Ordering groceries online for contact-less pick-up is a breeze, especially with the app and ordering the day before.When I shop inside the store is always clean and well stocked. Pre-made food in produce, deli and bakery are good. No experience with the butcher or pharmacy. Discount area near the milk is fun to check out.Cashiers have adapted well to having more people bring in re-usable bags. For our part, try to keep cloth bags clean as some employees are allergic to pets or dust.

Always have everything I need. Their customer service is consistently above and beyond. Although they close at 1, I frequently do not make it there until then or 12:58 and even when the door is sometimes locked, they always allow me to grab the handful of things I need when Im sure they are wanting to get home. Staff is truly exceptional.

Love this store! It is wonderfully clean and well stocked with anything you could want. They have many specials for hot food, Chinese, cheap delicious fried chicken on Monday, precooked veggies for tacos and Burritos, great seafood department and amazing meat section. The Customer service is awesome, staff is very professional and helpful. One of my favorite markets in Bellevue.

This is a well stocked store with lovely cashiers. Pharmacy is open till 8 most nights. Flower department has variety of flowers. Bakery is great. I always order my cakes from here. Overall very clean and friendly environment.

Overall, staff at this store is helpful. A few bad apples, but mostly good experiences. Big store, well stocked, high end. I took off a star because they are often overpriced. Be sure to get the app and use coupons.

What a huge Safeway.. convenient to Westin. Sticks almost everything and the wine section is fantastic!! Service was great and the staff gave me a Safeway card to enjoy the discounts!! Enjoyed my time there!! And bought the wine and fruits!

I was on a mission to find ingredients to make tiramisu. This safeway fell flat. They had no ladyfingers in stock, one type of mascarpone cheese in the deli section that was extremely hard to find, and a handful of heavy cream options. Parking is also pretty tight if you have a larger vehicle. Definitely not my favorite safeway in the area (my favorite has to be the one on Coal Creek in Newcastle!)

Store is clean but they only have self checkout open and 1 lane (sometimes 0). The self checkout is terrible. Please always have at least one lane open for checkout, or more when busy.

Friendly workers, however if youre concered about food safety, and about people not wearing gloves. throughout the covid 19 pandemic, the salad/hot foods area has not been wearing gloves when serving food. Ive visited them several times and they all have not been wearing their gloves. I dont really care but i thought people should know that they arent very clean, and if you want to avoid covid as much as you can, i suggest you stay away from prepared foods from this area. Kirkland safeway might be a better option ^^I have video recording/picture of a man not wearing his gloves.please dont harrass those involved, this is a management issue because NO one wears gloves near the deli.

They continue controlling the amount of people inside which not all stores are currently doing. It’s clean and organized inside and their produce is always fresh. The organization makes it easy to find what you need and go.

Yesterday I bought something withy debt card when I meant to used a gif card, the customer service clerk went out of his way to refund me and use my gift card-thid is unheard of for someone like me. This Safeway is awesome, so much parking both in an underground lot and an above ground covered lot, the wine and alcohol section is crazy huge, the people that work there are so nice also! I am someone who you might think is... Shady? I am a recovering addict and I was a train hopping gutter punk so most stores have their security and secret shoppers follow me blatantly. You would expect this behavior from a grocery store in Bellevue but they treat me like a human and if their secret shoppers have been keeping an eye on me for the last 4 years I havent noticed.The only thing I would complain about is they are always sold out of the red powdered Gatorade.

Great selection of products including all you could think of in organic varieties. They also sell flowers and plants and there is a nice bakery and a Starbucks and also a great pharmacy inside. Well positioned next to the Bellevue mall you can find anything here. They have an amazing selection of wines from all over the world too!

Needed western union for emergency but the machine was out a very nice customer service associate tried the machine anyway and luckily it came through. I found out he was Iranian. I love Safeway hiring diverse employees.I only gave four stars because there is a middle age employee that runs self check out around early afternoon shes condescending and sometimes does not attention who needs help. I had wine and had to call her attention. She was irritated having to be called over because she was messing with the trash and I get that but what made me mad is she carded me and I am 48 years old. I am obviously way past 35. Yeah that made me never want to come back.

Almost every single one of the employees in this store are so helpful and kind. If you call and ask anything that you need theyll let you know promptly whether they have it or not. And its always a pretty quick in and out compared to other Safeway. Right above the top of the Pinnacle in their wine selection are good prices.

The staff are quite dismissive here. Ive only shopped here a couple times and its the same vibe everytime. Today when I was checking out, I inquired about an item normally carried in about every supermarket Ive been to. The cashier turned and asked a guy that seemed to be a manager. He walked over to me and I was met with we STILL dont carry that as if I had asked before and was bothering him or something.

This store was simply breathtaking. Great staff, great cleanliness, excellent fresh produce and meat. Very beautiful store. 10/10

If youve never been here before, it can be difficult to find the entrance to the parking garage. The store is in downtown Bellevue so street parking really is not an option. The store set up is convenient and follows typical Safeway layout with double long aisles and a center aisle dividing the two. The shelves were well stocked and the store was very clean. Items that were out of stock were out due to covid-19 related shipping difficulties. You cant blame the store for this. All stores are experiencing exactly the same problem.

This safe way is very clean and organized. Employees are a little scarce, but, thats the norm, so I cant doc them for that.My wife and I walked here pretty late, around 9pm-ish and we felt pretty safe. Downtown Bellevue actually protects citizens more than criminals (unlike #Seattle), so the walk was pleasant.

Parking is good. Prefer the underground parking. Strange noises on upper parking when rainy. Makes it sound like you have broken axels

This Bellevue downtown location Safeway is much bigger & better than the safeway on 140th street Bellevue.I could find a vast variety of all the things .Make a list before you come here otherwise you are going to get lost.Theres free underground parking & access is easy too.People were wearing masks .The employee count ratio was less, not much employees .

Im typing this as I stand in a line stretching back to the spice aisle. All of the self-checkout lanes are down, and they have the deli clerk running the ONLY till. She has to run back and forth between the cigarette counter.If this was a one off thing Id be more hesitant to write this, but this is not the first time Ive had this happen.If theres anyone else reading this and need to shop late night, go to the QFC three blocks north. At least they have people.

I found this Safeway to be well stocked, safe to shop in with customers and employees all wearing masks and distancing and one way stickers in all lanes. Anytime Ive come to this Safeway I have always had a good experience. Its also in a very convenient area of downtown Bellevue as well. There is underground parking as well as above ground parking.

Cashiers are always friendly. Offers curbside pick up and delivery options.

Just a Safeway, not to busy, very clean. Bought dinner and headed home.

Most grocery stores don’t enforce masks. You could be buying hot food at the deli, no mask and no one will say anything to you. At the help counter- same thing. It’s very uncomfortable being a shopper here.

Best thing is underground parking. They have signs up stating if you need a mask ask for one. A woman asking for one was told we dont have free masks

Some employees (including some pharmacies)are really rude,or not educated about how to act with customers.Since the QFC and the Rite Aid here offers better deal and much better customer service,We decided never to use this Safeway again.

Always Kind, considerate the staff is. Im not made to feel uncomfortable when asking questions, no matter how odd it is.

Do shop here if you like cheap but expired food! I buy lots of stuff here because of the convenience, and often go home to find that they are expired. Gave a friendly tip to the manager once but returned to keep finding expired products... oh well, atleast they open late and are cheap with the Safeway club card. Staff are also friendly most of the time, and they have a large selection of items.

One of the nicest Safeway Ive visited. Lots of prepared food, in the deli area including a beer tap and Starbucks. Self checkouts make for quick and contact less trips.
