Ive had Sleep Apnea for over 30 years, lived all over the country and gotten my machines and supplies from many different places. In all of those 30+ years, Bellevue Healthcare is the BEST provider I have ever encountered. They consistently go above and beyond to help their patients. Recently I went out of town and forgot the power cord for my machine. This was an emergency situation for me as I cannot go without it. I called Bellevue Healthcare on the off-chance that they could overnight me one. I was willing to pay anything. Their nearest office was 30 miles away. I spoke to them at 9 am and by noon that same day one of their employees had dropped off a power cord to my hotel.....NO CHARGE. It is this kind of stellar service that keeps them Number One in my book. DO not hesitate to choose Bellevue Healthcare!!

Geovani helped me pick A walking boot for my sprained ankle. He was very polite, and when I came in the store he got up from behind the counter after greeting me and came and explained to me the different choices and then helped me try on a couple boots. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely come back solely based on the customer service at this store.
Ive worked closely with the team at Bellevue Healthcare for at least a decade and I have always had the best experiences. They are friendly and dependable. I have referred clients there as well and Im always told how helpful the people there are. Everyone from their delivery drivers to their store manager has been exceptional. I am humbled and grateful to be able to respond here online with my review for my moms oxygen supplier. It has taken a few years to be able to say they are worthy of a 5 star, but...when a crisis occurs...a business/a persons character truly stands out & they have EARNED it. So, they get 5 stars from me. There are many folks here who I have worked with on behalf of my mom..The delivery team is OUTSTANDING...Always have been...The MANAGER IS EXCEPTIONAL....Always has been. The in between folks have had ups and downs, but they come through time and time again. Does this company make mistakes? You bet, but they FIX them. That is ALL I can ask for..and they literally, with creativity, expediency and thoughtfulness..help save my moms life..especially during the smoky weather. Life isnt perfect, neither is this company nor my composure when things go awry..but they have listened and ACTED with grace. They know someones life is on the line. Thank you..Bless you...

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been calling every day for a week just trying to get the parts iI need for my wheelchair and they won’t even return my calls after multiple messages. I guess I am supposed to just not move until they find time to help me? I ordered these parts months ago.... if they weren’t the only wheelchair supply store in town I would never use them. Ever.
Ive been looking for a non-standard walker for my mother and have asked for non-standard help at four different medical supply places in the Seattle / Bellingham area.
