We needed to replace 45 y/o flooring in our dining/kitchen. After talking to a Scott, who was very knowledgeable, we decided to do the main hall also. Our choice was Luxury Vinyl Plank. Despite the challenges of the supply chain in 2021 our install happened as scheduled. Tom, our installer, was efficient, meticulous and made incredible cuts to fit the product seamlessly in a home with no 90 degree corners.All of our questions were answered thoroughly and courteously. We plan to add this product in several other area of our home over the next year or so.

I was very happy with the carpet I bought at Great Floors. I am chemically sensitive and the salesman steered me to wool. Their installation guy Chris did a perfect job with this difficult product, and even came back 1 1/2 yrs later to screw down the tracks for the slider closet doors that were misplaced at the time of installation. I definitely recommend this company located in Bellingham .

We had over $40K worth of flooring installed. We saved for this much needed large improvement. The sales person & installers were nice people. The product and work is not good. We’ve tried for 2 years to get the carpet installed correctly. I never post negative reviews but this one has us beat! They just don’t respond, they put the blame on the customer. They don’t stand by their work!

We were considering recarpeting our house and drove past on a Saturday and decided to stop in to check it out. Scott was so informative and helpful we ended up ordering then and there. We just had phase one done and are so impressed with the quality of the carpet and installation. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Ask for Isaiah—hes the man. Super friendly, and not in the least bit pushy. I felt like he was in my corner from minute 1. Respected my price range and offered his advice on selections in a way that I thought was honest and sincere. Walking in to the store, our interactions became increasingly friendly and casual, which is a sign that Isaiah makes his customers feel really comfortable and taken care of. Would HIGHLY recommend him.

Pays to go to a specialty store. Good selection of brands. Excellent assistance in selecting a carpet and measuring exactly how much you need. Can buy by the foot, rather than by the yard as other places I looked which made it the best deal. Good from selection to installation.

I came in looking for a simple floor trim, and didn’t realize that they also have tile for backsplashes. Isaiah has been super helpful throughout the whole process, and I found exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service! They have great installers, if a problem does arise Derek is on top of it. The sales crew is knowledgeable and helpful. They have installed carpeting for me several times on a personal level, have bound area rugs and provided my local Bellingham business with top quality rug stop. Great floors is a huge corporation but Derek and his crew run the place like a local mom and pop store.

I’ve bought flooring for three houses over the past twenty years, ranging from carpet to engineered hardwoods and vinyl. After the first carpet arrived damaged, they immediately replaced it without charge. Another product was faulty and they again replaced it with no cost to me. The prices are fair, they take responsibility for the products they sell and the service and installations are friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this company. I am not being paid for this endorsement.

The installers were late by 3 hours with no excuse or phone calls as to why. The stair tread finish was installed wrong. The installers left a mess and did not clean up. Left message for the salesperson Curtis with no response back. I would not recommend Great Floors to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with this store. Our sales guy, Kurtis, was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have a huge selection. The carpet arrived a day earlier than they promised, and Kurtis notified us immediately.

BEWARE!!!!! The XL product loose lay LVP Drop and Done is not what it advertised. In my experience and opinion this product should not be installed without installing underlayment and gluing the whole entire floor. After removing snap together lamanent flooring, particle board subflooring, screwing down the plywood sheeting, sanding the seams and gluing down the perimeter the product would not lay down flat, installation was stopped and the flooring salesman was called. Against my professional installer and myself the recommendation was to sand the whole entire floor and full spread glue. With doing all of that we are very disappointed with how the flooring is easy to scratch and the floor will still not lay flat and lift up in some spots. This product is NOT EASY TO INSTALL and NOT A DURABLE PRODUCT. After 9 weeks of dealing with this with no solution, I have decided to write a review.

They did an okay job of the flooring but I cant forgive them for letting my strictly indoor only cat outdoors!I work a late night shift so didnt wake up until after they had done half their work and found that my cat was no longer inside, luckily she was just outside my door but now shes constantly begging to go outside, this was never never a problem before. They also left my kitchen messier than how they found it which was frustrating. Over all not pleased with my experience.
