Came in with my family to make a cash payment on our credit card and we were immediately greeted by Katey the ambassador, she quickly explained how the process works to make payments via their ATM, once I had finished my business Katey had given the kids Capital One swag bags containing all sorts of nifty items. Katey was super patient with our overly excited kids and even comped all of our drinks at the cafe!Overall I truly enjoyed the experience and find this type of banking great!

This is an awesome place to chill and work. The coffee and pastry were better than most coffee shops around this area. Totally recommended.

I had a really good experience here the other day! the cafe was nice and clean and had two floors as well as outdoor seating. i sat and did my chem hw while enjoying some iced coffee. the wifi was nice and fast and overall atmosphere was chill. you also get half off if u use a capital one card, which is great! will be back soon!

I love the concept. But overall this place just seems to have people who dont care. Or better said, they cannot help with any of my concerns related to my Capital One accounts. Also this location needs repairs. Fountain no longer works, vegetation has died, and there is exposed rebar on what is supposed to be a bench.

So this place is literally a coffee shop with ATMs, theres no bankers here, only two people to show you how to use the ATMs? When we stopped in today the coffee shop wasnt even open, why do yall pay people to explain ATM usage, I drove here thinking Id be able to talk to a banker, but instead find out we dont get bankers in Washington, theres also no free parking or street parking so be prepared to pay 4 dollars for parking to use their ATMS. Yall should really make it clear theres no in-person banking services here. Why would I want my banking institution to open coffee shops that offer no services for their customers other than an ATM, I thought this was a cool idea until I found out what it actually was, these should be banking centers not just coffee shops with ATMs.

A lovely banking experience tied to a coffee shop and of course wireless internet on two floors to enjoy. Byron was there on a Saturday to assist me with the multiple questions I had doing to these new 360 checking accounts. Very pleased with the less fees that Im currently getting a Navy Federal. Awesome place with very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff.Decided to stop here to do some work, but was made aware that the indoor seating is still closed due to covid. Don, the person who greeted me and also offered me a free coffee since I had forgotten my Capital One card and couldnt take advantage of the 50% discount they offer to card holders, invited me to seat at their outdoor patio, located at the back of the café.I was able to complete my work, drink a good coffee, and confirmed that large companies, especially financial companies, can still offer a great and friendly customer experience to their customers if they choose.Thank you Don, the café staff, and Capital One for a wonderful visit. I still cannot get around the fact that this is a bank.

This is an all-digital bank branch with ATMs, a Peets coffee stand, and lots of workspace areas. You can get 50% off the drinks menu from the Peets coffee stand inside if you pay with a Capital One card (no discount on food unfortunately). There are no bank tellers here, the banking experience is meant to be all-digital. There are bank employees although which can help with financial or banking needs but they dont handle any cash.

Coming from SC I have seen commercials about a Café and didnt put all the parts together until I walked in the door. I have been a card holder and even if I wasnt the team here wants you to enjoy the facilities with no sales pressure. I grabbed a cup of coffee and was able to wrap up some work before my flight home. Capital One nailed it with this setup. Clean, friendly, and comfortable. Also, I had the pleasure to work with Jessie while I was there and she is a true example of what customer service should be.

REALLY awesome visit. If only Covid-19 restrictions didnt abolish half the reasons one would come to a Café.The staff here EXTREMELY helpful, polite and knowledgable. The Freebies I received because it was my first time visiting here was such a nice, warm touch; it mostly overshadowed the social ddistancing restrictions.

I have credit cards with Capital One for many years. Bellevue is very convenient location. Very professional and king people working there. Kids friendly. I came to make a payment with my son. One of the employees immediately approached my restless boy and gave him Crayons pencils and a pad to keep him busy. In sum, great people and excellent service.

Good for quiet, private rooms to do work. They also have oat milk now so yeah Ill be going there more often. Oat milk is the future.

This cafe is great! I was greeted promptly upon entering, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to work or study. Sounds like they provide great deals if youre a Capital One card holder. Would recommend!

To the beautiful black woman with awesome pinkish hair (so sorry, I didnt catch your name, was in such a hurry); she is a real keeper and has AMAZING customer service!! Went in to this location real quick to pay a bill and my fiance had a question about my account and having issues with logging in, so we went to ask a representative, but unfortunately I left my purse in the car so we couldnt get very far, but the representative gave me a phone number to call and 2 complimentary coupons for coffee. She made me feel so welcomed and had such a warm personality!! I hope she get acknowledged because of this. :D She is the best!

Great wifi and nice interior. Not to mention half price on some items if you are a capital one card holder. Its awesome they open Sundays too. People work there know how to service customers.

I went to the Bellevue location, and I did not have very much time to open my CD account. Erica, or was it Eric Well, SHE was extremely helpful, and held my hand basically through the whole process. She was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and PATIENT! I greatly appreciated her assisting me and getting everything accomplished in about a 20-minute window.

An awesome place to chill with a lot of natural lighting.

The smart ATM ate my credit card, and gave me zero information about it. So I had to go back over there, only to be told that it could not be retrieved. I believe that this was a perfectly good card, but it is kind of hard to dispute the no reason given. At the very least the machine could have let me know that it could not be retrieved, thereby sparing me the trip back. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad.

This is a nice space with your usual Peets Coffee offerings. There are a few seats with outlets in a corner and long table towards back, but most other seats dont have outlets. Wifi is kind of slow. Usually there are more employees than customers, and while theyre nice, it can feel like its more of a hangout spot for them than customers.

We seldom use our debit card. We were unable to log into our account in the ATM room. The moment we went into the café, Sharis came to help us. She and another girl did everything they could to help us. Thanks for Capital One having such wonderful associates. Highly recommend this café.

Place is a joke. Said they were handing out Jason Mraz tickets from 5-9PM, first come first serve. That makes it sound like you have hundreds if you allotted 4 hours. They had only 70. Gone in 20 minutes, waste of hundreds of peoples time.
