These People are one of the rarest type of workers you can find in the world. They will always do what their human abilities allow them to do, in order to give you the best of their service. These are Honest, sincere, hard working employees. They will stop at nothing to make it an easy convenient trip for each and every customer. As the winters approach every year because we live in northern Minnesota. The kind office staff are put to the test by having to deal with payments and lack of help. Also staff cannot stress enough on how much checking a gauge will not only help the customer but keep them safe and warm. Face the cold with that dedication and keep doing great you guys!!

They are always there to fill up my propane tank to keep me from freezing to death. I like that.

They only care about your money! Spent the coldest weekend in minnesota without heat because they dont have emergency services and i had to pay an extra $50.00 as a fee for them to deliver propane on monday. (I paid them on friday.) They wont even think about sending you propane unless you go to their office and put money down first and you have to put a certain amount down or else they wont deliver! Dont even get me started on the terrible customer service they have.

The people at the propane office are all liars,and they have a scam with the propane drivers to try and overcharge the customers, i have now caught them telling me different stories multiple times, and all they know how to say is do you have cash right now. this will now be reported to the correct authorities,good luck

One thing i have always noticed, is that if you call them for a request for propane they always ask how much you have and if you can wait until it is convenient for them to deliver,every time no exception they only want to deliver if it is easyer or more convient for them, well my suggestion for them is like it would be for everyone else, if you claim you are in the propane delivery service, but when a customer calls you for propane and you think it is inconvienant at that time to deliver then you should quit the business and get a job that is more apt for you to handle, total loser company that has got to big for its britches and never had the motto customer first like every other good company
