Please read this whole review to make your choice for auto parts. The auto parts store down the street from Auto Value was of no help with a simple request for a raised tow hitch that would tow my pop-up camper level. The staff there mostly ignored me, and when I asked one of them if any of them towed things, I got a rude “no” from him. I eventually asked for a different staff to help me, and that request fell flat. I told him I was going to a different parts store, and the guy said “good”.Auto Value was a block down the street, and I was helped immediately upon entering the store. I can’t remember the guy’s name that helped me, but he was born around 1960 in Grand Marais Minnesota, which is my old neighborhood. He found the parts I needed and worked with me in the shop to put together a tow hitch that worked. It was very enjoyable working with him, and I can’t say enough good about the service I received there. I was traveling through the area, and he treated me like a repeat customer!

Excellent service by Mike and Charlie and of course, Don. Customer had his Pomeranian in the store and all the staff were super friendly with it. These guys know their stuff, they dont ask you if your transmission is an automatic or a manual when youre buying wiper blades. Plus they give you good prices if youre nice enough.

The guys and gals here at Auto Value are very knowledgeable and realistic when it comes to cars and the products they sell. The prices arent outrageous and the services they provide are good.If you werent aware they can mix paint for your car if you have the paint code, or they can analyze the paint on your car on a sunny day. This service is 25$ and from what Im told takes 30-45 minutes. It comes in a spray can. It isnt always possible though, and becomes less likely the older your vehicle is.

The staff was amazingly helpful and very gracious. We were able to make the rest of our trip home after the alternator went out on our vacation. Definitely will visit again.

Been going here since I got my first vehicle in 2010. Prices are usually the lowest around.Awesome & fast customer service. Never feel ignored, overlooked, or unwelcome here like I have at other parts stores.I usually know what Im looking for when I visit, but if they see me struggling to locate something theyll come find it for me quicker. Also, have never had a problem with their parts. Will keep coming here for all my vehicle needs.

Good help, lots of available parts. They know their stuff and have squared me away several times.

When ever Ive gotten a part or shopped around for a part they have the highest prices Theyre good in a pinch if you NEED a part NOW and every where else is out of the part you need. Other wise I would go else where and save the 20-30 dollars (yes they very that much)
