A small Walmart in the Marketplace. Nice light and clean store spacing unlike some of the larger and older Walmart.

Pretty huge and solid Walmart with a huge selection of items. Employees were speaking languages other than English to customers. Big sale areas in the food aisles. Unlike Target I didnt feel like the employees thought I was stealing. They also have the same hour every day (which is true as of 9/2/21).

I Like this walmart mostly because of convenient non crowded and beautiful location because there are several outlets there also, it is situated in adjacent to factoria mall where they have, Target 🎯 / TJ max / DSW / Nordstorm / Amazon fresh / Boba tea / Ulta beauty and many more outlets and there are all food outlets nearby like Thai Ginger/ dominos / chipotle/ mac d etc, do visit, this is neat and cleanest walmart store with food staff

The store is well stocked and clean each visit, but the staff is generally less than enthused. Almost as if they are understaffed (stressed) even though staff are EVERYWHERE stocking shelves. On that note, for all the staff everywhere, expect a good 5-10min wait for someone to unlock the baby formula cabinet. Plan accordingly...

Its a small store. Hard to find associate and clearance prices were still high. I didnt do self checkout and looked like she was nice by the way she was talking to the person before me but when its my turn her social attitude changed. She didnt really talked or try to make conversation. Whatever.

I loved how clean and spacious it is. I could easily find what u was looking for amidst other shoppers. Checking out was quick and easy. Everyone friendly and helpful

Clean store, associates werent the friendliest but honest its fine because its Walmart and they dont pay enough.

Indeed one of the most popular stores here. They have lot of variety and options. They have much better collection than comparable stores and also the prices are low. They have established several protocols to maintain social distancing and have also made hand sanitizers available. There is also ample of parking spot available. Highly recommend checking this store before you make any purchase.

I had a friendly experience, was shown to any item that I was looking for and was even given advice about same quality merchandise being sold at a lower value. I suggest going in the morning when the store is practically empty so you dont have to wait for long lines of people. The workers here were very kind and knowledgeable about what was in their stores location. I am pleased with each visit to the factoria Walmart location.

Quickly found things we needed to move into the area. Clean store. Easy to navigate.

I have always loved Macys. I needed pants and a nice Ralph Lauren Polo shirt. I found both on sale and was very pleased. Store was not crowded and I had no wait. What could be better on a 102 degree day.

So glad they have an updated self checkout. The wait is shorter and I’m able to get in and out in a jiffy.

Lines are always backed up. And self check out is card only. Its ridiculous . they make you have to go paperless which I feel isforcing peoples into beingPaperless . its all getting paid so i realty dont know why they stopped cash payment. I feel as though it would down the lines and cause less headache for the employees also customers who choose to not have a debit or credit card .

The prices are cheap as to be expected at Walmart. All of the cashiers have been replaced with self checkout as to be expected at walmart.

I came to find some personal items the store is kept well stocked and clean.

Ordered some Rotella motor oil online and it was ready for pickup in like an hour. One of the quickest and best shopping experiences I have had all year. Walked in, easily found order pickup, entered my name on a touchscreen, had my order and out the door in less than 3 minutes.

Dunno why folks give Walmart a bad rap. They deliver on what they advertise - low prices always. Granted, their interior could be more upscale, but you get what you pay for. I go in with my mobile app which tells me what aisle what product Im looking for is in, I pay my low price & then I get out. Easy-peasy

They have been out of what were looking for. Tried to call and ask so we didnt have to drive so far. But they absolutely never ever answer their phone! I dont know what it is about Walmart but it doesnt matter what location they dont answer their phones! You can let it ring until it actually stops ringing through the company not them. They always show Walmart having such great service on TV but obviously it doesnt cross over into reality.

I live in Federal Way WA. This location is awesome, yes and I have to say another one of my favorite places to shop.

Great they had the gluten free things I needed!! They had it all in one isle which was a great shopping aid! Wish that other stores would accommodate us gluten free individuals in that way!

Ordered online and just needed to pick up my item. Theres a huge line for customer service for returns but theres a kiosk it says to check in at if you have a pick up. I used it and it said to wait and an associate would be out shortly. Nobody came so I finally got in the customer service line. If I had gotten in it right away I wouldve been done way sooner. But their system implied the kiosk was where I should go so I am incredibly annoyed. I thought in store pickup is supposed to make it so I can get in and out of store quickly. Nope. Waited 30 mins. Never doing this again. Dont recommend.

Small Wal-Mart with even smaller parking spaces! I have to park near the Ricardos restaurant here so I dont have to worry about other people. It is clean here, but it is a Walmart. What do you expect?

If you call the the electronic apartment twice and because they dont answer both times it automatically transfers you to customer service, dont worry they wont answer you neither.

Little bit of an attitude or disposition. The worker that I dealt with ( at customer service) I cant remember his name but he seemed like I was inconveniencing him and I also felt rushed. I understand they have a lot going on but still customer service should be number one.

The store is usually clean and well stocked, but there are significant issues with safety with stocking and merchandising occurring during open hours.There are also rarely enough check stands open to adequately get folks out of the significant lines.

This place is for u if..... ur not in a hurry and like to wait in a line to check out. Its for u if u dont plan on getting close to all the items on ur shopping list. I hate this place but for some reason I keep goin lol

Merchandise in disarray. Untidy store. Significant gaps in displays. Products not found in the stated department per the signage.Staff encountered however, were friendly and willing to help. Several afforded us a pleasant parting comment when walking past, and upon leaving.

Inside was clean and workers were helpful, polite, and real (no fake and creepy smile). Parking was okay and the lot was mostly clean.

Good place to buy most of stuff at a cheaper rate than other places..like Qfc..etc

This location has the worst management. I think its turned 2 or 3 times over the past couple years. Theres never an employee around to help. With the mask mandate half the employees have it down like a chinstrap. No wonder this location is a ghost town. No point in shopping here.

Its a marketplace so more of grocery store than regular Walmart. Decent produce selection. Funny how this place has some things that Fred Meyer and Safeway dont have.I do like getting sweet tea from their cold selection.I also like getting honey butter from here.

They really need to get their posted prices to match what the scanner at checkout reads. I was overcharged over $7 for dish washer soap. It is getting taken back!!!Usualky I have a good experience at this Walmart....today was definitely off.

If you need grab something fast and cheap. The Walmart is the best place.

Im happy with my service and customer service at Walmart however if Walmart wants to serve its customers better at this store they either need to carry food or not carry food but dont carry so little it forces you to go to multiple stores to get the basic things.

Nice clean store. I think this is a little smaller than most, but it has most of the basics. Not usually super busy which is another plus.

Store selection, cleanliness and decor have deteriorated over the last 2-3 years. Most of the shelves were haphazardly stocked or completely out of stock. There was trash in the parking lot.

This is a very busy location and cant seem to keep up with supply and demand. Each time time I go they are low or completely out of many items. Womens shoes, storage bins and containers, certain body washes, etc, and it is very picked over. Yet their employees are constantly restocking items. They hire barely enough ppl and the checkout lines are long as a result. Overall its hit or miss and crowded, but they have really good prices🤷🏾‍♀️.

The best shopping experience I had for years. Usually Walmart are great with low price, but this time, store was clean and I got helpful customer service quickly. It maybe an outlier, but was truly a wow experience for me this time

I found everything i wanted. Christmas shopping can be difficult but there where many gift sets available. The staff where very helpful and nice. It was alot of fun shopping at Walmart.

Came here on the hottest day this year so far. 111. The ONLY thing enjoyable about this walmart was the AC. Shelves were pretty bare and the outside and inside was pretty trashy. Didnt enjoy waiting Iines either.

This Walmart is pretty good. We go their for shampoo toothpaste diapers and wipes. Sometimes we go for winter clothes and school supplies. We always find what we want. The customer service is good people who work their are friendly and fast. I recommend it to anyone in the area.

I am a Walmart fan! They always have great inventory and super prices. Yes, the customers fit the meme stereotype frequently and its rare to encounter employees who are overly happy or helpful, but when I am looking for household products, basic necessities (or tp during COVID) they have it. My only complaint is that they close their returns area at 8:00 p.m. which makes it difficult as a working person to make exchanges or returns.

Best place is Covington then Renton

Walmart is on my lowest list regarding customer service, cleanliness, helpfulness, patronage standards; parking lots are a disaster, trash, and carts everywhere. This Walmart is not much different, but if your looking for the lowest price at the worst experience possible, Walmart usually cannot be beaten! Lowest Recommendation, but the price is generally right! Im willing to pay a little more for a better experience!

Idk if asking about the one in Bellevue or the one Factoria.

A neighborhood store that sells almost everything. Very busy. Funny that the line for returns always extends to 2 isles.

Convenient Walmart to go to in the Factoria Square area if you need a few everyday items. Its Saving Grace is that its better than the one in Renton. Big Lot outside so you wont have any problems parking.

Very bad experience with photo center . We got a phone call saying the photos is ready to pick up but the person at the pickup (Kevin) is saying he is not having the order yet. So please do not trust this photo center and waste your time .

Shelves always bare, especially frozen veggies, and sugar free items.

No Staff when you are there, and they literally refuse to pick up the phone during open hours.

Their pick-up is great!

While its typically a circus, inexpensive toiletries are the attraction. Its also the only place I can consistently find a decent blueberry pie.

Cashiers are pleasant and courteous, store is clean and well stocked.
