Brittany was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.I love my 5G phone that I purchased from her and she even saved me 5 dollars a month on my bill by signing me up with auto pay on my account.

Turned off our phones with no notice! Said our phones were incompatible! Mind you we have been with cricket for over 2 years! 2 days with out phone service! They couldnt fix the issues! Not acceptable! With T mobile now!

Went with my daughter in law so she could get another phone. The clerk was new to the Belton shop but was very helpful and friendly.

This is a private owned store. We came in as the owner was very patiently helping an older woman set up her facebook and insta. He was very nice.

Anthony had great customer service, just wish the other fella would have told me the truth when I asked him if he needed any more information from me while I was cancelling a line. Now I have to go through an entire process just because he wasnt honest with me. Not a happy camper

I and a friend of mine went to an interview here was told that we were hired by the general manager and he even took down our shirt size and said we should be getting an email from someone in hr dept to to our I 9 and the we would start training the day after that that was over a month ago we have stopped by and thanked to several people and we just keep getting the run around we have left our number and never received a call back at all they wont give us his number or call him while we are there

Went there and got my son a new cellphone and wireless plan and the customer service is amazing! Doug is absolutely amazing, he was so kind, knowledgeable, friendly and just absolutely the best. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks Doug!

The company itself was AWFUL.. CRICKET is a terrible company BUT I gave 5 stars because of the employee, JAKE. I had to go there Friday and again Monday and he went soooooo far above and beyond to help with my phone issues. He deserves a raise AND a promotion. IF IT WASNT FOR HIM I WOULD HAVE SWITCHED TO ANOTHER COMPANY!

Friendly staff and the phones are the same price as online. It is easier to just pick it up than wait for shipping!

Cricket has a glitch that still has not been fixed and its blocking me from my PayPal account. When I am trying to access PayPal on a wifi network I can do that just fine. I am not a cricket fan. But the employees at this location seemed to be genuinely trying to help me.

It depends on whos working that day. You might get the best service ever or the worst.
