Awesome experience with Norco! John Horton was amazing, timely and always so sweet! What an amazing helper he is! Would 10/10 recommend!!
Today Mr. John Horton a Route Manager for Norco out of Bellingham, WA, delivered medical supplies to our father-in-law Lynn W. John was professional, intelligent and genial. He was extremely helpful and patient when explaining how the equipment operated. John compassion and caring truly made this difficult time for our family easier to deal with.
Just visiting from another state, my oxygen machine broke down. I am a customer of Norco in my home state and I was happy to find a branch located in this area! I called them and explained my situation. I received a return call from their driver, John. He explained that he had 3 more stops to make and he was a couple hours away (it was already after 5). John drove all the way to where I am staying and delivered a replacement concentrator, plus some bottles for portable or emergency and was here by 8pm. I was very impressed by John. He was patient, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable, but most of all he was genuine and really cared about his customers. John showed that he was one of those people that just make life better for others. Way to go Norco and John! 5+++ stars!!
I had to have a hospital bed and a wheelchair delivered to my home for my husband who was coming home from the hospital. The bed and wheelchair was brand new and in excellent condition.John Horton, the person that bought out the equipment was very nice and he put that hospital bed together in seconds. He was very nice and pleasant.i was very happy with the service I received..I use norton a few years back for my mother before she passed away and my mom received the same excellent service.Thank you Bellingham Washington Norco Medical.
Overall very good service. We switched to Norco for ResMed CPAPs after the defective Philips Respironics recall. Amanda, the CPAP person, has been great!
Norco came by to drop of oxygen & equipment at my parents house. John was knowledgeable, clear and friendly in explaining how everything worked. It was obvious that he was expert with the equipment and also knows how to talk to people in a practical manner.
Fast, good service. Nice to talk too.
If you are in need of Oxygen or other life threatening services DO NOT CHOOSE this company !!!! They never answer the phone take up to an hour before responding the Manager is rude and not professional. My mom is on Oxygen and its scary when her machine goes out and waiting an hour is life or death. This is Sad I hope others dont have the same issues...
Weston and John,Thank you so very much. I had a Stroke, when many times are hard to get my mind focusing .Its truly hard to fine explains. both have such create help.Such caring gentle men. Thank so much
Bellingham Norco just saved us big time. They have been so quick to come out and help. My husband is almost completely bed bound and at 62 being his caregiver means a fully functioning bed is essential to this old back. I owe a huge thankyou to Sara and her team for their prompt and thorough service especially these last 2 weeks. And a very special thankyou to John for his kindness, patience and his talent for problem solving. So grateful.
I just received a call back from NORCO by a representative named Lisa. She was very patient and answered my questions on my CPAP headgear with Arms and explained how this item is usually ordered every 6 months. Additionally, she answered several other questions regarding other CPAP supplies and helped me to know when and how to contact Norco when it is time for future CPAP supplies.I appreciate her thorough and patient customer care service and have been very happy with the service that Norco has provided since switching to them early last year. I hope to have them as my DME provider for many years to come. Norco should hire more customer service representatives like Lisa. I highly recommend this company for any who are looking for a CPAP DME provider. I suspect all their DME service is done with similar levels of excellence.
This was a great experience at the Bellingham office of Norco, from the very nice lady on the phone to John the incredibly understanding serviceman. I can barely change a light bulb & I was terrified to be responsible for my husbands oxygen care. John was knowledgeable & helped me until I felt comfortable. For once the VA got it right by choosing this company to assist the Vets! Johns a great asset to Norco, hang on to him!! Dee Lucero, Oak Harbor Wa.
Excellent service from NORCO Bellingham as certitied respiratory therapist Kandi set up and educated us on our CPAP supplies. She was thorough, patient and professional as she carefully explained equipment and options.
I tried to order nasal coushins online for two weeks only to find out they had been discontinued.....called Bham store was told I needed a new fitting and the gentleman said he e-mailed the fitting dept, at that time. One week later I called the Bham store only to be answered by someone in Idaho!! I asked why I had not heard anything about a re-fitting and he transferred my call to a Rose or Ruby in Bham only to go to voice mail with a sincere call me back message. OF COURSE NO CALL BACK!! This place has gone completely in the tanks. Avoid at all cost!
Ordered wheel for my mothers walker. They were helpful and it arrived at the stated time. They were also very helpful for ideas on mobility, after my she fell and broke her arm.
The Bellingham Norco office has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I almost never leave a review, but consumers should be warned about how bad this company treats their customers. The Bellingham office is almost impossible to contact by phone. I attempted to call 14 different times one morning after previously leaving messages and not receiving a return call. I then spent 45 minutes to drive up there from my house only to be told I needed to make an appointment and take another day off work to come in some other time, even though no other customers were there at the time. Tabitha, at the front desk, was rude, confrontational, and unwilling to help in any way. Another employee came out and said I could call them and they would send medical supplies to me. I explained how many times I’d already attempted to call, she said talking to people like me was the reason they couldn’t answer the phone. My father went with me because he needed some medical supplies as well, but he was so upset about the customer service, they lost his business too. My nurse even attempted to contact them with no response from the office. (Update): I contacted the Everett Norco office, and they were extremely helpful. Ill write a positive review for them soon, and continue to work with Norco as a result.
Within the last 5 years the staff has changed and so has the service. I travel 70 miles now to get supplies due to the incompetence of the staff. Communication is terrible and I never received my supplies on more than one occasion.
Norco used to be a good company and I dont know whats happening with them, but I seriously believe the company needs to be reevaluated and rebuilt on everything from management to customer service because as things are they might as well just shut down. They dont answer the phones, send the wrong supplies if you even get them, and ignore prescriptions sent by doctors. For instance my doctor send a script so I could get medical gloves for use by my caregivers, I talked to Norco about it and they said they would send them, but I never got them. Also it disappoints me that their closed on Saturdays because this morning my cpap mask literally snapped in two as I was putting it on. I tried going to their website as an alternative way to order the replacement but it was a MESS. I dont know who created the site for them but they should be fired.
They are unfriendly and frustrating to work with. The entire system is a mess. Everything goes threw their central billing system which is a mess in itself. Find a different supplier. One that listens and is customer friendly.
Since Bethany became manager the atmosphere here has improved dramatically. The supply is always good and service is great. Great job, all of you!Now it is a year later, and I dont know how to add a second review. When Bethany decided to move to Alaska, other employees voiced their hope that Sara Holloway would be promoted - and she has been. Many thanks to you, Sara, for your job well done, and congratulations on your much deserved promotion! Thanks to you, as well, John, as a friend telling me what I need to hear, not just what Id like to hear. I sincerely hope that you and Norco have a long and mutually beneficial relationship! Thank you, my friend!By the way, Sara, the feedback with regards to you that I hear is just as strong now as it was before your promotion. Congratulations on maintaining such a great reputation!
We have used Norco for several years without a problem. Recently, Norco contacted us that yearly maintenance was due on our mothers oxygen equipment and we scheduled that. Then the maintenance tech rescheduled, then rescheduled again and rescheduled again at the last minute. The maintenance tech said each time he was being called to other locations to do work. We called the main office to see what was happening with not getting someone out. The return call was from the maintenance tech. The maintenance tech became rude and confrontational. He questioned why we were calling the main office, and the call quickly went south. We asked the tech to set up a meeting with himself, the office manager (Bethany) and us to work this out. We have called Bethany three times. No one has returned our calls and no meeting. Maintenance is still due for a 99 year old that uses oxygen 24/7.
Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all cost Avoid at all cost. For your items or parts online. Thanks to Raining in wear house for tying to help after manager dropped the ball. Leaving a 94 year old traped in a lift chair
Was very helpful with my needs in the store. They still got to work on the phone problem. But in store service is great
No question the most inept, unqualified and uncaring people Ive ever experienced in any type of retail operation yet alone a medical supply house. Absolutely no interest in understanding or resolving a rather simple issue which could have taken a few minutes but instead suggested time consuming and wasteful effort on my part. The two female counter people gave unreasonable excuses as to why they couldnt help at the counter nor why after many attempts prior to the personal visit, five attempted phone calls were never answered earlier in the day. After explaining I had to drive 45 minutes to their location they still would not offer any help or empathy. If I could have given zero stars or a negative star rating I would have. This is the worst rating Ive ever given anyone and this place deserves it.
I receive my replacement supplies about half the time. i have begun to suspect they write the orders off as filled without sending them out so they have more supplies for sale. this recent order will be the 3rd or 4th order in the time i have been dealing with them that have not come.even my dr suggested that i use a different supplier.
As a caregiver to a cancer patient with a total laryngectomy I found Norco to very helpful and accommodating for the medical supplies we needed.
Norco is absolutely amazing! I had to get my sons CPAP machine here and I am glad we did. Tabitha was amazing with my son and helping us both understand about the machine, it uses, how to work it, and everything. My son is 8 years old and was very unsure of the whole thing. When my son had a question she answered it so he could understand. She made sure he was comfortable in the fitting of the mask process and said what she was doing before or as and would explain why.
Update. . When I called to make my final order, it took 3 phone calls, one being to the Everett office, before I was able to have my order taken. I was so disgusted and fed up I decided to change companies and I left my initial review. But, after the review, my supplies hadnt arrived in a reasonable time so I called to check. (I received a call from someone regarding my 2 star review.)They had no record of my order. It seems as though they are striving for 1 star and so now they have it! (Original review - Im giving 2 stars only because theyre equipment is great. Customer service is mediocre on their good days. I am tired of running out of supplies. I even tried going through a different office...same thing. Goodbye.)
I waited for a full year for them to process. my Medicare request for a new lift chair. We finally went to Professional. Medical. in Seattle. I had my. chair in three weeks.
This facility is very incompetent. My Doctor faxed a prescription over twice which they claimed they claimed they never received. I ended up going to another medical equipment business and in minutes was able to get my walker. If in the Bellingham area find another place. They are understaffed and not very helpful.
Wouldn’t recommend them
My mother had been trying to receive oxygen from them for over 3 weeks. They did not return her phone calls or from her practitioner.
I started calling Norco in September to get my oxcigen machine looked at because it started acting up with a red light saying low o2. They have not responded or attempt to get ahold of me. I need my oyxenge to breathe.
I was in yesterday for a hernia belt. I weigh 158 lbs and am 6 tall. Bethany helped me to size a LARGE belt which was displayed on the store shelf. The belt wasnt even able to go 2/3 rds of the way around my waste/torso. There was no way to adjust the belt that she or I could see. She then sent me to another place on Northwest Blvd across from Yeager Sporting goods. I walked into the place and was told I would need a prescription and no doctors were available until the next day. This was a complete waste of time. How can a LARGE hernia belt not fit a man with a 34 waist and a 38 hip measurement? It was an unsatisfactory experience.
Since being informed that my favorite front desk lady doesnt work there, I will not be returning.
NEGATIVE Stars would be better for this horrible place!!! They dont answer the phones, dont bother to return messages. You walk in and wait and wait and no one is around to help you. They could get robbed blind and never know it until they show their faces. It took us 4 months to get a wheel chair for my mom!!! They kept making up excuses over and over again. The poor doctor had to send them the same info SIX times! Truly terrible place, go anywhere else!
Amazing fast and quality help. I have and multiple occasions received first class support for my child who needs their products to survive.
Never even got past the initial phone conversation. You guys deal with people with medical problems. I havent slept in about a week bc I need new cpap equipment - maybe consider...being nice to people on the phone? Helpful? Explaining how your business works? Lincare sucks too, this town needs a good medical supplier.
Very good experience here. Tabitha was a great help .She explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable and when I called with more questions she was eager to help .Highly recommend .
Thank you TJ for the great service and patience getting me set up with my new machine!!
I loved my experience getting set up with my cpap! Apria literally sent me away and required that I contact their 800 number which seemed to be outsourced to another country. Linncare didnt answer the phone or return my calls. Thank goodness I found Norco! I was able to walk in and ask questions. They staff was very friendly and helpful and they will answer the phone! The gal that walked me through how to use my new cpap was excellent. I appreciated her patience and clear instructions!
Theyve been reliable. And staff seems to use their brains. An improvement over whom I used before.
TJ was so much help showed me everything I need to know about the sleep Cpap I was so happy he was the one helping he made me feel like I was part of a new family. God bless you TJ I will send people your way because of the out standing customer service!I will be back just to see for help aways bra. Also thank u for braking down how to clean, repair, and more...you can have the best cleaning stuff to us right here..I am blessed that I got sent here from the longview office.
Good supplys ordered the part I needed for my leg
This company reminds me of the US postal NO-service. Need I say any more!
No one ever picks up the phone.
Great staff who know what they are doing.
Needs better management
Very good
