I have received poor service in the last year or so. They have good people but not enough of them.
When I first started with Lincare, Bellingham, WA, their service was wonderful, as of now they are very poor. They dont have enough employees to handle their customers. I am very frustrated with the service I have received, in the last year or so. The few employees I have dealt with are very curious and try hard to help me with my problems, but must be to busy because they dont return my calls. I have been waiting for a Cpap machine since Feb 1st. I finally got it last, Friday Mar. 8th.got home with it, all excited, I dont know what was wrong with it but it kept me awake all night for two nights, I tried everything to get it to work right, with not results. I had a appt today to have it checked out. My appt was cancelled. I am very upset and going to see what I can do to change company. Pat Rusher
I can never get through to them on the phone. Ive had my cpap for 6 weeks and still havent recieved supplies or recieved calls back. This place is very unprofessional.
Seems sketchy and slipping into unreliable.
