Nice shop very affordable and near in my place. They also have a nice service thank you!
Week night at 6pm and you only have two check outs open…. Employees need to be more aware of their surroundings. Two were blocking aisles and another two were chit chatting while I waited for service in the bakery section. 👀
I havent physically been to this whole foods location yet BUT since moving to downtown Bellevue I have ordered grocery delivery from this store many times. Unfortunately, just about every delivery has gone a little bit wrong somehow and I just dont trust them anymore. When Prime stops offering free deliveries later this October, I will absolutely stop shopping here for good, especially given all the grocery options in Bellevue. To be specific about what has gone wrong with the deliveries; 365 brand half and half has gone completely rancid within days of receiving and weeks prior to the expiration. Once I ordered a fresh loaf of bread and somehow it was packed with a live fly into the bag. My kids got a kick of out that one. Apparently to one packer, Thai Basil is the same as a Bay Leaves; I even said no substitutions. Stale breads, breads packed at the very bottom of a bag. Completely rotten raspberries. Just a bunch of little wrong things every time. Really makes you wondering what’s going on at this store. Only redeeming value is that refunds are easily obtained online.
The hot bar was open with some lunch options at 10am ... I was thrilled to see they had crab cakes this day -- I have never seen crab cakes on the hot at before so I said, why not get two?? As I told a friend, THIS WAS MY GREATEST MISTAKE OF THIS YEAR! Though they looked delicious they were nasty ... I thought twice before I took that first bite, because they had a horrific odor ... NOTE: seafood should never smell. Against my better judgment, I put a morsel in my mouth and promptly spit it out... Gag!!!I pondered returning them for a refund when the crow in the parking lot beside my car was doing his usual cawing for attention, and being a bird lover, I tossed him the crab cake and vowed never to trust whole food hot bar crab cakes again ... I suspect they were the unsold ones that sat in the seafood case for the 7 days prior. Big FAIL!!! Whole Foods!!!
This place has changed throughout the years just like its surrounding areas. Got too crowded but has the best staff. This lady is always eager to help and pleasant! I walk in and she’d know right off the bat what I need and on a first name basis. I miss her & her cheery pleasant personality! THANK YOU!
Everything very fresh! I like to buy organic veg and meat and fruits! Very nice place to go purchase!
Love this place and I used to love their pizza because of the thin well cooked crust, but it was suggy and cheese didnt melt much.
Always well stocked, well organized, and very clean! Great variety of groceries to choose from, and an absolutely AWESOME deli! 5 stars!!
Freshly prepared meals section is always closed. Few counters are opened.Rest of the store is nice with many healthy options.
Whole foods market is expensive but has top quality products. Occasionally I buy in this place. Their store design and layout is quite impressive, they used to have a nice food bar but is now closed dues to covid unfortunately.
The best grocery store in the neighborhood. The most delicious and fresh products, as well as the best service.
The fruit and vegetable selection was excellent, and the staff was extremely helpful when I requested a specific item.
Im glad this place is nearby; they have a good selection at a reasonable price.
Who doesnt love a whole foods chicken for dinner? They also have the salt free pistachios which are the best. They have a decent selection, higher prices, but the food is great. The store is clean and the employees are wonderful. Great place to shop.
Im docking this Review one star for the parking, not enough for a store of the size and for the crowds it attracts, especially during afternoon lunch time very crowded almost impossible to find a parking spot. Aside from that, its a great store. I like the breakfast bar, they have these wonderful stir fried potatoes, add some bacon and orange juice, and youre set. The bakery is very extensive, they have every type in variety of baked goods. You can also get some ground from the meat Department and they will cook the hamburger for you. They also have a pretty good pizza bar. The chefs section usually has a lot of meat and potatoes stuff going on, and its pretty good. They also have a huge selection of cheeses as well. During peak times it can get very crowded here, so plan accordingly. Some people refer to this place as whole paycheck, it is on the expensive side, but okay every once in awhile to get some exceptional stuff.
The best wholefoods in the greater Seattle area with the widest selection.
I like the old whole foods better after Amazon took over the products are not that great
It is a great place for a variety of organic and natural products. The only downside is that it is a bit more expensive than other places with organic goods.
As always, we love this place. They are amazing at supporting the community with grants too.
I love Whole Foods for their fresh fare their bountiful choices of better-for-you food, an amazing holistic center with extremely friendly staff. I get that places like these are higher priced, but their quality is better and their staff are happy! Unlike places like Sprouts, Whole Foods is the OG!
Love it! Everything is super fresh !!I love their salad bar as well. Complete filling meal box in $10-15 bucks.
We are all pushing through tough times but if you work in customer service; then give good customer service. The cashier (Gloria) was very cold and short with her encounter. She handled the produce in a not-so-gentle manner. When I asked to speak with the manager, another employee asked, regarding what? I said customer experience and feedback. Instead of getting the manager or telling that the manager was not there, he asked me at least 4 times, regarding what. I walked away and could hear Gloria trying to explain to her colleague what she thought I wanted to explain. Her voice and tone was softer than her voice and tone that she used with me.Its not what you say but how you say it. No one is perfect but be intentional.
Produce section needs a major overhaulOther than that .its a good store
Burrito 🌯 bar was good 👍 however 🤔 more vegan 😋 options are always 👌 better
They sell a wide variety of goods. Theres something for everyone, from groceries to fast food, fruits, home appliances, kitchen, and power tools.
Its my favorite place to shop for organic foods and beverages. They have vegan and vegetarian options heres too,I shop here for alot. I highly recommend shopping heres.
Called ahead to Whole Foods Market to check if they carried any purple carrots and employee works at the produce section said hell have it ready before I get there. Took me about fifteen minutes to get here from work and my carrots were all ready in a box. Usually, there are rainbow carrots but I was looking for purple ones and its pretty rare to come across just purple carrots. Anyways, he kindly counted the amount of carrots and helped me calculate how much itll be. Also, I was lucky this morning because they just got one box of these this morning and he happened to call them. The produce guy said I think they give you 10% off if you buy in a box, so I saved some money, thank you Thank you Whole Foods.
I enjoy exploring all the new products & extended lines of my favorite brands! Staff checking me out were really sweet! 1request... Please carry the NATRALIA DRY SKIN LOTION🙏🙏🙏
Large and spacious. Good for our new era.
I like going here, its clean, they have almost everything I need and want. I love their wine & cheese selections, as well the ready food made along with the hot food. The only downsides is #1: the parking gets really filled up anytime after noon, the cashier line gets longer as well.#2: some of the cashier arent so friendly, I suggest to bag your own grocery if you want to get out quickly!#3: I suggest to go there in the mid morning, when its not too crowded.
Great quality food and a pretty broad spectrum of health food and just good food
The cashier here was amazingly helpful. Its super clean and well staffed
Well organized. Easy to shop. Great choice of fresh meat and seafood.Love the express pick up option too.
Great store in comfortable walking distance from downtown Bellevue. Try the Italian soda.
Glad food bar is back! Wished they treated Gluten Free products like they do all the products for different nationalities.Would make shopping easier..
I’ve been to most Whole Foods locations in the area and this is in my opinion the best one on the east side since they have a large fish and meat selection that other stores simply don’t match.
The folks in the meat department need customer service skills training. Jeez is that hard to say good morning or smile? Everyone just looked tired and overworked.
It’s the mothership Wholefoods on the east side so it’s got a lot of good stuff. My only complaint and why it’s not a 5 star is that it’s always lacking staff in every dept. & the ones they do have aren’t really that knowledgeable. Also always missing bags in the produce section. If you’ve ever shopped in Wholefoods in NYC it reminds me of that experience.
Never disappointing. Its fresh and the pizza is made right in front of your eyes. Easy to locate anything you want. Friendly, understanding, adapting staff. Vegan Donuts is a must try item.
Very busy during the holidays and I applaud the staff for having to deal with everyone coming in at once. However, my recent experience left me feeling like I needed to come in on less busier days that way you can avoid the traffic. The parking lot is small and I was doing my best to get in and out as fast as possible. Someone behind us had started shouting at me to hurry up but I couldnt have done anything else to be faster
Only one entry and exit door are unlocked due to covid which is fine, but needs better signage since there are 3 other doors in the front that you have to walk up to to realize they are locked and read signs. There were 3 of us walking from door to door trying to get in so I wasnt the only confused customer. Most of the shoppers were prime delivery or pickup shoppers. Food counters dont open until 11 unlike Seattle store that has breakfast burritos. Only two check out stands open at almost 11 am so lines forming. Overall I prefer the Seattle store.
Freaking love wholefoods Bellvue the customer service depends is unbelievable Beth is so nice and Jenny is so inviting she told me she transferred from California wholefoods they are so lucky to have her and Beth great team
A lot of niche products. In my opinion, the meat and produce are overly pricey. Great place to pick up specialty items but would not shop here for normal groceries.
It used to be the only place in town to get dietary restrictive foods - gluten free, keto, etc. Since Amazon bought them it’s pretty much a generic yuppie grocery store now. I won’t go back unless I’m forced - and I’m a Prime member.
Staffing issues. We waited 15 minutes to check out with only 2 cashiers for regular check out. For the premium price you pay at WF there really should be better staffing.
Great products and enough parking lots. I like it.
I have in the past shopped very frequently at this Whole Foods, and have never encountered such distasteful attitudes as I did this am in the meat department. Today is June 13th 8.31am. The Gentleman with the grey beard and black shirt-walked right past me and took someone’s else order. I was actually their first but he never even asked👀 like what I’m accustomed to in my downtown Los Angeles Whole Foods. The large gentleman with the white jacket and bald head sighed before he asked how he could help me. His attitude was horrible which comes down to a training issue. I’ll never visit this locations meat department again. Shameful
The store overall is great, but the lady that works the counter in the Asian Soup area is so incredibly unpleasant. I typically walk there from work a couple times per month to get the same soup, even knowing that shes unpleasant, but today was even worse and seemed so annoyed if you asked any questions. Boo.
First off I want to say I don’t get on here to rate but I was so turned off on Friday I have to say something! First time seeing all the Amazon shopping going on. I had a few items and I had Chris as my checker . He was so rude to me as I was trying to figure out the payment issue I was having . He was pretty much telling me to stop talking . And believe me all I was saying was I have never done this prime checkout before ! I also work with the public and know how important it is to be as friendly and helpful as can be to help with the situation. Well Chris was NOT practicing that! I was so turned off I will probably not be back!
A great, well kept and expansive grocery store. Its well laid out and the staff is ready to help find whatever you need. It is a bit more on the pricy side, but it comes with quality and alternative options. Went here for ingredients for a gluten free dairy cake project I was working on and didnt need to make another stop.
Clean Environment, i never been inside of wholefoods before, i felt like an astronaut visiting. The Moon, inside felt Cavernous and foreign, but the associates were warm and helpful, i especially enjoyed the fact that although i was dressed Filthy and looked homeless they still provided me with exceptional Service : ) thank you.
Things were way better before Bezo & Co took over. I miss good old days.....
The worst WF ever. Waiting lanes are extremely long. You cant just stop by and grab something and go. You have to wait 30 min in line. REALLY? WF matket is poor and cant afford to hire an additional employee.
Half a year ago apple pies were super good here. The best ones in Bellevue. Tried one today. They are the same quality as in WallMart - pure sugar.Really liked Amazon Prime discount on it. Worth every cent to meet your Gain Fat goal.
It was my first time shopping at whole foods! I drift between vegetarian/vegan and regular meals. I love that store for the variety of healthy choices and the buffet was awesome! Jonathan ayers
Standing at checkout at noon (aka peak lunch hour) on July 3rd (aka day before a national holiday). Only 6 of 20 checkout stations are open, most of which don’t even have nagging assistance (aka makes it even slower) lines are 10 people deep! Taking 15 + minutes to pay for my groceries?! Come on Amazon this is not acceptable!
First time ever I went here, and Im excited about everything they sell. I highly recommend this one 👌
Quality product but prices bit high. Amazon prime members can score good deals at times.
Whole foods is an excellent store that has everything you are looking for, Store is very clean Covid distance, customer service was excellent somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for you want fresh they got it..
No groceries for me! Ordered groceries through amazon. Estimated grocery delivery was 9-11pm. At 7pm, I received messages saying my groceries were being packed. At midnight, the order status said it was delayed, but there were no text or email messages. At 1:15, there were still no messages and no updated delivery time. I contacted amazon customer service and cancelled the order. For all I could tell, they were going to send it out at 7am. I am tired and very unhappy.
Food workers harasss customers for not walking according to stickers. A complete joke
Unbelievable rude lady at the bakery. I simply needed to get a cake but she talked to me like I personally wronged her. Her tone was so mean and she seemed to hate her job. For accountability purposes, she was asian. (I am too so it’s not a problematic inclusion.)
This whole food is really uneven when it comes to customer service. The checkout clerks are some of the meanest I have ever interacted with anywhere - they violent chucked my food across the register l and yelled at me for not knowing what sticker I needed from the bakery. At the same time, the employees wandering the aisles are so friendly and helpful just what I experience at normal Whole Foods.
Love the store. Good selection of meats at the meat deli. Lots of healthy food selections.
Overpriced. Better variety at PCC and Trader Joes nearby
Best place for produce but prices are bit on the expensive side compared to my favorite traders joe
Less and less items that our family (with our special food needs) loved to eat have disappeared to be replaced with tasteless hard to chew foods. Its almost as if the items that were discontinued were never used, taste tasted cooked to see durability, texture and an overall food friendliness of the products. Weve started making what we can of the foods we need because the current selection sucks. Sorry whole foods/ Amazon, your failing on this aspect of commercial grocery. Hopefully things will change (for the better) and whoever decides what foods are purchased dont fall prey to advertising and sales pitches. But open-mindedness personal experience and maybe talking to various customers from time to time to see what makes them tick might be an answer to all OUR problems.
If you love stuck up people and snobs, then this is the place to be..
Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees.
Great food, great service, blah, blah, blah. FIX YOUR STUPID PARKING LOT. What’s with the “one way, do not enter” at the back of the building??? So NOW, after years of everything being just fine, you expect hundreds of people every hour coming eastbound on NE 8th to have ONE entry point? ONE way to drive? ONE conga line to wait in? It’s backed-up to the street! Who the hell thought that was a good idea? People are literally turning around or driving right on by, because it’s not worth the time to come here. I understand there is only so much you can do with this limited surface parking lot, but changing the traffic pattern from the way it is been for a decade was retarded.
The coffee shop closed at noon 😒 but excellent selection with everything else 👌🏽
First time ever shopping at whole foods and will be my last time nice displays. Very impressive till you get done shopping then go up front to check out 10 people or more in line and one cashier working asked at customer service and she was not a nice person. So I left my cart and decided to tell people of my experience WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN
I like smaller floor plan that easy to shop for me.
Incredible shopping experience. Great product selection, knowledgeable staff, and great location.
I came here to use the Amazon returns aisle. Its a little ways down, but not all the way at the end of the check out aisles, like you would expect. Its one of the aisles a little in the middle, but towards the end.
Great store, the parking is cramped, a bit crowded though that may have been a result of the time of day. 1:30 ish. The C19 protocals were dealt with quite well. I was impressed! Helpful and courteous employees. No shortage of products! A cool place to shop.
As always whole foods was clean and the usual products, but this one came with a stalker, there was a man in a black vest and tan pants that was working with the staff, but when asked questions claims to not work at the store, made my gf so uncomfortable, we simply put the basket down, bought drinks but then left ... I hope no one else has to deal with this creap and he is fired
Love everything about this place
Great place to buy meat and beer for certain. Love their deli sandwiches and from time to time their pizza. The bakery goods are also solid and offer a variety you dont find many other places.
First time to a whole foods, always thought I was something different than what it was. The deli, bakery, and meat department were amazing!
The Whole Foods Market here is huge! They have just about everything one might like to buy in the way of food items. The food is quality and the people friendly. Unless you are boycotting Amazon, this store is wonderful! I recommend going, whether to pick up a quick and healthy lunch, or just to find the items for tonights dinner, this is a great store.Even with the Covid-19 issues for stores, this Whole Foods has done a great job of making things work. Bring a mask! Make sure to go only when necessary, but do go.
Our go to grocery store when we want fancy ingredients. Its an experience.
Great fiod supermarket but pricey
Monday mornings may be my new favorite time to go. Now lines and aisles arent as crowded.
WARNING: I recently discovered from a cashier that 3 workers have COVID-19. Two in the hot foods area and I am not sure about the other one. Thats fine but I write this review because as a customer I think I have a right to know whats going on at my local grocery store! very upsetting
Lots of variety. Even did a little Xmas shopping while getting quick lunch. Bring your Amazon prime #.
Its always a good experience when going to Whole Foods! They have the products we want and need especially for my husband who Type 2 diabetic and lactose intolerant.
Today was the last time Ill ever shop in this store. Ive seen them treating other people lousily before and I rarely had a positive experience. The rudeness and entitlement of the men who work in the Meat Department is beyond belief. There is only one older gentleman who works there that is nice and knows how to serve customers. The rest should be sent to a reeducation camp and should never work with customers, that is not a job for them, I dont know how they got hired with the kind of attitudes they have. If you are asked a question that pertains to the products you are entrusted to sell then you should do your best to answer. And also we, customers pay for those products, youre not giving us charity, just know that you wouldnt have a job if it wasnt for us.
