hadnt got rid of all the gremlins running amuck quite yet. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and truly appreciate the level of service I received!

Dropped off a pressure washer to have the pump worked on the tech told me he couldn’t get to it later that day after the pressure washer sat for two weeks at the shop I went in to see if there was any progress done they told me they still hadn’t got to it and that there was a lot of people ahead of me. Very different story when I dropped it off ........I retrieved my pressure washer and took it somewhere else to get work done
