Walmart has some serious problems with customer service. They are trying to improve, but still, they are lacking. Chris, who usually answers the phone is the worst. Never smiles, is always curt and the bald guy is the same, curt and snippy, never smiles, lousy attitudes. Just really unpleasant people. It’s close to my house and stays open till 9. That’s the only reason I shop there. The rest of the Walmart staff is terrible too. Now that people don’t take bags they have to check your receipt, which is a hassle when there’s a line. Cashiers make a lot of mistakes. Everyone acts like they hate the customers.

Late night rush to pharmacy to pick up prescription, I was blessed & fortunate to get helped by Susie (the pharmacist). She explained to me that I might save some money off my prescription by going to a popular web-site (goodrx). She was right and saved me and my family a substantcial amount of money. Planet earth needs more people like Susie that dole out random acts of kindness.

Very poor service by a bald middle aged man with glasses. I had a Goodrx coupon which he refused to honor and he was very rude about it. I wont be doing business with this pharmacy again. By the way, there was a young lady working there that was trying her best to be helpful but the man mentioned above would not allow it.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever received in any pharmacy. I get it, working with the public isnt easy. But maybe you dont tell customers your insurance is cancelled when thats not true. Not even close. A 20 second call to my insurance and its all fine and dandy. Maybe you call and double check before forcing people to cash pay or leave. Over it Walmart. Always a hassle. Our family is switching all meds once and for all. BYE

I was trying to get my elderly mothers prescription refilled and the girl at the counter was the RUDEST person Ive EVER had to deal with (tall blonde girl with a s$&•*load of eyeliner on) I was the only one in line (that should have been a sign) and yet she was inconvenienced by having to [NOT] help me. Thankfully, I was able to get AMAZING & kind service from another store.

First of all the staff doesnt care. They didnt really try to understand what I needed or if they had what what I needed. It was a simple transfer to fill an rx while on vacation. I even provided the rx number and the pharmacy phone number for target. It was a common syringe. Thats all. It probably should have been 20 min. 1:15 min with no apology and after waiting in line again they realize they had not even moved it into a que to be filled. 20 min later they filled it. No apologies or explanation and they filled it differently for $8 instead of .89 cents at target. This could have been explained in the beginning if the tech had not been so irritated with taking my request and I could have filled it elsewhere.

Excellent pharmacy with great staff. Best Ive seen in Bend. Pharmacists are super friendly and helpful.

I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy staff member as I was today at Bend Wal Mart. Long story short the tech (short, bald, middle aged man w glasses) was extremely rude and condescending. Definitely not someone who should be dealing with the injured, Ill or elderly. Shame on Wal Mart for keeping people like that employed in positions where they are allowed to torment people who are already struggling to make it through The day.

Very fast in processing prescriptions and friendly employees.

I use this pharmacy because my insurance has a contract with Walmart that results in lower pricing.
