Friendly helpful answer on my phone call yesterday brought me in to have my iPhone screen replaced this morning. I didnt catch the name of the person who helped me, but he took care of my order, gave me information about other available services and gave me accurate time that my repair would be done (1.5 hours). Repair was perfect. Highly recommend.

I tried to go to Simply Mac to have my iphone battery replaced. I told them while scheduling my appointment which phone I had. After a 45 minute drive in from Sisters, they told me they didn’t have the battery in stock and I would have to come back in a week. Went straight to B+B and they got me right in, it was much cheaper than Simply Mac, and I was on my way in about 2 hours.

Friendly, professional, and fun. They took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed for complete repair of my phone screens. They were honest about the time my repair would take and about how much it would cost. They were efficient & finished when they said they would. I will definitely use & recommend their service to anyone .

Easy ordering, easy store pickup, very courteous and helpful staff. My first time to use Batteries plus, and they earned themselves a new regular customer. I am trying to avoid Amazon when possible, especially with all their counterfeit and defective products, and I feel BP carries authentic, high quality products at a reasonable price.

I had an issue with your website, showing the wrong key fob for my wifes 2017 Toyota Highlander hybrid. I called the local store. The woman helped find me the correct one and ordered it for me. I got a call that the fob was in and my wife was able to have it programmed within the hour. Toyota wanted $200 more and the vehicle for half a day.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S10+ that needed a battery and charging port. It was sent to corporate through UPS for repairs. Once the package arrived the phone was missing! I understand its not the fault of Batteries plus Bulbs the store manager Chris Weber in Bend Oregon personally packaged it. Chris was very helpful by getting me a new phone 2 days later. Chris was very professional during my whole experience. If It wasnt for Chris I would give a rank of 0. His professionalism and customer service deserves 10+. Thanks for your help Chris!

It was easy to make an appointment online, and I appreciated the $10 discount for doing so. When I got to the store early, it was quiet and I was helped immediately. I left my phone for several hours, and when I returned there were several people in line ahead of me. The staff were quick to acknowledge us and let us know we were on their radar screen. Easy online appointments, great customer service, but what really matters is their honesty. Made appointment to have a cracked screen replaced. At drop off was given a 2 hour return time. Received a call less than 10 minutes later that the screen was good... onlyvthe screen protector was cracked. So this told me 2 important things... One, they got right to work on my phone. Secondly, and most important, they were honest. They could have polished it up and charged me $249. I would have never know the difference. Nice job Christopher and team.

Had a problem 12v Duracell battery for my truck; Covered under warranty and the exchange was super easy. Staff were super, highly recommended. Even delivered the replacement after hrs. in a snow storm, no kidding!

These guys are the best! Ive found the same level of service at any of the locations to which Ive gone,I was acknowledged right after I walked in to the store. It was shortly before closing, so I made an appointment for the next day (and was told Id get a discount for making an appointment for the service!)When I came in the next day things were busy in the store, but I was again acknowledged right away and helped in dropping off my phone for service. The staff member who helped me the night before remembered me -- always a nice touch.They had the battery for my cell phone, and had it replaced in the time frame they said. Its great, because it was a new enough phone that you cant just switch it out yourself. And now my phone works like new again for a fraction of the cost for a new phone!

I was looking at replacing my phone due to battery crash issues. This friendly team determined I needed a new battery. The battery had to be ordered and there was a slight delay in it getting to the store but once it arrived they were able to replace it the same day. Well worth the money to have my old phone working almost like new again.

MIke the service rep was very knowledgeable about the products sold. He described the difference between two items offered and was able to have a repair done on another item I brought in. This saved me a lot of money and time. Getting help is most important when it comes to anything electric and he certainly knew his business.

They are amazing! I had dropped my phone and there was a dent right where my power button was, my phone wouldnt turn off and would only work at 100% battery (weird right?). I walked in told them what was wrong and within like 2 minutes my phone was fixed and I was out the door. The short time I was there I saw great customer service from the other employees also, nobody was left standing without being helped! It was the absolute best experience, and I never right reviews but I felt like I had to!

Dont shop here they dont want to help . or have anyone spend money here. More like Batteries plus......arrogance. Needed a basic 2000mah 7.4 bolt nicad battery pack. You would think its easy right? Think again. Nothing but rude demeanor and constant dumb questions whether or not it needed fuses. I told him its just a standard pack. Anyway I would not recommend coming here due to lack of knowledge and lack of customer service. Shop online dont shop here

Bought some batteries for my trailer last year, and started having issues with them not staying charged. The tests they ran on the batteries were inconclusive, but they bent over backwards to make sure I left happy with a new set of batteries. I will definitely be a returning customer!

When I first went to Battries Plus Bulbs was about a year ago. The first experience earned them a lifetime customer. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and glad to help. They went above and beyond what a person typically gets for service these days. I returned today because of a problem with my first purchase and they were more than happy to take care of it. They were on it immediately, got it repaired and sent me out the door with no charge to me. I’ll definitely be back!

I was actually at the Verizon store which is right next to Batteries Plus Bulbs but I will tell you that Batteries Plus Bulbs is a wonderful store. They have many batteries and bulbs that you may have difficulty finding else where. I think that I heard that they also do some work on some phones and tablets. I will try to remember to check that out the next time I am in their vicinity.

It was nice to have my online order waiting for pickup. Also appreciated the young man who actually replaced the cell phone battery I bought. My only reason for 4 stars is I felt a bit pushed into a high pitched sales effort that ended up being more annoying than encouraging.

I had my iPhone 8 screen repaired several months ago by these guys, after I got home there was an issue with the sound, I brought it back and they fixed it after ordering a piece that was fragile and easily broken upon changing out the screen. My screen has been showing a phantom screen for the past few months and they again fixed it for free, assuming responsibility for the issue from the screen repair.Truth is, sometimes things happen and it’s Nobody’s fault! But! These guys are always friendly and always helpful and happy! That is such a rarity in customer service it seems that I am leaving a review!I had come in with my two year old and he was excited about everything - normally I would get heavy sighs for the loud little guy running amuck but they were kind and playful with him!My phone is fixed and they contributed to my great day! We ordered a portable charger with an AC plug online for a good price. It was not in the store. The store immediately to explain it would be about a week before the product came in. Within a few days we received a call and they held the product until we could get there about 3 days later. We couldnt find this product anywhere else and needed it for charging equipment.

I highly recommend The Bend Store, I broke the glass on my I phone and Josh at BPB was very helpful in his recommendations of replacing the battery in my iPhone at the same time I replaced the glass to save money and time. The phone was repaired within the hour and cheaper than I had thought. In addition I found the store to be a one stop shop for other things I need such as a new key fob battery, a new microchipped key for the truck, a super deal on AAA batteries etc. Verizon recommended them and I’m grateful for that, not having to buy a new phone.

My family and I came to SunRiver this weekend, on the way home we decided to stop by to get a new battery for our Van. The customer service was over the top! The man sold us a great battery with a 3 year warranty and had it installed in no time. My mother said your Dad buys his batteries at Bi-Mart.
