Yesterday was my first visit to this store, and I found them knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys have always been top notch and accommodating everytime I have gone there to get work done. Same day service usually and done in a timely manner. Always thoroughly impressed by the staff and mechanics there. These guys are solid.

Workers have always been honest and clear on whats going on with my vehicle, and if I dont understand, they take the time to explain. Have gone here for years with no major complaints.

They said it would 1/2 to 1 hour before it would be done for a oil change. It took them 20 minutes. So yeah I would recommend going there. I know I will.

Good parts at great prices

Weve been going to Carquest since they open the doors. Our son has worked here and weve been through three different vehicles in the time we spent bringing our cars here. Ive only had a few snags along the way, but Skip and the boys are always there to make things right. Dont think Ill ever stop bringing my vehicles here.

This place has good customer service but theyre rate for labor is way too expensivebut one good thing is they did say they will diagnose your vehicle for free no place in bemidji does that

We cant thank them enough for the awesome customer service we received on Sunday. We are very grateful for their help and their ability to find the problem with the tire very quickly and got us back on the road for the 3.5 hour drive home.
