Gentleman was very condescending! I got onto me because I picked up the Google speaker to look at it. The same way you would speak to a child and I am 46 years old!!!!! Explain to him there needs to be a sign that says please do not touch or pick up the speaker(its on display like every other thing in that store)He then ignores me!I kindly ask him if its okay for me to pick up the phones that are on display... He rudely responses says well obviously

We just bought new phones from this location. My husbands screen protector “that we paid money for” was put on by the store manager and it had so many bubbles underneath. They told us that it normally works itself out. Well we decided to take it back a few days later because it had in fact not worked itself out and was just getting worse. They took it off and put a new one on. This time it is completely crooked and still has bubbles all the way around it! WE PAID FOR THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR! They refuse to do it correctly. It is their Job to do this type of stuff and obviously they don’t know how! They want us to Pay more money to get another Screen protector even though THEY have failed twice to put it on correctly. Worst customer service ever and money waisted!

The workers in this store are just awesome. Joshua helped us out last year to get phones for me and my hubby. He texted me the other day to see if I was interested in an upgrade and I told him no but that I was having trouble doing somethings on my phone and he told me bring it in and I will see what I can do. My husband took my phone in today to get it looked at and it is all fixed! Thank you so much Joshua for all your help! You really do know how to go above and beyond in customer service. I know the boss man or lady reads this so HEY BOSS MAN OR LADY JOSHUA DESERVES A RAISE AND A BONUS! I really feel like now a days in retail customer service sucks so its always awesome when you get that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Again thank you Joshua for all your hard work!

You are better off going to a corporate store. Temple has a great one on H K. This is a franchise owned, and if you get anything from them then go to a corporate store they cant help. Please never go to a Franchise store unless you wanna be screwed.

This place is AWESOME!!!! I got my phone and my wifes phone from her. 100% great customer service from all of the people here. If you want to feel good after purchasing anything phone wise, come here. You regret it.

Been coming to Verizon in belton for a while now and i get great customer service. Josh the manager is awesome makes things happen when needed. U come in they get u out fast thats what i like.

Hands down one of my best Verizon experiences. Quick service, friendly, listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this location if you want great customer service!

The guy helping us was great. We encountered no wait. The only thing I will mention is that we discovered later there was an online special for the phone we acquired. I wish he could have told us about it or the same special would have been available in store.
