Ive always loved Zara even when I was still living in the Philippines. Their stores are always organized and clean. Associates are always ready to help. I always visit the store just because they dont show everything in their website. I would rather see and feel the item I would purchase as well. Sometimes theres only 2 registers open even if theres a long line already. Understandable, every place now are understaffed. But still, always a great shopping experience for me. :)

It gets very crowded on Thursday and Friday evenings. They dont have a separate line for pick up in store. You need to wait with everyone else in the line to get your online order which can be very looong. Otherwise, the clothes here are good

Good selection of clothes the only kicker is the dressing rooms are closed due to lack of staff which is ridiculous. So basically buy the clothes go to the bathroom try them on then return whatever doesn’t fit. Super unhelpful. A clothing store where u can’t try on clothes . Beyond stupid

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICYI bought a pair of jeans when we were passing through town and got home 200 miles away to find that they didnt fit as the size suggested. (Fitting rooms were closed) When I asked if I could mail them back for a refund with the receipt and all tags in place, I was told that I could only return them in person. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely disgusted by Zara’s customer service and management. I’ve never shopped at Zara before but decided to give it a try on September 27th (Monday). Bought $700 worth of items, but was unable to try anything on because their fitting rooms were closed. Came home and after trying everything on, I didn’t like 2 of the items. I decided to go back in today (without a receipt because I misplaced it) to exchange it for other items. I spent 40 minutes in line only to get to the register and be told I could not exchange it for anything else because I had no receipt. Why?! I am NOT asking for my money back! I am only exchanging it. Any other store allows you to get store credit or exchange it for another item. The items I was exchanging were in perfect condition with tags as I only tried them on! Not only that but the Manager was extremely rude, talked down to us, didn’t give us a solution, had an attitude and refused to give us her name or an employee number. I regret shopping here, my first and last time. This place needs major customer service training, more employees, and managers that know how to handle these situations and know how to de-escalate a situation instead of talking down and disrespecting their customers. Please don’t shop here, it’s not worth it.

Management Taya and Brady at this store are horrible!! I had a conversation with them as I was needing to exchange and item that I purchased 1 month ago but unfortunately I lost my receipt. I understand they have a policy but they should really use their common sense also be aware that they wouldn’t have so many returns if their fitting rooms were open. I stood in the checkout line x 30+ minutes. I am a nurse, I usually go to Zara on my lunch break since I’m mostly at work so my time was very limited. But I really did not want to make another trip and stand in that long line again. And the service from those two managers was really demeaning as if I had done something wrong. I just wanted to exchange an item that did not fit I was not asking for my money back! On a separate note, the cashier was friendly.

My favorite store. Love all the styles they keep from fun, quirky to traditional, trendy etc. There is something here for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Wish there was a Zara in my hometown in the Milwaukee area.

Very long lines at check out. Most staff were laying out clothes instead of helping to check out faster. When it was finally my turn, the cashier lady left me hanging to go organize some clothes then came back 5 minutes later and stuffed my clothes in a mini bag because she didnt have bigger ones.terrible customer service and management

Zara in Bellevue is the worst store when it comes to customer service. I have never been treated so horrible in a store before. First incident: we were told we were going to be asked to leave the store because my friends toddler ran and accidentally knocked a t-shirt and it fell on the floor! We were going to go pick it up and before we could an employee came and said she will have to ask us to leave if we can’t watch our kid. Are you serious?! I’m gonna be kicked out of the store because ONE T-Shirt fell down accidentally! Another issue, they do not offer any bags and when I set some things down to try something on by the mirror, an employee ran to me telling me they don’t offer any bags and I can’t set anything down on a shelf or the floor. Not helpful at all! Super long lines! Employees are NOT nice! Super disappointed, definitely have no interest going to this location if they treat their customers like this..

Either Zaras marketing team is super competent in driving demand up or super incompetent! Theres always a huge line at checkout regardless of which Zara you go to. This is not a pandemic related problem. It used to happen pre-pandemic as well. Buying a single item can take up to 40 minutes of waiting, because only 1 check out stand is open!Zara - At a time where companies are making checkout easier; time less spent by customers in the last phase you are artificially making the process that much slower. FIX THIS PROBLEM!

Im sorry but the employees here are just so rude and extremely unfriendly. Like there’s a rude level, a meh level, a nice level, and a friendly level of customer service but some of the employees at this store are not even meh they’re at the RUDEST level for no reason either in my case. I came into the store and was not greeted or asked if I’m doing ok but thats meh level customer service i guess but also I was trying on some shoes and apparently I was in the way of an employee going through the clothes and hangers on the right of me because she just stopped and stared me pretty much telling me to get out of the way. Like couldn’t you just walked around -.- they were rude at my mom too because she was waiting for me while I was checking out. OH and the cashier didn’t even have an OUNCE of friendliness. Its just those little things that is just being rude for no reason.

Bellevue Zara sales associates and managers need to assist their customers in a more efficient friendly environment. Every single time I come into this store which is frequently, I go unnoticed as a customer. These are the top issues at Zara Bellevue. No one ever greets, sales associates are rude when you need a question answered or item lookup, and registers remain closed despite the long lines. If this store wants or cares to remain open they need to put their customers first and offer higher customer service. This will be my last day I come here and will advise friends & family to skip the long lines and shop elsewhere. I rather shop online. Remember Zara Employees, the reason you have a job is because of your frequent customers.

Worst customer experience. Had to wait for 35 minutes in the queue to checkout. There was only one person behind the billing counter, who was very slow. No other employees were in sight and no one seemed concerned for the long queue of waiting customers.

Only downfall is checking out. There is another check out by the kids’ section which could sometimes be the lesser of the two evil! But, if I walk-in and see a line or if I am shopping and by the time I done and see a line, I just leave. Easy peasy!

Zara has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their hours are completely unreliable - during the pandemic they closed 30 min before the official time, but even then changed depending on what day you’d come and now they are “supposedly” back to 9pm close however today when we came at 8:00pm there was a sign on the door saying that they’re closing at 8pm instead of 9pm. We live in the south end so driving out here isn’t a quick trip and if we would have known their hours, we would have tried another day. They seem to just make up whatever hours they want whenever they want.

I never had a customer experience so bad at any other store at bellevue than this. I had my wife already shopping and i had to get my child out so she could shop. By the time i came to the doors, they said store was closed which was befoe the normal store closure hours, which was ok. But then they wouldn’t let me in even to get my baby. My wife was not picking the call at the right time and i had to stand explaining to the person at the door. Felt like i was going to do something bad.I understand they have rules, this seemed too much.

I have had very many frustrating experiences at zara. One time they stopped letting customers in 10 minutes before their closing (that was not printed or stated anywhere in store or online). all I needed was to return and they would not even let me in the doors because the line was too long and they needed to do inventory. also really bad management. The lines are too long and theres only about two people at the cash registers no matter the length of the line. also, they still refuse to open their dressing rooms to this day even though theres no restrictions anymore, nothing stopping them from being able to do so. This is just laziness!!! They have terrible customer service and do not care about their customers. I will not be returning to zara.

If Zara had their own way... everyone would be dressed like a model. They have good stuff at good prices, but be mindful of the environmental impact of your shopping. There is a 5-15 min wait outside the store, and same wait at the billing counter. So come with ample time and a book to read while in the line.

I used to love Zara as a brand, especially for mens suits. I would literally market for them all the time. In recent years, at least at the downtown Bellevue, Lincoln Square location, suits are practically nonexistent. Im very disappointed.In regards to womens fashion, Ive never been a fan... My wife likes a few things here and there, me... Not so much.On the bright side, and the reason Ive left the rating at 4 stars instead of 3, they have very cute clothing for kids and they are literally always in clearance, so great buys if you have the patience, which my wife does.... And me... Not so much...Hope this helps.

My son bought a suit of Vest on 06/12/2021 in Bellevue ZARA, tried them on at Home, they are not suitable to him. Afternoon 06/15/2021 I returned them, I was denied the return by manager of Bellevue ZARA because of cutting the string of price card, the vest has not ever washed - damaged and used .This is ZARA policy, isnt it? Many times the store have different working time comparing to the other stores on the mall, which is completely fine if it’s updated somewhere but not only on the piece of paper on the store door! Plus if it says until 4 pm they stop letting people in at 3:30pm. I dont have anything against Zaras clothing. I love their clothing but I HATED this location. I spent over $1,000.00 at this store a week ago, but I came back to exchange some items because some of the clothing didnt fit my nephew. We exchanged some items, but a mistake was made by their cashier. We realized she charged us for the exchanged items (it had to be purchased online because of the lack of size at their store), but didnt refund us/credit us back for the exchange, and the exchanged clothes were taken by the cashier.So basically we were charged double for the exact same items. Realizing their error, we went back in not even 10 minutes later and we were unfortunately helped by the manager Brie/Bree. Im not sure how to spell the name, but the manager was SOOOOOOO rude. It made me want to return all of the items I bought because of the managers horrible service and extremely rude attitude.Our conversation and interaction with Brie lasted a short 7 minutes. However Brie was too busy to help us, Brie literally said, Im too busy to help you right now. I cant help you because of the long line. How in the world do you tell your customer youre too busy to help them.So, when I looked back behind me, there were only two people waiting in line. Brie saw I was checking out the line and made a rude response before I could even respond. Brie said, I can see there are only two people in line, but after I help them more people are going to line up. So the line will fill up soon. This was an obvious excuse, which was said only because they didnt want to help us. Brie was lucky my sister was there to stop me from giving attitude back.My sister was being SOOO kind and trying to resolve the issue with Brie, but Brie was still abrasive, dismissive and gave my sister attitude which is what made me the most irritated. If someone is trying to be nice to you, even though YOU were the one who made the mistake, and youre rude to them, it shows a lot about your character and what type of person you are.Its really unfortunate Zara would let someone who is so rude and dismissive represent their company and create such a negative environment for customers. From the looks of the other reviews it seems a lot of the one star reviews are because of customer service and rude MANAGERS. Attitude reflects leadership, and if your staff is rude its because others are enabling it. It might be time to fix the problem by eliminating some rotten apples.

Shopping at Zara Store at BELLEVUE SQUARE, 575 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004 was a very bad experience for my family. I was there with my toddler and forgot my bag inside the store. Even after telling them repeatedly that my bag is inside and my kid is crying, they didnt allow me entry inside the store and told that their staff has already searched and there is no bag. I have to again stand in a queue for 25 minutes to get into the store and locate my bag, which was kept at the checkout. They were neither apologetic nor showed any concern towards their behavior with us. On highlighting their mistake, they told us that we are being aggressive and will call security if we dont leave the store. Will never visit this store. Store managers attitude was very bad and she doesnt listen to customers at all. Threatening customers for store staff mistakes & not showing any care to small kids. Worst experience ever.

27 people in line with only 3 cashiers - this is why on-line stores are putting brick and mortar stores out of business. I asked nicely if they had anymore cashiers because I see a number off staff in the store but was told they did not.Even worse, as I was leaving the store at 6:40 PM and a customer was trying to come in to just return a mail order item. The manager wouldn’t let him in because they said they were closing the store early today. I went with my granddaughter. She had a gift card, and she was so excited to shop. We had a great experience due to one of the floor staff, named Samantha. She was extremely helpful.
