Wonderful business. I ran by yesterday and for my deadline cannot order cabinets. But my questions were answered about store bought cabinets and a million other questions...very thankful!! Awesome place and highly recommend...

Great quality, great workers and great management. We ordered cabinets through them and were beyond satisfied. The owner was so quick with responses and answered all my questions to where I understood everything. I highly recommend this place.

Sirinat, Anne, Mike and Rico are wonderful people to work with at kitchen encounters. I called them yesterday to have a kitchen drawer replaced or repaired and Sirinat even sent someone to my house to pick it up. Mike picked it up from my house and Rico talk to me over the phone about my order. When I arrived, Ann helped me check out and bring it to my car. It looks brand-new, like its never even been damaged! Everyone there is super friendly and the price was very very reasonable for the repair that they did. I plan on using them in the future for kitchen cabinets when we purchase a house!

Two beautiful kitchens. I absolutely love working with this company. Sirinat is knowledgeable, personal, and is amazing with her designs. She gave us multiple options, ideas and pointers to make the kitchen more functional. She went above and beyond to make our vision a reality, We couldn’t be happier, it is exactly what we wanted. Staff is friendly and competent. We will absolutely use them in the future if we every remodel again!

Highly, highly recommend this company! They hit every mark: punctual, professional, listened to my wants and needs, asked pertinent questions. I am very particular when it comes to finances; I cannot afford to learn things the hard way. This experience exceeded all my expectations. Cost was very reasonable - I’m a teacher living on a teacher’s salary; I had a LOT of kitchen countertop that needed replacing and I was worried about affordability. No worries- John made sure that I got the best quality for a reasonable price. No unpleasant surprises or missteps. My kitchen has been transformed and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I had the best experience with Kitchen Encounters. I wanted to give my kitchen a makeover. I called them on a weekend and they showed up the next day. It was great. I didnt have to wait forever to set up a visit. I explained what I wanted and they understood exactly what I was envisioning my kitchen to be. I had my counters redone, had a new sink and crown moldings done. The kitchen looks great. I love it. Everyone was friendly. Very professional and took care of me like if I was their only customer. The price was also reasonable. I truly had the best experience. I couldnt be happier. I definitely have told my friends about Kitchen Encounters and I have recommended them highly. We contracted with Sirinat Massey of Kitchen Encounters, Belton, TX, to completely renovate our 40 year old kitchen. She advised on kitchen layout, suggested color combinations, and designed the cabinets/counter tops to optimize available space. We are thrilled with the results! Everything fit perfectly and looks great. We were impressed with both her attention to detail and her punctuality. She arranged appointments/deliveries/installation around our schedule and was always on time. We would not hesitate to use her services in the future.

Lovely company! The owner Sirinat Massey came to my house on a moments notice when I was in a terrible and desperate situation with a contractor and subcontractor that damaged my cabinets, granite, and kitchen. Sirinat Massey was so gracious to help me with an estimate on costs as her company was the original cabinet company to do my lovely cabinets when my home was built over seven years ago.I only found this out yesterday when the sticker info was found inside and the newly hired granite company, Granite by Design, recognized the cabinets. Thank you Nick, and Drew.You will be in great hands. My cabinets have been wonderful in my entire home until a contractor came in and damaged them. This company sells good products as we’ve enjoyed them for many years. Thank you for helping my family while my spouse is out of the country with the military.

Purchased cabinets from Kitchen Encounters and wanted to install myself. I have never done this before but thought I had the know how. Sirinet was amazing. Received our cabinets in a very timely manner. She went above and beyond expectations. Mike was also very helpful. He gave me a couple pointers for my install. Mike even offered a laser to make sure my cabinets were level and true.Sirinet and Mike could have just sold us the cabinets and forgot about us. Instead, they continued to check on the progress of my kitchen remodel and asked repeatedly if there was anything else we might need. They worked around our schedules to provide us exceptional service.Kitchen Encounters is a top notch company and we would definitely recommend to all.Thank you Mike and Sirinet for everything. From the moment we walked into the showroom, without an appointment, we were greeted and made to feel very special. Working with Sirinat was very easy. She was meticulous in taking percise measurements of our outdated kitchen and in ensuring we had a full selection of cabinet and handle options to choose from. The process was easy, quick and as painless as it could be. She worked in tandem with our general contractor to coordinate the project schedule, material pick up and project completion. I made an appointment with Mark at Kitchen Encounters for the following day to come to my house to get estimate on new kitchen. He didnt call and didnt show up at appointed time. The following day he called and said his assistant was supposed to call and tell me he couldnt make it.Mark made another appointment with me to come to my house. Same exact thing happened. He didnt call and he didnt show up for his appointment.I would suggest that you choose another company. I have sent two emails to the company website and have not received a response to anything.

Awesome customer service and fast turn arounds!

I would recommend choosing another company if you want white cabinets. People were nice, however product had many defects.

We have renovated a couple of kitchens in the past but always went to a big box store for the design and products. This time we wanted to support a local business. We went to a couple of places that left us feeling blah and THEN we just happened to drive past this place called Kitchen Encounters. We turned around and entered the store and we began one of our best experiences ever. We were met by the owner of the store and she listened to us and what we were interested in. She spent an inordinate amount of time with us exploring different options, especially in the actual construction of the cabinets, as well as price ranges.Sirinat came to our house, measured and then did several designs of what our kitchen could look like. Once we settled on the final design, cabinets were ordered to our specifications. The established time frame for delivery and install were not only promised but executed. We chose higher end cabinets and they are worth every penny we spent. She has so many options to chose from we were almost overwhelmed.Throughout the entire renovation, we could not have asked for anyone to treat us any better. From design to demo to install, every member of the staff at Kitchen Encounters was the absolute best. The installers were extremely diligent in the install, not cutting any corners or performing sloppy work. They treated our project as if it was their own house. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff. Bless Sirinat, she never lost patience with me and my insecurities of what the finished kitchen would look like. I could call her once a day or ten times a day and she always returned my call, always eager to put my mind at ease.I have and continue to refer Kitchen Encounters to anyone who is in the market for a new kitchen. Top notch customer service, huge selection of products to chose from and best of all, a company who truly takes pride in what they do and goes to the extreme to make sure you are happy.
