Kay the manager was extremely delightful and helpful in getting my new phone.
The representative who helped me Sean was amazing! He went above and beyond with his service. Everyone else in the store were also very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location and Sean to everyone!

Store hours say open till 8 and they are closed, asked an employee who was very rude and said they have been temporarily closing early… well leave your customers a notice at least. Not a good experience suggest to find a store outside they are much more courteous

Terrible customer service..kind of a what do you want vibe. And the lady (Kayla I think) checking people in ( did not let me or anyone before or after me know it was an hour or longer wait. I noticed she helped folks that checked in after me. As Im waiting (on my lunch break and my phone is broken and need my phone to work) she helps her friends first who just walk in cutting the line. She spends over 30 min with them while the rest of us wait in line. No care for guest service at this location.
Dont trust Verizon! They have repeatedly refused to help fix their failures with billing and promotions. Even after talking to agents six times and dealing with an escalation team they cant get their billing fixed. The worse part is they really dont care about their customers and they dont keep their word. Please go to T-Mobile and save yourself the pain of having to talk to Verizon customer service.

I walked in today, the guy, Sean, helped me with a very rude attitude the whole time. Cuts me off several times while I talk. While I was talking to him he just turned around to chat with his coworkers, and thanks to that coworker, said he “you should focus on your costumer”. He DOES NOT know what plans they have, neither the manager. I insisted till they were willing to pull out my record. And has no apologies to that. And he DOES NOT know anything about the system on the tablet they’re using. He can’t even check the product that I need, and don’t know how to operate the pos system when I pay.Besides, the store should be closing at 8pm but everyone in their store gets off at 7:30.

The manager and the associate I was working with went above and beyond to help me set up my new phone in the store (not the typical protocol nowadays, which I was not aware of at the time of my purchase). I had traded my old phone in and needed a device to utilize Google maps to help direct me back home. They were kind and patient.
Very poor service. The so-called manager Fitz is rude. He claimed to be enforcing the law when he required a drivers license for me to buy a replacement phone for my existing plan. He did not know the difference between a law and a store policy. The employees are creepy I would not trust any of them with my home address or personal information.
Frankly speaking these 5 stars are for Stephen, hes super helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout. He was super quick with responding to our queries and finally was able to resolve our issues. Also we went into the store on Sunday, although the staff was really helpful and informative and also nice(They were trainees mostly but they were great) the only annoying thing I would like to mention was the management, the staff member keeps changing. For first 5 min, youll be attended by one staff person after that a second staff member would come to help. We had to deal with 3 members telling them our purpose of visit to the store. They should assign specific staff person to each customer making it easier for the customer and the staff to understand each customers case and requirement.

If there was an option to give 5 negative stars that is what I would have given this store.I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years. Went in to this particular store at Bellevue square mall at around 3pm on 01/10/2021. The store was empty with no line in front of the store and nobody waiting in the store or on the monitor. The sales representatives were chatting among themselves with nothing to do. One of them let me in and before I could complete the sentence about the reason for my visit he looked at his ipad or handheld device and said to me verbatim there are 40 people waiting in front of you and I need you to leave the store right now .At that point I was irritated because even if there were 40 people waiting in front of me since the store was empty with idle sales reps even if someone from this invisible alleged sign up list had shown they could easily quickly answer my questions, even with the state required social distancing since the store was big enough and there was no other customer around and I was alone.As I was leaving I made sure my contract ended with Verizon and I will be switching my cell phone carrier.It was obvious that he cooked up some story so that he didnt have to help me or talk to me. After being a longstanding customer with Verizon for more than 10 years - this is the thanks you get from these people - you get kicked out or thrown out of the store for no reason. Take your money and go to some other cellphone carrier - Verizon is telling you the customer you are not worth their time or effort.I have been to several Verizon stores in the country and this is by far the worst Verizon store. This is my third bad experience at this same store. I have had enough of Verizon and their customer service.
In trying to activate an unlocked used iPhone SE (1st gen) bought from Craigslist, the manager Kay worked very thoroughly to help me. She contacted VZs corporate help and was told it could not be added onto my plan because of its age. With this disappointing news, I returned home only to find that the work she did eventually got it activated. Thank you Kay!
Customer service is very poor and impatient, and uniformed in the stores and very hard to get help on line. Verizon needs to fix this for the high price that they charge for their service.
Need cases for new phones, expensive phones without a case not good, upon sale
We spent two hours in the store for nothing. They assigned a trainee to us and he doesn’t know anything. All the information he provided was wrong. At the end of 2nd hour when we were asking some questions we came to know that what he said before and what he is saying now is different. The manager did nothing other than to inform us that the store is closing and we have to leave. We spent 2 hours on a New Year’s Eve standing in the store just for the trainee to get trained. Verizon send your own employees for training purposes. Don’t waste our time. The manager is more worried about answering the security than to answer the customers. Go to other Verizon stores, but not here. They will use you for training here

Yall was talkin mess
I had told them that I was experiencing major troubles transferring data on my phone from my old one to the new one. They then told me to just do it at home, which I reluctantly did. Now after doing their instructions perfectly, my new phone is now in a neverending cycle of restarting and I now have to schedule an appointment with Apple to fix it. Terrible service, will not go again.
I went in for a phone charger. They were quick & friendly. Helped with the checkout, since I am techo challenged.

Really appreciate the customer service! When I visited the Lynnwood location they refused to process payments for our business account but the team at Bellevue went above and beyond to make sure we could apply our payments while we setup autopay for 62 lines.
Never buy your phone from a phone store buy it outright for the manufacturer and then get your own plan through like Google fi or if you really want Verizon a prepaid with a phone you bought at MSRP do not finance your phones it is a scam they will find a way to make you pay triple do their plans do not finance your phone I repeat do not buy your phone from Verizon or AT&t or T-Mobile its a scam

We had the most pleasant experience on our visit to the Bellevue Square Verizon store thanks to Joshua. He was beyond helpful, knowledgable, and had a great sense of humor. There are other Verizon stores closer to us, but Joshua made the drive worth it, and we will definitely go back to him for future upgrades!
Good service, good conection
No issues at all - I know purple like to bash mobile companies like Verizon, but my visit there was great. They were organized when I got there, pulled my account up quickly and walked me through options for getting a new phone. Activation was really easy, and my apps came over automatically. I literally didnt have to do anything. Very easy transition.
What a pleasant experience We had this past weekend at the Bellevue Square Verizon store. Brandon Iverson and Stephen Whitman were amazing!!! They were very helpful, knowledgeable and their expertise was so valuable for me. They were patient friendly and understanding throughout my whole process of setting up my new phone and IPAD purchase. Verizon is great, we should all bow down and worship the red V........been with them for 18 years, and worked for them for two years. Good company, GREAT cell service across the USA, priced high cos they believe you get what you pay for...pay the most = get the best
I would recommend this store to my family and friends without hesitation. I worked with Julian Committee and his service compared to the help I would receive from a close friend or family member would. He is ethical, informed and provides service unlike any I’ve experienced! I would beyond encourage anyone to see him if they are considering Verizon!
The staff are very variable in terms of how much they know and how helpful there are. If you can find someone good. Ive been a Verizon customer most of my life and while this store doesnt excite me, it has in the long run kept me a happy customer.

People who work at this branch they don’t care at all about customers.This was my second time at that store and same unprofessional staff and very bad attitude.They asked if I need some help and I told them what I want to purchase and the manager said “ok we will be back with you “ and I was waiting for 15 minutes without being helped when on the same time couple guys working there was not busy at all, and no one came to offer any support.When I told them that I am leaving, they didn’t even react or didn’t said any words.I’m very sad because we still have this kind of customer service.Don’t lose your time going to that branch at Bellevue square mall

In hopes of saving some money, I bought a series of 5 defective Samsung Galaxy S8s on Ebay. One after the other had something wrong with them. Plus the wait time for the next good phone to get here! I finally sent those all back and met with Stephen & his associate. To prevent them trying to sell me features Id never use, I gave him a budget of $300 for a new phone. That was the price range I had been buying them at. He showed me a great phone, the Samsung A20 and its been like weight off my shoulder to know I have a phone I can rely on again,. Thanks guys.

Been there twice in the past two days, once to upgrade my phone and once to turn in my old phone for a credit. I definitely had a few complications to address (because lets be real, Verizon policies arent the most awesome), but all three employees that I talked with were pleasant and super helpful. And a plus, it was evening and there was no crowd both times. Love this place, love the staff, will be back. A+ :)

Terrible service...the worst! When the store was on the first floor of the mall, they had much courteous sales associates. After not getting much help, I called Verizon and got so much better service over the phone. Why did I bother to drive, park, and went into the store just to be treated like chopped liver? Just call Verizon customer service and they actually do care about customer feedback and send a satisfaction survey right away.

Better reception but obviously the price
Best out of all of the other stores in the region. Very knowledgeable in the policies, procedures and so on. Compared to their Redmond and Burien counterparts, the store here actually knows the tech behind the varying accounts and their phones. They wont try to throw tech jargon at you to get you out the door like the two other stores I encountered. I was helped by both James and Chris who were both competent and understanding of the services Verizon actually offers. I used to sell a variety of carriers, and unlike the other stores, I can tell that the guys here KNOW enough to help you when youre in a pickle, where the other stores I wouldnt want you back because they JUST want the sale.
-Went in to upgrade my wifes phone- simple task. We asked what was available for little cost;response Well what kind of phone do you want?Here, look at these and I will come back to you later when you decide what you want.Wow, great sales team - good to see they have career phone sales staff.

A few hiccups mainly due to trainees but they were very sweet and accommodating. They tried very hard to resolve our issues and get us what we asked for. Emily (general manager) especially was very diligent about taking care of us and correcting mistakes. I would definitely go back and request assistance at this location again.

This location is still there. They are fantastic. I had a problem with my phone and they did troubleshooting for me and ordered a replacement phone in a few minutes. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service.

Nothing like a good problem that would expose how little their emplyees knows about their products and policies. I had a Note 7 that was recalled. These people knows pretty much nothing about how the recall will work and whether the note 7 owners can get a loaner phone while waiting for the new note 7.
I walked into Verizon here in Bellevue square mall and Thomas Trexler asked what he could do for me and I asked if I could get my number changed, and I told him I am under my families account. So he said “go ahead and call your family or whoever is the account owner and we can change your number for free. I also told him the reasoning for wanting my number changed and I showed him all the 15 + random numbers that I have BLOCKED because I been being harassed by multiple random numbers everyday and He said okay that’s not good, so I went ahead and got a hold of my family on the phone and they confirmed they were the owner etc, gave him the code and read it back to him. After they got done talking on the phone with my family. ON Thomases Verizon tablet as I was watching him about to change my number it also had a $0.00 to change my number. he paused looking at his screen... he was about to change my phone number and it said $0.00 cost for a phone number change. Instead he walked away and talked to the other rude worker Lanna and I over heard them talking saying “is there a charge button and they were like yeah go ahead and charge it, ( they didn’t think I was listening ) 12 seconds after he comes to me and says “yeah so we’re going to charge you 15 dollars” which makes zero sense After I specifically was told its free especially if your getting random numbers calling you so yeah they tried making me pay for it when it should of been free. Kinda confused. I showed him all the numbers on my settings blocked list on my iPhone and my call log of random numbers constantly calling me. Seems like these workers have a stick up somewhere. Very disrespectful and a disgrace to this wonderfully company. Get rid of Lanna and Thomas. Other goofs aside of them have smirks also, could care less who there name is just thought I’d let y’all know. Worst place I’ve been into in months ! Very very rude people. Makes me think how they get hired :(

Waited for 20 mins while they took care of everyone around us (the 2 employees actually working.) Watched an old lady knock on the door in the back to ask if someone actually works here! Watched the guy behind us get service before us. The guy was finally ready to wait on us and turned to take care of other people again. Never again. These guys need to hire some employees!!!
Checked in they told me 15 minutes. 30 minutes later with watching lots of idle staff I asked to take my name out of the queue. I think Ill just head to a store in Seattle that is much better.
This store has some of the most rude, awful employees Ive ever met. Aaron the store manager was so rude to us that he literally made my best friend cry. He gave us options that he knew wouldnt work for us and when we wanted to cancel and fix our line, he said we would then have to wait two hours. We left feeling mistreated. We then called Verizon customer service and they happily and easily took care of us, fixing our issue without question or hesitation. We filed a complaint against Aaron and his awful store in Bellevue.
No stars deserved. Beware of this company!! They will absolutely ROB you blind. In our case, we had an internet Ellipsis wireless card that stopped working. They upsold us to a new card, a new contract. Then I lost that Internet device. My husband went in to get a new device for me. Some months later, that device stopped working. After half an hour at the store today, I learned they have been charging us for 2 lines. We only ever had one line. By now I want out. The store at Bellevue Square cannot cancel the line for me. They mentioned something about $160.00, and I had to call. Now I have been on the phone for nearly a half hour because they want to charge us to cancel both lines. We are now talking about $300. BE CAREFUL with these guys. Do not get robbed as we have. After talking with the supervisor Angela, she confirmed, we need to pay over $300 to get out of the contract. We literally did not know they set us up for a second line. BEWARE! BEWARE!!! And please make sure you check your bill from them every month. I spent well over an hour between the store and on the phone, trying to come up with a fair compromise. They dont compromise. We have spent probably $1000 for NOTHING.
Great customer service, they are patient and practical about requests. Learned new shortcuts about apps on my phone and they helped me know about my backup information on google so incase my phone breaks again my activation on my new phone wont be a hassel. Thank you Verizon staff.

Walked in @ around 1:30 on a rainy Sunday. Was instantly confused by the open layout of the store. Verizon’s marketing team is trying to be trendy.After walking around trying to figure out who I could talk to for about 5 min. (The employees do not seem to have a unique easily identifiable uniform and were wearing small slim silver name tags) I finally saw a blonde woman open up a drawer and pull out some kind of tablet device. Bingo, alright she must work here and can help me right?Well she needed to help someone else at that moment, and that was fine and dandy, but tried to re-direct me to the front of the store where apparently someone was supposed to have been to help “check me in” presumably with another one of these tablets. Sure enough, there still was no one up front to help “check me in.”She sighed and asked for my number so she could do it herself and I guess page me when they were ready for me, like a doctors office, or the DMV. I gave it to her, then asked how long I was going to have to wait. I really only had a couple questions that I needed to ask.She went on to explain that they were too busy to help me. That she had no idea how long I’d have to wait, and that there were at least two other people or so ahead of me. That it would depend on the problems the other customers had.Well I was not going to wait around. I was in the mall for only about an hour that day. I had studying and other tasks to do. And to be told that they had no one who could help me, or at least ask me what my reason for coming in that day was and weigh out if it was worth helping me I guess, had already left a bad feeling in my gut. So I told the woman thanks but no thanks and left.It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in awhile. And unique too I believe, because I think the experience just shows what can go wrong when you try to rely on trendy gadgets, systems and styles to handle your customer service, instead of addressing the foundation of your customer service needs first before introducing all that fluff. I’m not gonna go into what they could do instead. I’ve ranted enough already.I think the other reason I’m giving this Verizon store such a low review, is because it was just really obvious no one seemed to care out the guests. Everyone seemed tired, indifferent, and aside from that one woman, eager to avoid eye contact at all costs. No one was personable or friendly and that really bothers me.
I should have gotten the name of who I talked to when I came into the store. I told her I got a scratch on my phone and was wondering what could be done, since I had just gotten it and was told if it was within 14 days I could return it no questions asked. She was incredibly rude, talking to me as if I was demanding her give me a new phone for free. If I came off as rude to her I apologize, but I was genuinely taken aback by how rude she was to me for just asking what could be done. I work in customer service and if I ever talked to a customer like she talked to me I would have been fired. Really disappointed

Spent entire lunch(40min) to buy charger for my phone, after a while waiting, manager KAYLA ignored me asking how long its gonna take, if I can pay cash instead of card, and then at the end she said, come back later my tablet is not working! Horrible communication... horrible customer service... horrible rude KAYLA
If I could give a zero I would. Anytime we have to come to a store it’s a minimum 30 minute wait for assistance. Any other store in the mall this would be completely unacceptable but for some reason in wireless consumers are expected to endure ridiculous wait times.

Last night I added my wife’s phone into my prepaid plan and was charged one month fee. This morning my wife got a message that she is due for monthly payment! I called the store number and the also Verizon customer service. I waited for totally about one hour without any help. So bad experience!
Was there shopping and had an issue with my sons phone, went in to see what they could do. They told me it was a warranty replacement and I would have the device tomorrow delivered to my home. But after 3 attempts to complete the return on their mobile device and a computer, they had me call the support while at the store. After over 20 on hold, the person that answered cut me off during a transfer. So after an hour, I was out of time and went home. Called and was on the phone for another hour but this time, they tell me they are not able to get it to me tomorrow, it will take 3 days to get the replacement device now because it is too late in the day to get it shipped out. I pull up the order online and it shows a hold on my account. So I have now spent 3 hours trying to get my sons $150 device replaced on warranty.Happy with the efforts of the store staff, but NOT happy with Verizon support!

30-45 minutes they tell me to make an exchange. Its been 90 minutes, Im still waiting. Well sir, that was an estimate 5 employees for half the god damn world... they check you in on their tablets, yet the list is not posted anywhere for customers to see where they are in line, useless. They walk around the store saying we need to see who is still here. They take your phone number for the list, but god forbid they call or text you when its your turn, for a 45-60 min wait that could be 3 hours. Nope, too complicated for your own cell phone comp at to be able to send you a text alert when its your turn...

Upon confirming that they do not have any iPhone 8s in stock, I asked if I could sign up for a plan with Verizon and order the phone through someone else like Best Buy or apple (since they can get the quicker than Verizon is currently estimating). The employees response was that Im probably looking at the wrong version and lectures me that theres different versions for each carrier. I reassured him that I was specifically looking at the Verizon versions of the phones through Best Buy and apple. And instead of saying something like thats awesome lets sign you up for a plan he instead continued to lecture me that Im probably looking at the iPhone for another carrier. All of this while two other coworkers watched in silence.I felt like he was talking down to me the entire time. Worst retail experience ever!
Tough luck is the best description I can come up with for Verizons customer service. No matter what problem you have, they have the solution: too bad, tough luck, sucks to be you! And all for only $150/month!
Nice people working here, but it was very very slow.
My young daughter and my elderly mother went to get help to transfer her photos and contacts to her new phone and they were no help at all. They said they dont do that anymore and to use this app on the phone. Poor customer service. I would have done this myself but am out of town. VERY disappointed in this store.
