Always so busy, and short handed. But always do there best to help, fine with me even if I have to wait an extra 5 minutes. I mean who doesnt have an extra 5.

Worst experience at at any Walmart, ever. Came in at 3:30pm on a Monday and waited in the service center for 10-15 mins to return a defective purchase and no one came out. A woman in the back delivery area walked by and I got her attention, explained the situation and she said it “wasn’t her department and she couldn’t help me” and walked away. Another woman 5 or so mins later came through to the back, same response. Finally, I walked over to self checkout and the young lady called a woman over the radio to come to assist. This woman (now the fourth employee I’ve spoken with) told me that no one was in customer service for the rest of the day and that she couldn’t assist me and no one could process returns. I ended up walking back to the electronics department and finding a young man back there that could process my return. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable customer service.Judging by the state of the parking lot, it seems that isn’t the only issue here…

What do you say about Walmart its always an adventure going to that place without going into too much detail but fun .

Busy busy busy…but had the best employee helping me to get through a line

Terrible experience. Shelves were empty, but all the aisles were full of boxes, so much so that you couldn’t even walk through them! Couldn’t find anything we needed.

Out of all the big retailers in Bend, Walmart is the only store that always has the products that I need. I love continuity. I have OCD, ADHD, Bi-polar 1. Ii get stressed when I cant follow my usual patterns. I ride a bike, and I definitely dont mind going out of my way a bit for that continuity. Thanks Walmart!!!

Walmart is a wonderful store, they usually have the products that Im looking for and for a good price. If you find a product on their website cheaper than the product in-store theyll gracefully low the price to match the online price. I gave 4-stars because of the staff, sometimes the staff can be misleading directing you to the wrong area and sometimes there isnt even staff in their workplace.

Very nice Walmart and a wide selection of what you need. Everything is well stocked and easy to find. I always use the self checkouts and all of them worked well and efficient. Ive even use the money center at this location and the cashier is always nice and respectful.

Online order pick ups is wAlways so fast and easy

Go anywhere else to order your photos. I purchased photos online and went to the store to pick them up, they couldnt find them and their printer was broken, so came back a week later and they still cant solve it. I now paid Walmart over 2 weeks ago for absolutely nothing .

Some employees are pretty rude but the few nice respectful ones and prices are the reason I go back. Oh ya and we have no stores in our town lol

I live 99 miles from this center and I have to say that this place is essential, and so convenient for myself, and many others whom live in the same area as I.

My insurance wasnt working and Makayla helped me get it figured out. I appreciate her patience because I had a major head injury that makes all this very hard for me and no one had even attempted to help me and I cant do it all on my own. I am grateful for her. She gets five stars but because of the prior lack of help I give it a three. Thanks Makayla I appreciate you.

I don’t usually shop at Walmart but this was actually quite a pleasant experience. They didn’t have the booster seat we saw online on the shelf and they were quick to help find it. Even the lines to check out weren’t bad. Maybe this Walmart is unique or has great management but I’m very pleased with my experience. I hope it stays this way!

I love the variety and affordability of Walmart including a lot of their store brand products. However it seems that every time I go to Walmart and bend Oregon, only half of the self-checkouts are working, and theres only two or three at the most cashiers. I realize however that right now during the pandemic theres not many people working as before so I understand that part of the cashiers being less. I just wish all of the self-checkouts were working whenever I go. Ill keep going there I know lol but its just frustrating sometimes.

Huge! Selection is better than most Walmarts Ive been to.

Went to buy some groceries and a TV mount, only to come to find out the clerk didnt scan my stud detector or my level. Now you can get away with not using a stud detector but the level being missing forced me to come back. When i did come back only one register was open and the self checkout line was going into the aisles. Will do everything to avoid this wal mart in the future.Also a lot of empty shelves for some reason.

First Shake Shack experience. Got bacon cheese burger with...cherry pepper relish of some sort. A little spicy, I liked it.

Bakery and Deli still closed .The meat section not that much.The check out lines Yikes one register the rest self checkout. Oh yeah youll have to get a cart on the way in.Walmart has terminated all cart people.

Its just okay... Walmart used to be great now its actually kinda lame and not the friendliest or cheapest anymore.

Tonight we were shopping for a new kayak for the hubby. The displayed kayaks were limited we asked if we could see the ones in Backstock locked up they had a bigger variety that we could see. Shasta and her team jumped into action Spencer took us to the storage bay and we got to select a larger kayak in a beautiful manly color. 👍👍 tonight you have retored my faith in customer service.

I really like the prices at WalmartEmployees are always helpful & kindThe only criticism I have is the produce section I will not purchase any more from this dept. Looks like the items are the last of the bunch to be delivered to your store I will go to Fred Meyer to buy my produce until or unless youre produce changes greatly for the better

I was in the ale dept and the manager Chirsta completely ignored me, when I waited for help a girl named Chelsie asked me if l needed help. She didnt work in the ale depth but helped anyway.

Theyre all good. Didnt need much but found it and quick self check out.

Lake is really shallow, soft bottom, easy to walk through or around. Enough parking for everyone, yet not over crowded at all. Beautiful views all around! Lake is really cold from snow run off! But worth it! Only 30 minutes from Bend.

Store was clean, easy to find what I needed, and the cahier ACTUALLY counted back my change!!! Accurately!

This is got to be the most embarrassing store in Bend.If I could give it five negative Stars I would.You cant blame it on current events eighter (which would be nice because I dont like leaving bad reviews) it has been a sore spot here for quite sometime. Every time I come here and try to do any shopping I am immediately reminded of how bad this place is run I would rather drive all the way to Redmond to that Walmart any day of the week.

So, I really dont like Wal-Mart. However in Bend they had a gentleman greet us and made it my most memorable trip in years. Thank you.

I’ve stopped by the Walmart Supercenter on Pinebrook Boulevard in Bend while staying at the Riverhouse On The Deschutes while working in the area.This way I pick up items that I might need or want as I stay the week here.The store has an open feel to it and the selection of items is good. There are a lot of good options and the staff is very friendly and helpful.Nice large parking lot.Convenient location that is easy to see from the street.

This is the worst store ever. Every time I step foot in this horrible place I am filled with immediate regret. Their website says they have items in stock. I drive down and speak with 2 associates to find that its here but up in a crate and we cant get to it. I guess they have one forklift operator who hasnt been there in 4 days, and they could not provide a timeline as to when they would be able to access the merchandise. Days? Weeks? Amazon it is...

This one is well stocked, has kind staff, great prices.

The store was well organizer. It had several options for ketosis friendly cereal that I hadnt seen before too.

Helpful cashier. They did not carry clawfoot tub shower rod.

This was the cleanest Walmart I have ever been in. Prices on staple goods were exactly that of a Fredmeyer, but overall I will return.

Quite famous on weekends shop. And its not to terrible to pop in to grab an item or two using the self checkout. Outside of that, I would recommend some big shopping mid-week.

The Bakery. I special ordered 2 doz. Cupcakes. With WHIPPED FROSTING!! Got to our family celebration and they were gross!! They were the regular greasy, butter cream nasty frosting. Those were $4.50 a dozen already made in the display case!! I paid $14 for 2 dozen!! Im not happy!! And we threw over half of them away!!

I went to Walmart this morning and wow, that store looked like trash. Half the isles are blocked off with merch still in boxes which look like they were tossed there rather than stacked and many isles with nothing on the shelves. It is like their shelf stockers walked out mid shift. While they seemed so understaffed that they cannot even put products on the shelves, they sure have enough employees to nag you about wearing a mask at the front door.

I give this place a 4 star, because it is a huge Walmart with everything you could imagine.

The past several times going to this Walmart store there have been 3-4 checkers open and only 1 self checkout by the grocery dept. The lines are 3-6 people deep with heavily laden carts. I have waited 15-20 minutes to get waited on for 1 item. Finally put the item down and walked out deciding not use this store again. Why are the self checkouts ALWAYS CLOSED? If they are there, USE THEM! You have lost our familys business.

Very nice of Walmart to allow people to park in their lot. It is very difficult for out of towners to find a place to sleep when hospital wont allow because of Covid and hotel costs $350 a night with discount. Thank you

My wife and I just got back from this store. Not only were there half of the shoppers with no masks on, despite local mandates and signs posted, but there were also at least 2 employees not wearing masks either. Sure wish they would take public health and safety seriously.

Clean and well-stocked. Not crowded. Had plenty of shopping carts (unlike the Manteca, Calif. store).Shopping here was a pleasure.

Usually walmart is one of the better stores to get toys from because they usually have a huge variety. But seriously!?!? What is up with the toy section??? It was at mayyyyybe 50% capacity.P.S. NOBODY WANTS THE RYANS WORLD TOYS!!

Kinda amazing how there are employees everywhere but none of them can seem to help you. They have locked so many things up in glass cabinets but when you finally find someone you can ask for assistance, they say they dont work in that particular area and walk off. They dont find someone in the area, they dont call someone for help, they just say oh I dont know thats not my department and walk away. Its ridiculous.Walmart has got the be one of the only places where you see employees everywhere and none of them can ever help you. And where the only check outs you can rely on being open are the self check outs. How most of these people still have a job is a mystery. As I write this a group of 4 electronics employees are standing around talking and laughing but ignore me every time I say excuse me, can I get help with a locked shelf?

Somewhat stocked, not much gluten or dairy free, may be a mess but has enough to get by. Pharmacy, both on the floor and behind the counter, is out of popular medication a lot!

Im so glad that this company is finally allowing fully vaccinated people the option not to wear a mask thank you! And great prices as always on all of your household needs!

Not only was I a regular customer, I also worked at this Walmart. As a customer the store was always clean and customer service was a top priority here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. And as an employee this was hands down the best store I have ever worked for! Every single person here was caring, understanding, and just a joy to work with all around. I am very sad still that I had to transfer to a different store due to myself relocating. If I could I would stay at this location. Wonderful people, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful on every level!

When will Walmart become woke in Oregon? Why would they require masks in some stores & not others? We choose no more masks, breathe fresh air, see smiling faces. Masks make me wonder who is hiding from whom - take them off and start living your normal life again. Stand up for yourselves, refuse to Ccept the countless inconsistencies & blatant lies you are being fed by the government you think will take care of you and take back your freedom. I like the Walmart in redmond a lot more than the one in bend. The Walmart in bend doesnt have enough staff there is never anyone at the jewelry section and they dont have near as much stuff as the redmond Walmart but it is still a good store.

Walmart, in general, isn’t known for providing the “best” shopping experience... Granted. But I tried to return something I bought about a week ago at 10am on a Sunday and the return/customer service counter was closed. I asked if I could return it somewhere else and was given a snarky “nope” from the pompous teenage greeter who then proceeded to just look away. If your store is open for people to buy things, they should also be able to return things... We’re now leaving town and won’t be able to get this handed for a few weeks when we return.Spend a little more and shop at Target or literally anywhere else. This place is a hole! Would give a 0 if it were an option.

A little disappointed today, no pricing on mirrors in middle isle displays, mens basic t-shirts low on stock only XS and XL, restrooms gross, toilets have build up of filth. The best part of our experience was the employee at self-checkout, she was available and super helpful.

Its been a usual stopover to spend the night, get off the road and pick up a few groceries. NOT ANY MORE!!! Just as we were settling in, security knocked on the door and told us new manager wont allow it anymore. We were forced to spend the night in LA Pine.No longer a fan of Bend in general! I know some of it is because of the bug, but they roll up the streets at 11 PM. No food and now no where to sleep!!!

All and all, I do everything in my power to avoid going here.Pro tip, go to Winco. Its still cheap but you dont leave depressed.

I avoid shopping at Walmart but had to stop in! As usual, shelves were not stocked, store unorganized & many of the sales associates unavailable & too busy gabbing with each other to notice I needed assistance! It doesnt matter what Walmart I gi to in Oregon they are all the same! All the workers seem very unhappy wirking there!!!!! Ill continue shopping elsewhere!

Just talked to our favorite wal-mart employee here in Bend,Or. today.There is nothing on the shelves,and the storeroom in the back is literally stacked to the raftors.Wal-mart is going to have to pay employees more to work there,without disgruntling the people who have been there for years.Its up to you Sam!

Store is messy and has a high turnover of staff. Can not seem to keep products on the shelf and a skeleton crew of employees. Very hard to find anyone to help you get something out of their lock ups. Walmart has unmanageable expectations of their employees they only hire part time so they dont have to pay bennifits. No wonder why no one wants to work there.

Always low on groceries on Monday, sad to say no frozen food. Nothing in foods freezer to oven.Refrigerated, milks, creams, cottage cheese, etc..etc...etc...So sad as that was why we drove from La Pine to Bend to shop for,so we turned around and headed back home😞😢😭😰😥😪😂

Night staff groans when asked to do their jobs. Cant blame them though. Being a wage slave to a big company is horrible. Store Is well stocked, but I cant help getting depressed seeing your obviously world weary staff. Every company needs to do better to treat people right. ESPECIALLY your ELDERLY workers! SAD!

Walmart is easier to get into and get what I want than driving into Bend - our place is in SunRiver
