It doesnt matter how often I show up at Les Schwab because my check tires light goes on, these guys always greet me with a smile and then check all my tires. They add air as needed and tell me to enjoy the rest of my day. It was because of numerous visits like this that I decided to buy my next set of tires from Les Schwab. Great service. Good prices. And always a smile.

If I could give no stars I would. I took my car in for a break change and for the rotors to be machined. Bad price from the get go, double anywhere else. Still I trusted this company and they did my breaks right. A day after getting home from work I get to my car and it doesn’t crank or make any noise. I was getting power to the relays and checked my starter to find that everything should be working. Battery was fine as well. Found out I had lost a ground connection somewhere in the vehicle. When I called Les Schwab to get this fixed I was told it “wasn’t their problem” since they only worked on the breaks and rotors. Got the car checked to fix it and found out that a wire had been pinched when it was lifted in their garage. Awful service and people. The attitude from their technician was also unacceptable.

Took my car in for a break inspection on a last minute before they close, and they were so kind about it!! My car has been making some squeaking noise, so I wanted to have it check out before any big problem occur. I can’t thanks enough for their service and expertise. Highly recommended if you want a trustworthy mechanic to look or work at your car! Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Went in to get my tires rotated and a pre-trip check. Even though there was a mix up with my appointment they got me in and checked out in a quick manner. Also gave me a heads up on when Im going to be needing a future repair. All for no cost to me ( Because I bought my tires there) Thank you for your help today!

I got a flat tire and my husband came to the rescue and put on the spare. He sent me to Les Shwab on Meridian to take care of the flat and they were so nice. They went above and beyond. Not only did they fix my tire but put the spare back where it goes and checked the rest of my tires. All at no charge. Ive done business with them before, here, Ferndale, Lynden and on James Street. Always friendly. PS. I know that sometimes people give low stars cause they had a bad experience but i promise that those that have good experiences dont always do it. I wish I had the names of the people who helped me today. I was able to continue with my day like nothing happened!

Meridian location is by far better than James Street location. Took in a leaking tire to James Street location on Monday, waited for over 3 HOURS to be told my tire was not leaking, woke up the next morning to a flat tire. Took my car into the Meridian location today, in 30 minutes they found the leak and repaired it. Did not charge me. I was so pleased I tipped the delightful gentleman $30. I highly recommend the Meridian location. Steer clear of the James Street location, they lazy and incompetent.

This is our go-to tire and alignment shop in Bellingham. The Guys on the guide location work hard and do an amazing job. They take good care of us and we recommend this specific Les Schwab location to all our customers. We drive past other tire shops to come to this location, even one thats only a block away.

I have spent WELL OVER 10,000 dollars at Les Schwab in my lifetime and have been a very loyal customer ; never have bought tires somewhere else actually. Today I was attempting to do a quick and simple self service tire rotation in the parking lot because I am out of town and didn’t have multiple hours to wait around for service. An employee/manager named BRIAN M. literally CALLED THE POLICE on me for doing this. I was harassed, bullied, then almost arrested by a very angry sheriff for attempting to defend my actions AS A LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER of this establishment trying to maintain my tires. I THOUGHT THIS WAS AN AMERICAN BUSINESS, are we not alokud to maintain our cars in America anymore without being arrested ? Do not go here !! Unless you some how support this kind of awful customer service.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was in and out and the quality of service I received. However, I was appalled by how many employees seemed to struggle to wear their masks. One would pull his mask down every time he was on the phone. Another walked into the building with his mask dangling off one ear.Now granted, I didnt say anything, but I shouldnt have to after almost a year of a pandemic. Im a caregiver who works with seniors and immunocompromised individuals, and every time Im exposed to someone not wearing a mask, I risk bringing covid back to my vulnerable clients and family.I ask that this location do better with how they work around their customers during a health crisis.

I stopped by this morning because my tire had a slow leak. As I am used to anything with my car taking hours at other places, I dropped it off. The gentleman greeted me outside (even though he was working) instead of just letting me walk up to the desk, which I thought was very nice. I got a call shortly after dropping it off that my car was ready. I went to pick it up to find out that there had been a nail in my tire and they told me they took care of it free of charge. WHAT?!! Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust. You can trust this Les Schwab. Ive taken my cars and trucks there. Just took my Toyota thinking it needed a wheel bearing due to noise coming from the front wheel. Was told a rock had gotten stuck and was making the noise. No charges. Alot of shops would not be honest.

My wife had a flat tire this morning and she panicked. She took the car to Les Schwab @12:00, came out @12:30, she was super happy and shocked when they told her it was FREE! Kuodo to Les Schwab! Youre the best! Super fast, professional service!

Took my truck in to get the brakes checked they told me my brakes were fine and that I would need to get them replaced in the next month or so but still had a bit of life. I went and got them checked at a another place because I wasnt convinced my brakes were fine because there was a loud squealing noise coming from my brakes on the rear driver side brakes. My rear passenger side brakes were completely 100% dead and were not helping me brake at all which was very dangerous for me to be driving the truck around on their advice. Which means they either only checked one side or just didnt bother checking at all. Never coming back because I cant trust them to do a simple brake check.

I really like these guys. Their customer service is awesome whether Im spending eight dollars or $800. They reset my TPMS sensors free of charge (Discount Tire tried to sell me new sensors for $60 each) and these guys treat me well every time I come in. Highly recommend.

The mini-donkeys were adorable to see. We werent allowed inside the fence, but we watched them from the fence beside the road. A couple of them came close to us. That was fun.

Fast and knowledgeable service when it comes to wheels and tires, but they were unable to identify what part was bent and causing a misalignment. They tried to get me to order a whole new front steering assembly while another shop IDd the problem as a bent control arm and worn wheel bearing

They called, email, replied, all to make sure they fixed any issues and made sure I was as happy as possible. No charge at all.(no longer relevant - Got my brakes changed here and the connectors or joints or something. $450 worth, anyway, ever sense then they did it, my breaks screech and squeal when I apply just the right amount of pressure to slow down but not stop. I’ll probably go somewhere else next time, just a little suspicious.)-reply to Nates response: That is a 5 star response, I was not aware of this stance they take on these issues. I bought new tires here, and they stole my nice, stainless steel valve stem caps that matched my wheels and replaced them with plastic ones. Unfortunately I didnt check my car carefully enough before I left, I didnt think I needed to worry about it. I was so dissapointed when I noticed later.

I love Les Schwab! Yet again they have fixed one of my tires that had a bolt stuck in it. This is probably the third or fourth time they have done this for our family. We have bought tires from them in the past and will ALWAYS buy from them. Their customer service is simply the best. Even if you havent bought tires from them they will always help you out if your tire has a nail in it. I love this company and their employees.

These folks are outstanding! Costco wanted me to buy a tire (watch out), but Les Schwab removed the nail and patched it and refused payment...really? As usual Les Schwab exceeds itself in customer relations. I had a flat tire and my usual store is in Burlington. Give me your phone number and the Bellingham store got all my info. 20 minutes later I drove off the lot with my spare back underneath the car with no cost whatsoever. The service guy was just a pleasant fellow as I have gotten accustomed to with Les Schwab. Yes, this is just a perfect store not only for tires, but for most of my service work.

My original appointment was at a different Les Schwab. When I went to drop my car off for brakes in the morning, I was informed I would not get my car back until end of the day, or possibly the next day. When I said that wasnt an option do to child care, and asked to reschedule, the guy said that was not an option. So, I walked out. I called the Les Schwab on Guide Meridian, Bellingham, to see if they could take my car, and also to complain. They were able to reschedule for a time that worked for me, had tremendously great service, apologized for the inconvenience I had encountered at the other store, and followed up to inform the other store manager. Super happy with the results!

We were on our way to Vancouver airport when I discovered that I had a flat tire. Thankfully I was at a gas station and could fill in enough air to get me to Les Schwab on Meridian. When I explained to Craig that we were in a time crunch because my mother had a flight to catch to Germany, he immediately got to work! It was a nail puncture and within fifteen minutes it was all fixed and the charge was super reasonable and we made it to the airport on time. Great service by Craig, thank you so much! My partner and I were on our way to Canada and got a major flat right before we reached the border. We arrived at Les Schwab around 7:10, they dont open until 8. Brian was kind ebough to open up for us 20 minutes early. I bought 4 new tires with Les Schwab last year and was able to get the flat replaced (it wasnt fixable) without charge, along with the other rear tire which was found to have a nail (bad start to the trip thats for sure!).Brian was a great help to us and we are more than appreciative of the wonderful service we received here. I returned to my car late in afternoon today to find a flat. Called these guys, got directions and drove over after putting on spare. Though busy, they were friendly and professional, took me right away. They fixed the tire promptly, remounted it, topped off the others and reset the spare in the trunk, all for NO CHARGE. I will be going back there for any tire, brake or battery needs. Highly recommend them. Excellent service.

I came in to have a nail taken out of my tire. They patched it up at no charge 😊. I know this has been their policy, but its great to know it still is 👋👍. Today is a Monday. I came into Les Schwab after the first thing in the morning rush, but before 12 p.m. (potentially before lunch breaks). I am always treated very well at this particular business. I am single and dont have to be concerned about getting ripped off financially. Thank you!!

These guys are so above and beyond! I had a rough year in 2016 and they always worked with me with my payments. They always get me in same day during the few emergencies Ive had. I had all four tires replaced on my Durango and I needed a spare for my rim. I picked one out and couldnt find my rim (not cool, I know) to put it on. I went in store to make a payment two months later forgetting all about needing my spare fixed. They didnt forget! Months later they still have the tire set aside just waiting on me to get it together and come back for it. I cant speak highly enough about these guys!!

Brought my car in for an alignment and didnt mention that my gear select lever on the steering column had broken off. When I picked it up layer that afternoon and got in to drive home I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bus that did the alignment had also taken the initiative and fixed my gear selector, free of charge. Thats the kind of business practice that will keep me coming back for years to come.

Les Schwab has always had, perhaps the best customer service practice of any business Ive delt with. They are nice, knowledgeable, and fast. But what sets then apart in my opinion is theyre exceptional business practices. I have perchased several quality tires from them. And because they have a record of my business in their system, theyve fixed some flats for me for free.

We were shopping in Bellingham and ran over something that was in the middle of the street. An hour later, our tire was flat. We were from out of town and home was an hour and a half away, so we ran in to this Les Schwab that we saw across the street. They got us right in and had our tire patched very quickly. Then they didnt even charge us, just sent us on our way with a smile and told us us to have a nice day! Its so nice to know that some businesses still care about people.

Friday night and Ive got a nail in my run flat tire, due for replacement anyways. I call around the Bellingham area the following morning and nobody has the tire in stock, even the dealership. They can get the tire in about three business days, probably too long a wait. Its not looking good. Then we called Eric at Les Schwab at about 10am, and he tells me that he can get and install the tires that day. And Eric and Kyle and Craig deliver as promised, all by three in the afternoon. These people are true professionals, dedicated to their craft and their performance is beyond expectation, beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend!

I dont know what the other post was talking about, Eric and his folks have taken good care of me and my wife for about 8 years now. After a fruitless and rough experience at Costco, I drove down to the Meridian Les Schwab expecting to have to wait another day to get new tires. Although it was 5 minutes to closing, Eric ushered my car in and they had me set up with a new set in 20 minutes. The price was within 10 dollars of what I was expecting to pay at Costco. From that point on, I have never gone anywhere else. Thank you guys!
