Greg at Divine Countertops was great to work with!! While our kitchen project was on the small side, he gave us great customer services and never treated it like a small project. He made the process of designing a kitchen painless and helped direct us to details we wouldnt have otherwise noticed. All of the staff who worked on the kitchen were professional and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend his business!!!

Initially was very impressed with customer service and pricing, however when it came to installation day, one thing after another kept going wrong.The crew was over 2.5 hours late and when they arrived were gruff and complaining about the type of countertop we currently had (it was going to be a longer demo than they had hoped for, I guess?). I was told that the sink we had chosen was fragile - granite composite - and it is compared to stainless steel. Not even 30 seconds after being informed about the fragility of the sink, I was told “well it just broke”. Had to order a new one and be without a sink for over a week. When I explained this to management, nothing was done about it. Just brushed it under the rug. Additionally, a personal item of ours was broken and we weren’t even told about it. I found it a few hours after they left, with the pieces picked up and places to the side. Lastly, they made a mistake with the templating resulting in a piece of the countertop not fitting correctly. So we had to wait for it to be recut and installed again.Overall not happy with the service. Yes, the countertops are beautiful and were a great price but not worth it. The service was too horrible. We won’t be using them again.

Terrible experience!!!Extremely disappointed with Devine Countertops. They messed up on the Quartzite island slab (my main kitchen feature) by leaving large swirl marks at the surface caused by inexperienced workers. Strung us along with excuses and promises to get it fixed for over a year. Twice they tried to fix it but did not work. They were looking at a few options, all of them represented major effort on their part, and would likely cause damage to our kitchen island cabinets. At the end, Devine Countertop refused to honor their word to fix their damage. Finally, after we got so sick with this, we research and found a great and honest person that came in to buff out the damaged surface. It is great looking now, but it cost us a lot of money.Many people recommended filing a Small Claims Court since I have all the chains of emails and pictures. I have no time nor energy to go with this option at the moment. Will have to revisit this option at the near future

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, nice showroom, very helpful. They offered lots of options on how to get our project done.Definitely recommending this shop!

GREAT people to deal with

Devine has the best taste. We selected counters and tile floor with the very great advise and taste of Sherrie and now they are installing! They are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My contractor recommended that I go to Devine and they are excellent. Knowledgeable installers, too. Todd really helped it all come together.

The work they did was fine, but Im incredibly disturbed with the way they conduct business. On a Friday night while I was bartending, they literally came in to shake me down for money. I never received an invoice in email or in the mail, only emails asking us to call the shop. A more professional business would have gone about that pretty much literally any other way, I am appalled that this happened. I can only imagine what wouldve happened if my staff were here. Im very uncomfortable with the way I was just made to feel in my bar on a busy Friday night. I do not recommend this company for this reason. Again, the work was great itself, and the workers were a pleasure to deal with, but the fact the way Todd came in to intimidate us without even giving us an official invoice is disgusting and crazy unprofessional. We werent trying to not pay. Im the bookkeeper, and I never got any kind of notice in the mail or email. I highly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to risk being intimidated in your own business. If Todd ever steps foot in our business again, we will probably call the police because we feel so unsafe and weird about what just happened.

This company is AMAZING!! From beginning to end. The design specialist Marina was patient and guided us through the process of choosing our material. Shawn and his crew were super quick, worked so hard and got the job done SUPER fast. Our granite looks gorgeous. Couldnt be happier with this companys customer service!!!

They are fantastic! We had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen. The installers we had were Jimmy, Allen and David and they were very professional and neat and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did!We would recommend them to anyone and use them again if we decide to update out bathroom countertops.

I highly recommend Devine Countertops! We had a complicated kitchen remodel that required several adjustments to product choice as well as timing of installation. Devine was extremely flexible to help accommodate our situation so that we ended up with a beautiful result that we are so happy with! Alberta in the office was spectacular!
