My husband and I really enjoyed working with Surface Source. They have a large amount of samples to choose from. This is our second time we have used Surface Source. The first time it was for new granite and back splash in the kitchen. This time we replaced the master and guest bathroom vanities and sinks with new and updated fixtures. The price was reasonable and the job was completed quickly and with a minimum of bother or mess. All the employees, whether sales people or installers, were knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely uses them again.

This place was amazing ! We needed to fix a kitchen counter top with trim damage ASAP. I went in with a piece or the material and got it matched. The ladies at the main entrance were awesome, friendly, and knew exactly what we needed. The guys in the shop cut the piece we needed, even got me some glue and a small brush to patch things up. They literally saved the day and we will be going there from now on.

Top notch company!!! Highly recommend!!! The representative we spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A gentleman helped me load up some scrap too. Shop with confidence, we will be back when we begin more remodeling.

Definitely would not recommend. I met with them in October to remodel a kitchen. Mason came out and measured and then referred me to a general contractor who took over a month to get me a bid... then back to the drawing board with Misty and no further along than when Mason measured the first week of October. Had appointments for them to come out and REmeasure but didnt even have the decency to call and cancel just sent a text the morning of the meeting... A TOTAL waste of my time! VERY unprofessional!

Ordered four pieces to make shower surround. Was told two or three days. Paid $189. Called yesterday to see if order was ready for pickup...three weeks later. No...but we can have it tomorrow. Went today. Gorgeous gray slate. Unfortunately my tile is shades of tan and brown. Told me they cut it for me and I needed to take it. Did not agree to refund until I showed picture of shower. Maybe if they had done it when I ordered and paid for it?? Not going back. Never even got apology

Mason is awesome at what he does! Highly recommend him and his team they stand behind their work. Will be calling Mason to help with what jobs come our way. Great guy and great work!!

There are many places to get building materials, but I highly recommend surface source to get those materials. Mason Legg is the salesman we use, and he always delivers and works hard to earn your business as well build a relationship during the process. A much better process than the big box stores.

We use them for all of our projects. They offer flooring, tile, counter tops, and have a very broad selection. Ordering isnt really that bad on timing, and the staff is amazing. I can call or go in and they are equally as helpful. The few times there have been mistakes, they have been very helpful and helped fix it regardless of which end it came from. They also offer install and we use it often, even on our own home as contractors. Highly recommend. This is a great local addition to businesses and you wont be disappointed. We have used them for years now.

I can not tell you enough how appreciative I am of these folks over at Surface Source, they provided excellent customer service and were so prompt with getting back to us with pricing and install dates. They were truly life savers as other companies wouldnt even return our calls or give us the time of day. I have used them twice for countertops and they were fantastic!!! Beautiful showroom thats not overwhelming, with a very knowledgeable staff that make you feel right at home. They take the time to sit down with you, design exactly what you want and walk you through the entire process! Highly recommend!

Went to another flooring store in Belton and was told by the manager that I could not afford the flooring I wanted and that I should get carpet. So I walked out and went to Surface Source and was more than impress with the professional treatment I received. Theresa helped me choose a few samples. The entire process was excellent. And my floors look amazing.

What can I say. Took a vacation day off to give Allen (one of the owners) all the time needed to measure and discuss the counter-tops, back splash and stack stone I was interested in and he just didnt show up. I called and was told he must have forgotten, lets reschedule......really? From the reviews they must do great work.....when they show up. Moving on!

True professionals. They are willing to work with your need and not just force you into the solutions that give them the highest profit margin. They are also flexible and work on your schedule.Always important to remember that renovations will likely cost a little more and take a little longer than you hope or plan. They are on par in this metric and the only real complaint we had with the service was that a couple of the contractors who did the actual work didn’t convey the same level of professionalism as they do.

Very pleased with their showroom and the selection of products. We had our kitchen countertops and a custom backsplash installed and are very happy with the price and the final product. They helped my wife with the design and provided great recommendations that worked within our budget. All installers were very professional and pleasant and finished the install in the timeline promised. I would highly recommend Surface solutions over a box store due to the personalized attention and the excellent employees and finished product.

We are very pleased with the customer service and quality of work done by Surface Source Design Center! We utilized them to tear out and replace our master bath shower, flooring, countertops, and cabinets. We also utilized them to replace the cabinets and countertops in our guest bath. In addition to this, they replaced our kitchen countertops and backsplash. Their beautiful showroom and staff made it a great experience to visualize our finished product.
