I wish Italian sodas or tea were on the menu. I dont drink caffeine so I got an iced decaf latte with some vanilla. It was alright. My friend liked her drink though. I probably wouldnt get anything next time my friend wants to go there.

The location was great and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff fit right in. Stuart (sp?) was the best! He made the greatest bone dry cappuccino Ive had in a very long time. Most coffee shops these days dont even know what dry is let alone bone dry.The presentation of the coffee was unparalleled. A wood board with the cappuccino, stirring spoon, what I believe was Perrier, and a wedge of Toblerone (my favorite chocolate) perfectly arranged on it.He also made us a personalized family blend of coffee (Kenyan and Costa Rican 50/50) -- ground for a French press -- based on my wifes preferences for food and wine. We cant wait to try it tomorrow morning. Excellent experience. Literally could not have been better.

Stopped in for a coffee on a cold day and when ordering without thinking I pulled my mask down briefly to ask if indoor seating was available before I ordered and the gal said: Yes....You need to pull your mask up over your mouth thank you. I said Oops sorry!After receiving coffee I looked up from my table and the same gal has her mask off behind the counter where they prepare OUR stuff sipping on coffee, texting on her phone and drinking from her water bottle touching everything behind the counter 😬 Hmmmmm

Specialty coffee and pastry type shoppe in downtown Bend. Its very popular and generally pretty consistently busy. From what I understand its locally owned so thats a big plus in my book😉. Personell are really friendly and accommodating.Seating is available outside to watch the happenings in downtown Bend! Also a very short walk to Drake park to enjoy your coffee and pastry!🎂🍪🍩☕☕🍵🥤

My latte tasted like sugar water and when I walked in telling them I wasn’t happy with it they told me they made it how I asked. Not impressed by the product or customer service

There are plenty of great coffee shops in Bend. Bellatazza is one if the best. Great coffee. Great location. Excellent service. Grab a coffee, grab a street seat and watch the tourists wander by looking lost and confuse. Entertainment is free.

Cool little spot. I would describe it as a European style cafe. If you order a shot of espresso, make sure you order it “for here” because they’ll give you seltzer water and a nice piece of Toblerone!

We love Bellatazza! We get large crafts of coffee for different kinds of events and enjoy espressos & lattes for our employees. I have always been impressed with the level of service even when handling difficult orders. The atmosphere is warm and the passion for coffee is deeply apparent here. Highly recommended!

Still serving good coffee after many years doing the same thing. I remember when it was the only quality coffee alternative to the green beast just down the street. Location is great for business, I suppose, but maybe harms the vibe. Its where the tourists go when the line at Starbucks is too long. Not a place you really want to just chill at and chat with locals.

I cant tell for sure, but if the barista was reminding me (in a passive aggressive voice) that I needed to order to use the restrooms or fill up the water bottle, then I should have told her that I had ordered a bit before, just before she started her shift.Anyway, its a nice coffee shop, maybe a bit pricey and slow at times.Edit: after going a couple times more, I concluded that this place isnt for me...

Good coffee, positive atmosphere, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly staff. Only drawback were the croissants we got. I think this is more of a coffee shop than a coffee shop/bakery. It feels a bit like a Starbucks. Id come back, but probably pass on the food.

This is my favorite stop when I visit Bend! Ive been enjoying this wonderful place for more than 10 years and they NEVER disappoint! At Bellatazza the staff are well trained, make excellent espresso and are always so friendly. Whether you call Bend home, or are just passing through, definitely stop by Bellatazza to see what the buzz is all about!

Great coffee shop! First its locally owned, but the owner also cares about where he gets his product from which is more than i can say for some other coffee shops in Bend. Great downtown location right by tje breeze way. Great atmosphete and wonderful coffee!

This business is worth supporting on several levels - Coffee is so good, staff is nice and the owner Stewart is a pillar of the downtown and general community. He supports many local organizations and causes and is an all around altruistic good guy.

I enjoy several coffee shops in Bend and this is one of them. I always order a caramel latte to compare between them and theirs is definitely in the top 3.

Way more than their description. This is the original coffee house in Bend. The owner knows his coffee growers and travels to Guatemala regularly to meet with them. He grinds his coffee. He takes the time to teach his staff how to properly make every drink on the menu. He lives and breaths coffee and you can tell the difference.

I lived in Bend for years and years so many times due to events, or friends in town, Ive ended up here due to its location. THE. WORST. POSSIBLE. SERVICE. EVER!!!!!!! They are so so so so so rude! I try to buy local, I dont mind their coffee, but my goodness they are rude!!!!! I cant ever give them my service again. Literally the worst coffee shop service EVER.

Thank you for being open earlier then other places. I wanted coffee really bad but no one was open. I would expect a coffee shop to be open by 6 a.m. But I guess Im wrong most of them dont care to start until 7 or later. I drove around for a while before I found that they were open and serve coffee and something to eat.
