Amazing! Super clean and everything we had was amazing! The staff were very kind and happy! We will always visit when were in the area.

Taste is delicious. Price not bad. Oddly not one flavor featured berries for which Whatcom County is well known.

The banana split flavor is my all time favorite ice cream ever!!! please never get rid of it/keep it on a frequent rotation! after first time i had it when the fairhaven location opened, it was gone for over a year. best day of my life when i walked in randomly and it was back lol

Amazing ice cream, amazing prices, and a cute little shop overlooking the Fairhaven Village Green - whats not to love about the fact theres an Edaleen only a few minutes from my house now!? Its true, we used to drive all the way to Ferndale to enjoy their cold, creamy deliciousness. So when the Fairhaven location opened, as excited as I was, I also slightly feared how easy it would be to load up on delicious dairy anytime I wanted to. So far, Ive only gone once - but at $7 for TWO delicious double scoops (and a fun mother-daughter date sitting in the window watching people go by) I know Ill go again. And again.Oh Edaleen, as much as I love you the danger is real! :)

The ice cream is average tasting, however, the price is amazing and portions are generous. Some of the staff are a bit awkward and not the friendliest but never rude. We always come here whenever we are craving an ice cream sundae!

Ice cream is average, not bad though. The cones are not crispy enough, kinda stale in fact. The employees are always awkward. Prices are good but not worth a return for me.

The place is nice, the prices are nice relative to the amount of icecream you get, the ice cream you get is nice, but the two associates kept staring at me waiting for me to buy something as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Usually I dont take a long time to order but their staring in anticipation was actually kind of unsettling. I tried breaking the ice by asking what they recommended but that didnt stop the stares. Im usually good in awkward situations but I was with my girlfriend and decided it would make it even more awkward had I stared back at them. All in all good place if you can deal with people intently looking at you.

Me & the kiddos headed to Edaleens in Fairhaven. The kids had gift cards and wanted to use them. After masking it up and heading inside we were greeted by a really friendly employee. After the daunting task of choosing flavors and waffle cone vs. cup option we went to pay. The cashier looked at me dumbfounded and said, we do not accept gift cards at this location. I was blown away because there werent any signs or notices saying this. Long story short I left my purse in the car and had to walk a couple of blocks while my kids sat in the shop waiting for me. The frustrating part was the calloused cold behavior of the cashier. She just stared blankly at me and never not once apologized. Im used to actual customer service and she displayed none of that. Just her mask which couldnt hide the carelessness in her eyes. Look I didnt expect free ice cream especially during Covid. I know how much businesses are struggling, but I do expect to be acknowledged and treated with respect. As do all customers.

Very yummy sundaes! They come with a topping, sauce, whip cream, and a cherry. Fair prices, diverse flavors, but no non dairy options I could see. Cute design inside too.

Not too hard, not too soft, just perfectly tasty. The fruit and berry flavors taste like the real thing. The servers are friendly and helpful.

I went on opening day and had a great experience. Store was clean and well staffed. Line moved quick. Prices are extremely reasonable especially for a business in Fairhaven neighborhood. Happy to have an Edaleen in Bellingham now!

I tried the maple nut ice cream and it was fantastic. The servers were very nice and price was very good for the amount of ice cream you get.

This is a brand new facility, very clean sweet workers, they just have the ice cream and cake, they have a fridge, for some of their milk products.

They sell really rich ice cream that are incredibly delicious. The portion is very generous for a really fair price.
