This is my favorite coffee shop in Central Oregon. The owners and staff are welcoming, kind, and personable. Great selection of treats and well-made coffee/drinks, and I love the swing chairs and the wide selection of other comfy places to sit. The shop is spacious, clean, and the place exudes a family vibe. My favorite part about this coffee shop (aside of the wonderful atmosphere, people, and products) is that these people truly are passionate about their business and treating people like family. Ive been a loyal customer since theyve opened and always will be! I came in for the coffee, but stayed for the community. If you havent had the chance, please pay them a visit.

I looked at the negative reviews which just seemed like angry people and had nothing to do with the coffee or service. This place has the sweetest staff and genuinely some of the best coffee Ive ever had. Im typically just a black coffee drinker, but their dirty spicy chai with hemp milk is seriously delicious and they have such a great gluten free selection! I also so appreciate that theyve kept their business fully open. So many people have lost jobs or had such limited hours in the last year and a half, it is refreshing to see a business put logic first and continue to allow their staff to earn an income. The atmosphere at Kevista is joyful, bright, and a welcome change to pretty much anywhere else you can go in town! Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. What an incredible place to hang and enjoy amazing cup of coffee. These people truly care about their community and understand we all need somewhere to go. I love taking my kids here too. My son loves the Italian sodas and ice cream. This is an amazing establishment!!!

Kevista is run by Christian Conservatives that dont believe in COVID, or in protecting our community. They have fought over the last year and a half against public safety, and have thankfully been fined for it by the state.They claim to follow the teachings of the Bible, yet they dont care about the safety of the community by wearing masks, instead care more about, rights. This is Americas Christianity at its worst.If you have any common sense, I would avoid this place so that you dont financially contribute to these people.Also, their coffee is over-roasted, not a place for specialty coffee (disclaimer: I tried it once before I knew they were far-right extremists).

An amazing, family-owned and family-orientated local coffee shop. Staff are always kind and quick, and the decor is fun and colorful - definitely a very aesthetically orientated coffee shop. Great for brunch pics with the girls. Theyre down the block from my house and I always wanted to stop by one of these days, but it was due to negative press that I learned what made Kevista unique and had to visit. Now me and my fiancé are regulars, practicing our freedom to breathe oxygen and socialize!

It is a known thing in Bend to avoid this place. Not only did they totally flout the covid rules the entire pandemic, they collected on PPP loans while doing it! Kevista (or Covista as its called) is an ultra right-wing bible thumpin business. They have continually shown that they dont care about the health of our community and care more about perceived freedom. They play all the right wing classics about how they are the victim. If you look through the other comments, you will see lots of anti-mask anti-vax buzzwords. Also, their coffee sucks.

I am delighted by the space and by the loving & kind humans within. I recently tried the golden milk latte and I’m not sure I’ll be ordering anything else for a while. The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating (without fake vibes or apathetic tones). They have keto options (like heavy cream) as well as non-dairy options that I love — surprisingly hard to find anywhere else. I come here a couple of times a week to work and their tables are spacious and comfy. I especially appreciate the extra meeting room where I work most of the time when it’s not reserved. Basically, Kevista is the best of all worlds. You’ve got a customer for life.

Excellent coffee, excellent service. My wife and I drive from Sunriver to get coffee here just for the fact that they respect peoples individual rights to make choices for themselves. The staff is extremely friendly and the owners are always present and working hard. There are so many places that cant seem to stay open because of being short on staff. This place does not seem to have a problem attracting the right people and keeping them. As for people leaving bad reviews because of their politics, well I guess haters just love to hate.

Outstanding in every sense of the word! We had such delightful visit to this unique cafe. The drinks and food were top notch. The community that gathers here is so happy and free and life-affirming. It was SO refreshing to witness so many happy conversations, smiles, and laughter. These folks have truly created a special place here. Well be back for sure!

It’s a shame that the store owner has decided to perpetuate the divisiveness in this country and our community. While so many of us are trying to work together to help end this pandemic they would rather make a publicity stunt than be a team player.As a local I do not want this type of business in my neighborhood. I’d rather have people and businesses who see the benefit of working together as a community. There are many other excellent coffee shops in our community that have that same vision, and I recommend you visit them instead.

I love Kevista coffee! The food and drink are fabulous. The local products carried and sold are curated very well to fit the shop. The staff are super friendly and locals own and operate the shop! Yeah, apparently that still happens in Bend! The furniture style, selection, and arrangement create a fantastic environment for work or a meet up. I wholeheartedly recommend Kevista Coffee!

Great coffee, pastries, and atmosphere. We had a great time here! We are so happy to support a freedom loving business! And yes, we are more than happy to donate to their legal fund! Nothing wrong at ALL with asking for donations. And to the negative reviews, if you think wearing a mask while ordering and/or walking around is going to protect you, you should probably stay out of coffee shops completely. Covid doesn’t circulate in the air just when you’re standing to order. If you need the state to give you the ok to take off your mask to walk around inside, Starbucks is probably a better option for you.

Before knowing anything about the politics of this coffee house, I went in earlier this summer wearing a mask to prevent further community spread of this virus. It confused me why the women behind the counter were visibly laughing at me until I learned how this is a cafe for the anti-vaccination, anti-mask, trump crowd.If you are about freedom and acceptance as you say you are, treat customers who follow public health protocols just as well as those who believe COVID is a hoax.

Interested more in political statements than customer health.The business has a very vocal stance that COVID-mitigating masks are not required for patrons or even staff. This has resulted in severe fines with no change of policy.I understand that the owners have strong feelings about the matter and that many of their customers share their opinions. I simply cannot endorse a business that flaunts easy-to-follow health guidelines in order to attract like-minded clientele at the risk of community health.Refusing to wear a mask doesn’t make you a martyr, it makes you selfish or imbecilic.

Good atmosphere and coffee, the only thing I dislike is the parking!! So hard to get a spot nearby and local businesses have signs warning youll be towed if you park in their spaces and go to Kevista.

Boo! Boo! Boo! I have driven to Kevista on four occasions. ALL four times the handicapped space has been occupied by people who do not have a tag or plate.Three of the four times, it was occupied by a large black truck. When I went in, I was told that was the owners truck and he has the right to park wherever he wants. Thats a false and ridiculous statement but speaks to the character and priorities of both staff and owners.

Great cup of coffee and nice to have a room to talk in, with reservations. We all really enjoyed our coffee. Only issue was it took some time to get the coffees, but they were busy, and then one lady, due to them not putting names to the orders, HINT HINT, took my wifes drink when hers was up next. The staff immediately made another, but should have offered me her coffee also.

A beautiful location, inspired design, and the most elegant and delish spicy chai I’ve ever had. Perfect place to meet a friend, read a book, and get a decadent pastry ... Kevista you stoke our hearts and gifted us with a sweet place to land for a quiet afternoon thank you!!! They honor medical exemptions and disabilities which means my special needs daughter can feel some normalcy and not be discriminated against. Bravo, for taking the high road and keeping clients both safe and yet also respected!
