Good selection, busy location so expect lots of people all up in your space

Great selection and outstanding service. Unlike a lot of sneaker shops these days, they have much more than just Nike. You can try on lots of shoes until you find the perfect pair. Much better than internet trial and error.

It was fun a guy named Remy as in yes Remy Martin the cognac is his first name trip me right out very helpful and seem to be an all-around cool guy.

I went into Champs sports yesterday asking about a champion crewneck and they said they didnt have it and asked if I wanted the product sent to the store for pick up and I said yes. I went outside caus see they told me the phone service inside the store is bad and so i went online and found it screenshot the pic and came back in. The sales associate told me they couldnt find it on their website. I tell them I just found it on the website and they call me a liar. Today I ordered it to my house without sales associate calling me a liar. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS CALLING THE CUSTOMER A LIAR

I was looking for in soles. They didnt have the ones that I have been using for the last year and a half in my size. The sales person gave me direction to another pair and told me why this other set of insoles were better. I tried them on and they were better. Thank you to staff for their expertise on their products, even if they were just insoles. It makes a world of difference if you are standing on your feet all day.

Do yourself a favor and buy all your Nike and Adidas gear anywhere else. The workers here are too stoned to know whats going on and the management is so poor. They forgot to the off a security tag. This company is going down hill fast.

The place is conveniently located in Bellevue Square mall and offers a decent selection from different brands. Now while that is the good stuff what kills it is the staff. It seems that the majority of the staff are teenagers, which is not bad by any means and in fact can and does bring energy to a place. The issue here was that they *all* seemed busy chatting among themselves in a group or trying to impress each other when clearly there were multiple customers looking around and wondering whom to ask questions. I got my questions answered eventually and got the help but I wonder how many people would patiently wait and put up with it. I should also add that they don’t seem to be interested in selling rather just putting hours on the clock.

Amazing! Walls of shoes and clothes the best customer service around. Lots of sizes, colors, and brands of everything! Very nice employees helped me pick and fit my first pair of air Force 1s.

Good inventory, love to go in just to check out the shoes. Usually can find a good sale on something I like here. Only complaint I can speak of is a little on the pricey side. Otherwise great store.

Just visited and asked to try three different Nike’s on for my kid. We had two sales people ask to help but as soon as it was more than one shoe they said they had something else to do. When the second person did this as apparently she only had 3 minutes left until break or end of shift, we left. I don’t ask for much but a little customer service goes a long way. We clearly won’t be back.

Three stars for these guys due to lack of effort in trying to get me to but something other than what I wanted. I was quick to leave after I didnt get what I wanted and no did anything else after I said no. Though the associate, whose name I cant remember, did assists me in a nice manner.

Worst service ever! They said that size 3.5 doesn’t exist. Then the sales woman gets on her headset and tell the manager to get another employee out of her face or she’s going to lose it. Also, the previous customer didn’t buy anything and she announced to the store it was because they didn’t have her size not her shabby sales skills! Awful!

Best athletic shoe store in the mall. You can fid a wall full of hats, shoes and athletic wear. The service here is super friendly and they always have a good inventory of sizes.

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE. The service is trash, they ordered me a pair of shoes they didn’t have, but they never came. After 2.5 weeks I called and got told that my order got cancelled because the shoes were out of stock. If I hadn’t called they wouldn’t have told me about the out of stock, screwing me of $220. Champs has a policy that they can return my money over the phone, so they are once again making me drive an hour back. The man boy of a manager is the biggest douche I’ve ever met. YOU SUCK CHAMPS!

They have clothes I like I never really know what Im looking for when I go in there for shoes though unless Im really trying to hoop or train .
