The last two times I have been here this is what is in the cedar lumber isle. During summertime. When complaining I was told by personnel that it was consumers like me that caused this problem by purchasing windows, doors etc and leaving them. I presented a very clear problem and obstacle that could easily be managed better and was told it was basically my fault by I’m guessing the manager of that department. No cares whatsoever. I’m done.

Went looking for paint samples. We were successful! One bathroom down 1 difficult to find.

Weve never had a problem finding what we needed. If we didnt see it, there is always an associate to help us. Had to take my dog in once and they were wonderful about it.The prices are competitive and often better and more convenient than waiting for Amazon to deliver or lose my order. Highly recommend THIS store. Very friendly staff.

They got wood. Good wood. They also have other things, but I dont go here very often. Lowes and Menards are really the only other alternatives, so not much to compare to.

I’ve been trying to order windows for the last 5 days, guess the millwork guy works banker hours. Literally no one in the store can order custom windows, if your hours are until 10 pm you should have some one there at least until 8 who can order windows.

Awesome place to get materials to build

Went to Pro desk register. First one in line. Cashier was busy on computer. Another customer came up asked for help and left not saying a word to me. After he was finished with them on the way back he stopped and offered to help another customer while I was clearly standing at the register still waiting. Finally placed my order a pallet of 16 bags of 80lb sacrete. He tried to charge me for a full pallet. He explained he only heard pallet. Pallet wouldnt fit on my trailer he had a couple of young men help me hand load, they didnt ask how I wanted them just started throwing bags on. When I explained how I needed to load it, in one ear and out the other had to reconfigure all but 4 bags might as well done it my self. Lot less stressful. Got 4 free bags though. Even when I told them they where over they kept piling it on. Saying oh well its just concrete. Dont even get me started on theyre home delivery service evolving a fridge we bought a month ago then the thing quit working after 3 days. We know better than to go to that store we where trying to save some time. Well absolutely drive the extra miles to Lees Summit Home Depot.

I was looking for a replacement part for an item I already haveThey dont carry the replacement part in the store only the whole thing. If i want the replacement tip I have to order it on-lineThis is not very convenient, I ended up having to spend almost $5 buying a whole new one.

They workers are informative they know what ailse things are on. Very helpful with loading screendoors for me. Definitely be going back there again.

As with most businesses, the employees make all the difference in the world. The couple folks I felt withered friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The customer service lady was very helpful. Even though we didnt accomplish what we set out to do. Their prices on the other hand seem to have gone through the roof. At least on some things. They were out of some of the tools I was looking for, and outrageous on their price on some of the materials I needed. Even so its nice to get out of town on occasion, even if it is to the sh#@@y city.

My husband prefers Home Depot over anyother store. Why, bc they have what he needs & the people are knowledgable. Thank you Home Depot.

I went shopping online first... Found what I needed by location in the store, and was in and out in short order. I dont usually shop here being a long time Lowes customer, but it was a positive experience and I would go back again :)

My Saint Bernard tags along with me for errands to dog friendly stores. He certainly attracts a lot of attention, but loves coming to this location because the employees always are so welcoming and kind. The employees (especially those who were working in the paint department this morning (3/11/2021)) are very friendly and extremely helpful!

Just ran in to pick one thing up. The self check out isnt really self check out and are a little confusing

The ladies that unloaded my truck this morning ROCK!! They are the best! thanks. Despite the cold rainy weather they make most men that unload trucks look bad.

Has a lot of tools, but not the tools I was looking for. No Knipex pliers on the shelf at all, no half moon wrenches, etc... They do actually have a great selection of power tools like cordless drivers, drills, impact drivers, etc...

If you want customer service and people who try to help you instead of act like you are a problem like they do at L o w e s, then this is the place to be. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Great place for all your home improvement projects

My guys and I only like going to this Home Depot. We have been to every Home Depot in the Kansas City area and some of my guys refuse to go anywhere but to this store. Kylie, Brenda, Rick, Lyndsay(SP) are great. I like them all but if you want to make your store’s pro desk great like Belton you need to send Kylie to train them all and Brenda to run it!! These two are by far the best 2 people to have in your corner for company. Belton’s only down fall is stock being it is a smaller store which does force us to go to other stores sometimes if we need it the day. If not you just order it and it is all good. Overall if it was not for their pro desk we would end up just going through our nationwide rep instead for 90% of our material.

Ordered online for curbside pickup to save time. But waited 15-20 mins outside before I received my product which I feel since I knew what 2 items I was getting I could have been in and out in the same or less time. But Mason who brought it out to me was hustling it to me so I appreciate that.

Ive run into quite a few friendly and helpful staff members. I feel I get in and out pretty quick here as long as it isnt gardening season. Which is coming up and I cant wait!

Went in to buy 3 gallons of paint, the gentleman that assisited me was incredibly helpful, polite and respectful. He got my order done in 5 minutes!! I will be back!

Went there to pick up some flowers and vegetable plants got some tomatoes and pepper plants.. They had a pretty good variety and werent priced to bad will definitely be back for a couple more veggies

I recently visited Home Deport in Belton, MO. and was helped by a young man by the name of SETH. He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Helped me find the material I needed and I was out the door in a with what I needed fairly quickly. You need more young people like this.

If you really want good and accurate answers, it seems as tho turning to your phone and visiting their website would be just as productive as the people who work there!!! Nick went above and beyond today, asked if I needed assistance, told him what I was looking for and he set about finding it. I told him Id be around looking at some other items and her came looking once he figured out where it was. Went to recieving, found the product and brought it to me. True aspect of customer service.

I went looking for 12×12 tiles for my patio table. They had a couple good colors but no patterns. I had trouble getting someone to help me at this location.

Ordered a mower online and came here to pick it up. The transaction was very smooth and quick.

The only store I had for curbside pickup purchase options for online ordering for the items I got. Im immunocompromised and so I wanted to use curbside like I had in the Independence location without issues.I made my order at 3:28pm. At 2 hours I contacted customer service for an update and it was still not ready. So I waited.. and waited.. at 7:15 I called the store to check this time. The lady who answered was not only dismissive to me about my order she wanted to keep shoving in my face that if I didnt get an email its not ready, until she actually looked into the order and realized it was ready and the system didnt send me a notification. So I say awesome Im going to do curbside pickup and not a single peep left her lips to tell me their curbside pickup closed at 6pm. I arrive around 8, since I live over 25 minutes away from this store, only to call the store to be told by the same women that curbside was closed and Id have to come into the store to get my items. The whole freaking point was for the curbside service.Ill never be stepping foot or ordering from that store again. Horrid customer service and inaccurate curbside service.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CURBSIDE SERVICE EVER! Do not bother ordering using there curbside service. You will sit for over a half hour, have to call the store to find out if anyone is going to bring out your order. Highly recommend you avoid using curbside here. Will NEVER waste my time and fuel again.

The gentleman working in the paint section was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right color and finish for our bathroom.

Garden hose supplies are not available year round. After wondering for 15 minutes an employee finally offered assistance. She has excellent customer service skills.

They didnt have everything I needed for work, but the staff was VERY kind and tried their best to be helpful! They also had some very cool types of storage containers that will help IMMENSELY with organization at the job site, so Im glad I stopped here first.

Nothing at all wrong with this store about what you would expect I do like that they seem to have a better selection on some things as opposed to Menards

Remodeled my basement and upstairs of my 1965 built house out of this store...felt like I was buying ownership here daily trips. Still, I find things I order from Home Depot frequently like gardening, deck umbrellas, curtains, etc, etc, etc...My favorite!

I am a female and I do my own repairs in my home. Currently I am remodeling my master bath. When new shower was installed I needed some parts for the plumbing. Explained to an associate what I needed and he helped me get the parts. All individual parts totalling almost $60.As I was walking up to check out, I see that they have kits and individual parts that were much cheaper.I only had to spend 21.46 instead of 60.00. I am not sure is the associate didnt know about the section I found or if he thought that I was a girl and wouldnt know any better?!?So, I am not sure if I will shop at this Home Depot again.

The line for refunds, in-store pick up was long. I was in and out in no time. Used their aisle location on web page to find my product. They have gone to self check out and had just enough cashiers to help you.

Cannot say enough great things about this store and team! It is always so clean and the staff are so friendly!

Curbside Pickup when you arrive! Pressed button put spot I was parked. Car phone etc. Guess what 30 minutes went by. I call store! No Curbside pickup after 6pm. Does it say on signs when you pull in NO NOT AT ALL. WHY WOULD IT SAY ORDER ON ITS WAY OUT TO YOUR CAR SOMETHING NOT WORKING CORRECTING!

I had placed an online order to be picked up and after receiving the alert that my order was ready to be picked up I drove to this location only to find that they were closed.They received five starts because hector(I believe) was kind enough to help me get my order by setting it up to be delivered as I was available at any other time this we to make it to belton. I very much appreciate this because I would of had to cancel and delay all my plans if he couldn’t of made this happen. Awesome customer service.

Always have what I need. Express line makes it easy to. In good location, to get on and off highway. Handicap parking and wheel chair access. Wonderful spring flower selection.All the good tools at a fair price.Friendly service from workers that love staying were they work.Plenty of places to grab a bite near by.All in all easy to get to and get in and out.

An employee observed my bewildered looked, came up and asked if I needed assistance and then proceeded to take me directly to what I needed. It saved me many minutes searching by myself. This employee was proactive and incredibly knowledgeable about obscure hardware. Many thanks to him.

Quality tools and appliances for a fair price, they do have pretty good promotions, I often visit the clearance area and employees are extremely helpful which makes easier to find what youre looking for.

I am happy to shop there without a mask.

Had what I needed and easy to find

Had to get some blinds replaced. Had to wait for someone to show up but the guy knew what he was talking about. Was a bit disappointed that they didnt carry the blinds that just slide into place. Now I have to call the handy man pay to put the bloody things in. The shopping experience was nice.

Excellent home improvement store. Smaller store but extensive variety. Extremely friendly and courteous staff particularly at the customer service desk. Store is very clean and tidy with great specials. Staff asked multiple times to assist me with finding items. All were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Overall an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to return to this store again.
