I have been here a few times recently and picked up on some of the good deals they had during memorial day weekend. Picked up a new washer and dryer set and had it delivered for unbeatable pricing. I have to say it is much quieter than the set we had before, my girlfriend appreciates the new set as it doesnt clunk and bang and scare everyone in the house anymore.

My sister and I shopped at the garden dept looking for a bush that we havent been able to find in a couple of years. We were so excited! They take great care of their plants. The staff was wonderful. They were extremely helpful. We will definitely do more shopping there.

Home Depot doesnt back up their appliances they sell. I do not recommend buying any appliances from them. The 800 number is a joke and hard to figure out what number to push to get to who you need to talk to. Then having to get transferred to the company that makes your appliance.

Had to buy an air conditioner because mine died. Found what I wanted and was going to lift it into my cart. Out of nowhere a floor person came and offered his assistance. Thank you so much.

Called about a product and wanted to know price and availability.Got hung up on.Customer service basically said sorry you had a bad experience, too bad.

Wanted to get paint but the mixer was down...customer service was nice about it...yet I walked out without paint for my house. Its been over a year since I stopped in and then that happened. Then for the few items I did purchase I had to go through a self-checkout...that messed up and I had to stand and wait for help. Ugh...not sure if I will return very soon...maybe I will try again next year.

Big box everything under the sun home improvement store. Vast, titular, and perhaps even a little intimidating, this vast complex of goods should meet your everyday construction and improvement needs.

Lots of variety of things but sometimes can be underfilled for products. Could be understaffed ? Or lack of staff willing to work??? You be the judge of this.

We got a really good deal on some traffic master flooring. Now we get to do remodel multiple rooms!

Fantastic customer service. Told the employee that I was fine, but when he came back to check on me, I was not fine lol he helped me find the right PVC fittings and reducers to complete my project.Customer service department is friendly and have always been accurate with my curbside/pick up in store orders.

Looked for 15 minutes for someone to help me and finally seen someone and was able to help. Being no one wants to work now a days and were short staffed and I get it, unfortunately I think everyone is.

It was wonderful the people are great there. unlike their nabors Menards. They are very rude and un-American.

Not one employee working the registers. When I ask if there was someone to check me out I was told no but I can help you if you have problems doing it yourself its getting to be as bad as walmart so I will just go to L&M fleet or Menards from now on.

Its dog friendly, which makes it easier for me to bring my girls along for the adventure. Sometimes its difficult to find what Im looking for as its in a different location than what I expect, but I can usually find someone to help withina few minutes.

Awesome place had the hardware I was looking for and I got some free cull wood on the down low.

I love Home Depot, The Staff is really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they really go out of there way to help you out. Very grateful for service like theirs.

I still like the mom and pop stores downtown where they come looking for you to offer assistance, especially when there appears to be several of them in the store.

Their lumber is a much better grade than Menards at about the same price. We also like the fact that they have a saw mill in the store and will cut down pieces as needed. Theirs also no driving into a large yard to try and find your lumber.

Amazing service. One of the gentleman who helped me with my trailer today, went above and beyond to help change out my trailer hitch. I didnt get his name but he did way more than he had to getting me tools and helping me and Im very thankful. I wont shop anywhere else.

I remembered why I dont shop here. Not only are prices higher here than Menards or Fleet, but the staff, ugh. I am just tired of being ignored by staff that just doesnt listen! I went in to buy a hot water heater, because mine was leaking. A pretty serious issue and I needed an immediate replacement. They only had 2 in the store. I specifically told the guy I had natural gas, I never said the word propane, but the one we looked at when we were discussing my needs he asked me do you have electric or gas? I said Natural gas, he apparently didnt listen. I said I liked the one we were looking at because of a specific feature and asked if it was the type I needed and he said, yes it was for gas. He then said it would be delivered and put in the next day. I did the paperwork and waited. At noon the next day I called to ask where it was? They didnt know. Finally the plumber called and asked if he could do it next week? I told him no. I would be out of town. But he was sick. I told him I was told it would be in today. He showed up at 3PM with a propane hot water heater. I was NOT happy. By 4PM I was livid, had been back to Home Depot had fixed their mistake, had to trade down to a different heater that did not have the feature I wanted, and had to wait until 6 PM to have this complaining whinny plumber put in the heater. Guess I should be happy I have hot water, while millions of people on the planet dont have clean water at all.

I order about $1000 worth of lumber and went in to pick it up. When I arrived I immediately was treated like a burden. You will have to go talk to someone at the other end of the store. No offer of who and once there they acted put out. The only person in the entire store who was friendly and helpful was the young guy who loaded our trailer with ed the forklift.Now I know we why I dont do business with this company. The poor customer service.

Very helpful staff, not overly pushy or too hard sellers. Easy to find anything in the store since it is well organized and tidy. Like any other location pricing its always fair. I could honestly spend all day and all my money at this store.

Its amazing that I continue to go back to this place. I have to search out somebody to try and help me whereas with its competitor I have people asking me if they can help me around every corner. This is why I did not renovate my bathroom at Home Depot.

I ordered blinds from the Bemidji MN Home Depot. I ordered them in August 2018 and it wasn’t until December 2018 the order was finished. I made approximately 19 trips to the store and had many many voicemails ignored. When the Valances wouldn’t fit for the THIRD time the store cut them down as requested. They never offered me any kind of monetary refund or compensation except they said they’ll be sending me a gift card. Naturally the gift card has never arrived. Run from this store!

Pretty good, as far as big box stores go. They could handle re-working their contractor discounts for paint, though. What I get at SW or Herschfields for $15-$20, here is easily $35-$50.And please dont give me that nonsense about Behr being the best paint. You always need two coats, whatever youre working with. It will always be cheaper and far more coverage to get a can of CHB tinted at Sherwin for $11 and a gallon of pro-mar for $15, than to pay $45 for one gallon of their paint and primer in one.

Never find staff to help. Wont shop here ever again
