Transferred from a prepaid to a post paid plan and the transferred was done incorrectly. My husband had to spend hours on the phone with customer service because my old phone number was lost. They didnt even tell us I would receive a new phone number, we found out when I called my brother and it was a random number. After countless hours, they restored my old phone number, to my husbands phone...not mine. Spent more hours sorting that out. Finally got that resolved and realized my voicemail is now my husbands. They fixed that issue and I now have my voicemail, but some of my husbands old voicemails are on there but none of my old voicemails are. Which means I lost multiple saved voicemails from family members that have now passed that Ill never get back. That was only a few of the issues we had when we made the transfer...This could have all been avoided if this store would have done the initial transfer correctly.Just be careful when switching from prepaid to post paid...what should be an easy transfer doesnt seem to be the case if you go in store.

I was purchasing new phones for myself and my husband. Brittany greeted me at the door. Listened attentively, answered my questions. She got me in and out in a short time. Use to take forever when you were getting a new phone. No matter what wireless service you had. Short n sweet!! Thats the way I like it.

Me and my wife went to the Verizon store last night to upgrade our phones, and after only a couple minutes of talking to Everett, he informed us that if we have any good condition iPhones laying around (our phones we had were in terrible shape) that we would get some substantial trade in offers.We decided to go home and look, and we did find a great condition older iPhone to trade in. Came back today and dealt with a gentleman named Andrew. Everything went extremely well, he discussed everything perfectly, and got us out the door as completely happy customers. I would say they went above and beyond to help us, and save us money when they didn’t have to. 10/10 will be returning to this store anytime we need help!

The guy who helped me was IMMENSELY patient and kind. I came in looking for a new phone on my lunch break and the guy not only helped me figure out what my indecisive butt wanted, but when they didnt have that particular model in stock, offered similar options that werent out on the showing floor anymore! I got a little older model phone, but Im very satisfied with my experience and purchase. I wish I could figure out how to give the guy himself a glowing review.

The people here are nice but theyre not that useful. they made me hard reset my phone because they couldnt figure out that my unlimited plan didnt have picture mail on it. Spent over an hour and a half here then another hour resetting up my phone after I left and had to call support again and sit on hold for 30 minutes

Pete was very detailed with all of the issues we had with transferring information. He gave us great customer service and showed us accessories which we purchased. Since we have been long time customers of Verizon he even got us a better plan to save us money monthly. Thanks for all of your help! Took a phone here for a sim card to swap a device. The guy that assisted me used a sim card tool to pull the tray out but broke the sim card tool off inside the release hole. He then didnt say anything and took the phone to the back for 5 mins. When he came back he said my device wasnt compatible to be connected. Long story short the sim card cant accessed and the phone is now a paper weight. Thanks Verizon Tech...I should have done it myself.

My experience was horrible! John had one job and that was to give me good customer service but he didn’t. I paid for my phone the day before and john tried too say I couldn’t get it because I wasn’t authorized but his manager found another way so why don’t John know these things? John had me come home and put on my own screen protector for my phone & now it’s not on right. Why couldn’t John wear any gloves & service me correctly? John didn’t activate my phone now I have wait another day to activate it which he should have did while I was there !

Yes, I’m going to still give this store 5 stars! This is the only Verizon store I will go to! Not going to let one bad visit change it.But, as for the sales guy I had yesterday....all you were was judging and unhelpful! Yes! I have a ton of pictures I have a new baby! I realize I have a TON of pictures no need to repeat it! As for trying to get me to buy something I don’t really need, by (Trying) to make me think the charging is bad. Nice try! I wish I got the guys name, but I didn’t. He had dark hair and facial hair. Also, he was kind of short.I will miss Heath! He was helpful, sweet, and had AMAZING customer service!

They are in my opinion the best wireless carrier (even though they sell/give your personalized data usage on there Verizon phones, such as all your internet traffic, apps you download, basically anything you can do on your phone that requires a SIM card to the NSA) ***Remember, your phone mic is always listening to collect personalized ad data***. However, they cant do repairs, put screen protectors on, etc., to save their life, without having to possibly mess something up on your phone/device beyond repair and/or having replacing what you had already bought and brought in. On my current phone, which Ive had almost 2 years, Ive gone through about 30 screen protectors because either they were defective (about 5 of them), it was due to my fault (about 8 times), or (for the remaining about 17 screen protectors) the Verizon agent messed it up by either leaving a bunch of bubbles (which they say will work themselves out in a few days and basically never do) or cracking/chipping the protector. Every time it had to be replaced *I* had to pay Zagg $10 to replace per protector (even if you ordered multiple replacements - known from past experience). About after the 7th replacement Zagg increased their price to $15 per replacement. Out of all 30, Verizon only credited me for only 1 single protector. And I had to make a big fuss in order to have them do that.

The salesman was excellent. We walked in there and noticed the new layout at Verizon. It was much more comfortable theres many chairs to sit and discussed our options I cant say enough about the salesman I dont remember his name but I know it wasnt his day to work and he came in to help out. Just be cautious, if they tell you your bill will go down after 3 payments, chances are it wont. They will tell you anything they think you want to hear just to get your business. Once you leave the store, you are on your own... Find another Verizon Store..

The store manager at this location is absolutely amazing! I had stopped by there during the day and had actually returned later that evening and he remembered my name!! Thats a good manager to remember names of his customers from such a short interaction!! Ive been to this location a couple of times and everyone there is awesome!! Miss places providing such great customer service!! This store sets the example of how you should treat people!

Place was under construction but the staff jumped right to helping me. Everyone in the store seemed very pleased and my son even checked on the alarm system by unplugging one of the phones. Ok it was really me. Out worked great and nobody freaked out.

Went there as a new customer and was not allowed inside. The sales rep told me i had to go online and get what i needed. I am not buying a phone online that i cant physically see and apply new service over the phone. Bad customer service from verizon. Will not be a new customer any more. Went with another company.

We had been with Verizon before and left to go to Sprint. Worst mistake ever! With Verizon we always had coverage on the road and at the Lake of The Ozarks. Sprint, not so much. We recently switched back to Verizon. The guys at this location are super helpful and welcoming. They always find a way to go above and beyond to help the customer. We got new phones and less expensive service plan than Sprint. The only downfall was our last bill with Sprint; $1,195! Luckily we took our bill in a few weeks later to this store and the guys there took care of making sure Verizon pays our cancellation fees for Sprint. We will never leave Verizon again. Lesson learned. Plus the Sprint customer service is horrid! My suggestion, go to Verizon. You get what you pay for.

I was in to look at my upgrade options. They got busy quickly after I arrived. Heath gave me great service throughout my few hours there waiting on my 3000 photos (not exaggerating) to transfer. None of the staff made me feel unwanted even with my 1yo running around the lobby. I watched all of the staff go above and beyond for each customer. Great store.

Blamed me for the pixel malfunctioning. Refused to help, manager blew me off. Used my Verizon 3rd party insurance to buy another replacement phone and 2 months later the new phone is doing the same thing. Wouldnt be so bad if Verizon stood behind their phones or if the staff and manager hadnt been so dismissive.

Heard what the problem was, which has been an on going battle work Tech Support for over a week (due to my schedule, it is hard to make it to a store), and he was like lets test this, ... Well thats the problem, easy fix. Where I was being told I need either a new SIM or a new phone.

This rating is based on customer service. I received the most help at this location from Jason. He was not only personable but professional. He took everything I was able to throw at him, pick it up and either fix it or give me an answer. I end to leave his store way happier than when I went in and he even followed up on some technical problems I left him with.

I went in July and traded in my rose gold iphone 6s, I got a credit to my account and was told that I would receive the promotion of a visa gift card for the remainder of what they appraised my phone at. Well, 4 months later I get a notification from corporate that the phone that this store entered into their system is different than the phone on the bill I provided them, proving my termination with the last phone company, and because the store representative entered the phone incorrectly I am out the $330 rebate that I was promised. Highly disappointed with the customer service and the knowledge of their products. Love the coverage and the device I bought from them, but would never recommend anyone to this store for help with their verizon phone plans.
