Alexa at Creative Stoneworks was a dream to work with. Smart, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price of the granite was beyond reasonable. The installation crew showed up when they said they would, did the entire job to perfection, and made the adjustments we asked for on the fly without breaking a sweat. They even suggested several improvements that really worked out well. The entire crew was expert; working well together, and considerate of our needs. We have had 2 (separate homes) kitchens and 1 bathroom fitted with beautiful stone counters from Creative Stoneworks. We will always use them for any of our stone needs. We highly recommend Creative Stoneworks! We needed new countertops and stopped by one afternoon to check them out. From that first day until they left our house after the installation of our beautiful granite countertops, its been such a pleasant experience. Worked with the folks at Creative Stoneworks to make counter tops for the remodel our 3 bathrooms. Each time they did a great job of helping us select the right stone for the project. They measured the tops correctly so that when placed, they fit prefectly. They listened to our needs and met them completely. We will be using them again for our Kitchen re-model and would highly recommend them to anyone needing stone work.

Creative Stoneworks was wonderful to work with. Their staff was super helpful and patient. I had picked out a stone that I liked, but I knew it wasnt my dream stone, at that point I didnt even know what my dream stone was. Creative Stoneworks tracked down a stone they thought I might like and called me the day it arrived. The new stone was perfect. As soon as our kitchen was ready, we had an appointment for measure and soon after our granite was installed. They were super respectful of our space, being extra careful with our new floor, cabinets, etc. Once the granite was installed, my kitchen was perfect. So thankful for Creative Stoneworks and their amazing customer service, making my vision a reality, and all the little extras (chocolate rocks for the kids) that made doing business with them a pleasure.

Great work! Very happy. Mistake was made with the measuring but they fixed it quickly and it looks great. Office is very responsive and easy to work with. Would happily use again and recommend to others.

Creative Stoneworks ROCKS!!! Pun intended. My first experience there was with Alexa. She has exemplary customer service skills. She was always extremely patient, kind and a stellar professional in the wake of my many change orders. Brandon, the owner was my next contact there. He is a true gentleman in every sense. We presented him with a sink-to-countertop technique we saw in a Seattle showroom. They had not done this type of install before but that didn’t stop them. They all rallied around the idea, watching videos and making calls to gather more information. Well, they did it and it turned out even better than we imagined. There was a small hiccup with the project (which was not the fault of Creative Stoneworks) and it was resolved quickly and fairly. As for the other staff members, Gary, David, Matt and Christian, thank you for everything. You did a fantastic job!! They are and will be my 1st and only choice for future projects.

We used Creative Stoneworks for our new construction project and love the way our quartz countertops turned out. Nice fit and finish. The only problem we ran into was the delay in installation because of an imperfection in the slab. They had to reorder and it took almost a month to finally get the new slab installed. Im not sure if that was because of the warehouse not shipping it quickly or because they were so busy with other projects. Either way, we are very pleased with the finished product. Thanks for being a part of our new home!
