Made an appointment and just as we arrived the 2nd person left for lunch at the time of our appointment. The first gentleman didnt even acknowledged that we entered the store or continued to wait. We didnt get help until the 2nd gentleman returned from lunch. Than he didnt seem all the interested in helping us get what we needed. Than when we complained about the wasted time and that we had an appointment he told us they dont take appointments because they are short handed. Well thats not what the online appointment said.

Don’t do business with this store. They are deceiving. They fail to tell you that to get a rebate on your old phone you have to buy the phone on contract. Then they charge you $242.00 for who knows what. Maybe to download a phone that takes about a half hour??? BUYER BEWARE!
I wanted a sim card to have internet in my phone, sales person was Emily and she sold me a prepaid sim card for 56 $. The upload/download speed is awful, and I learned from another Verizon sales person in Bellevue that the prepaid sim cards internet is not fast at all. Emily is not giving enough information, she’s not helpful and she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I can’t get a refund. I paid 56 dollars for nothing!
I hope Matt doesnt get in trouble for staying on the clock a few minutes after the store was set to close. The store can only allow so many people in at a time due to Covid restrictions. I had been waiting a decent amount of time to be let in and make my purchase. It was nearing closing time and I wouldve completely understood if he asked me to come back the next day. Ill admit I was already 90 percent sure on what I wanted to purchase but Matt still went out of his way to answer my questions and handle our transaction. I really appreciated the extra time he spent on showing me exactly the different fees Ill be charged. Verizon wants to make sure the customer knows so we dont feel like we are being assessed hidden charges. Ill definitely recommend friends and family to that store. Thanks again!
Very poor customer service. We made an appt a week in advance and showed up early. One person was greeting people but only one sales person. The other person was helping someone. There were 3 other people waiting in the store. At 15 min after our appt we asked how long as the one customer being waited on was still picking out a phone, far from being done. We complained to the greeter and he said there was nothing he could do and they only had one person. I asked him to please register my complaint and we couldnt wait any longer or we would be late for our next appt. Told him they need to text people if they are running that far behind but they dont do that. We left and went to another Verizon store in Issaquah
We purchased a week ago from Cory and I gotta tell you. Our experience wasnt like buying a cell phone at all. Cory was the most knowledable, friendly, not pushy dude on the planet. He was honest, and did everything in his power to ensure my wife and I walked out 100% satisfied. If you want the best carrier Ive ever had, or the best Verizon sales dude on the planet, go in, ask for Cory. You will leave happier than a fat kid in a room full of cupcakes. Thanks buddy!

She explained everything,looked for discounts for me, but most importantly she understood my needs and applied her considerable knowledge to the problem. Taryn helped me and she was the best customer service rep I have ever had in any business. She fit me in around other customers that had appointments and she suggested several phones and plans and had me study them.She helped me set them up correctly and advised me to stay on a plan I am grandfathered into until I could decide if I needed more than what I have because I would not be able to go back once it changed. These are in sites that I could not have guessed myself. She protected me. She applied for coupons for me to save money because I didn’t feel well that day. She explained all the complicated details and got me the accessories I needed and told me to study and practice and come back to get further tutorials. This is all the behaviors of a great employee and kind person.I came in the next day, Taryn wasn’t here but Cory helped me some more and did a great job too.I live in north Bellevue and this store is the farthest away. However I find the customer service at this store is superior to the other two stores closer to me. And so I am willing to travel farther because quality counts.

Matt was BEYOND amazing. He was so flexible with my schedule as my boyfriend worked late and we had to push our appointment back a little bit. He walked us through every step and even went the extra mile to find me phone cases for my new phone. He was beyond delightful to chat with and made my whole experience amazing. After having a very frustrating experience with attempting to purchase a phone online, and Verizon needlessly cancelling our order (twice), we were just about to walk away and buy from someone else. We gave it one last chance by calling the Verizon store in Factoria and we were glad we found Cory. He was great to work with and got us all set with a new iPhone 12. We walked away with a new phone and a good attitude thanks to him. Give that guy a raise 👍

Matt was attentive to what we were looking for in new phones. He showed us two options that he thought would best fit our needs. We ultimately went for a higher end phone. Matt took the time to inform us of the monthly charges and one time set up fees. He also took the time to set up the new phones and transfer all our data from the old phones. He set us up with chargers, cases, and screen protestors. A pleasant experience.
Verizon in Factorial was great and they even answered their phone. Ethan was so helpful and patient spent time with me and answered all my questions. 5 stars for sure.

I ordered an gold iphone 12 pro, when I already signed all papers the guy from there Ethan told me: sorry but the phone came in silver color idk why and in 1 week just come back and exchange it for the gold one🤦🏼♀️ i did and they said that is already too late and they can’t do anything and i paid for something but i have totally another 🤷🏼♀️2. Same guy did a mistake in my email and I couldn’t log in to my account for 4 months because I called them and stayed for hours on hold with them and nothing3. I have never experienced greater Buyers Remorse after purchasing a new phone and tablet from Victra. First of all, I didnt realize I was working with a retailer and not Verizon. I called Verizon hoping they could help me correct the situation. When working with them, the representative at Verizon advised me to always go to a Corporate Verizon store and not a retailer.The customer service was amazing and the manager was very charismatic. I cant say anything negative about his customer service skills except it’s a shame such great skills are wasted on a company that teaches their employees how to deceive customers. They pitched this amazing deal I couldn’t refuse but didn’t reveal the excessive fees, upon fees, upon more fees. By the time you are charged all of their mandatory fees, you no longer have a “deal”. You’ve in fact been ripped off! I warn anyone thinking about buying from this retailer, Buyer Beware! If you are going to buy from them, make them go over every single charge and fee before you finance a ton of money you had no intention or idea you were financing.

Had a young man named Matt available to help me. Knowledgeable, friendly, and informative.He was able to let me know what they had in stock for my phone. Offered a few options to what I was looking for, wallet or card case for phone to hold cards. Also, informed me of the new phone coming out and why it could be a good option to upgrade.

I had originally given David (the store manager ) a 5 star review. In store, his customer service had been amazing. That was one week ago. David was supposed to mail my son the new phone, case, screen protector and charger and give me the tracking number. I wanted to mail it via fed ex myself but he said he would do it.That was 8 days ago. My son does not have his phone. I do not have a tracking number and my son and I have called the store on 4 separate occasions and cannot get any information about the phone nor can I get him to return my call. He knew I was leaving the country and assured me he would get the new iPhone 11 to my son. A week later I am in Indonesia trying (still) to get some information about the phone. This is beyond frustrating and really incredibly disappointing. I am paying for a phone I don’t have and no one at that store seems to care enough to figure out where it is.
My first time in to the Verizon store in Factoria has been phenomenal all thanks to the amazing customer service provided by David. From the beginning till the end he helped me figure out my plan and help breakdown how my upgrade would work with our business account. I’ve stopped calling in to Verizon and come in to the store if I have any questions as I know I will get all my questions answered by the knowledgeable staff.
Fernando was so patient and helpful getting me into a good fitting phone. His manager Ethan was amazing! I came back and had all kinds of phone problems and he helped to fix everything with a fun flow to it! Ask for Ethan or fernando they will get you taken care of!
Matt did an exceptional job assisting me with upgrading my phone, as well as assisting 2 other customers simultaneously. He was personable, professional and kept his sense of humor. I did not feel pressure to buy the extras I didnt need.
From the moment Ethan opened the door for me until I walked out was the best experience Ive had with Verizon EVER! (Side note: so happy the Newcastle store is closed. They are nothing but scammers!) Misleading and dishonest. Was told this was a Verizon store and the pricing was the same as online. This is not the case - I ended up paying more because they are a retailer and NOT VERIZON. Yes, I should have been paying closer attention and reading the fine print. That was a year ago. I took my lumps and moved on - until today. At the same time I stupidly ran my upgrade through this company (NOT VERIZON), I paid $50 for a screen protector that was supposed to have lifetime warranty. As long as I brought it back to this store they would replace it with no additional cost. Went back in today and was told they no longer do this. I would have to go online and submit a claim form, but it would only work if I registered it. Nope - was told that I just had to come back to this store and they would have my purchase on file. They even tried to sell me another protector for $50! What a SCAM! Sorry I was stupid enough to purchase from them originally. Definitely not doing it again.UPDATE: Victra responded to my review asking me to call in. Received same response I received in the store. They are not standing behind what I was told when I purchased the product. I believe thats called a bait and switch. I purchased a similar screen protector on Amazon - 5 for $5. Dont waste your money here.
Can’t regret coming to this store and listening to Ethan more. Wish I had stuck with my old phone, certainly not the price for my bill I was told, a bunch of fees and for nothing. These people will fleece you, don’t go here. Maybe just don’t go to VERIZON.
Chris was extremely helpful and took very good care of me while I switched from AT&T to Verizon. Love my new phone! Was very worried about upgrading to the 7 but its a dream. Chris made sure everything on my old phone transferred over to my new phone. Great job! Highly recommend this Verizon store. Drove all the way from Auburn-Black Diamond to this store because the ones in my area are so bad. Well worth the drive!

We went to Victra in Factoria beause my Cell phone was doing unusual things and nothing was the same as it had been. Taryn immediately helped me and within just a couple minutes had my phone working and back to normal. We were also given a reduced rate after being customers for over 15 years and ended up upgrading my husbands phone too. Taryn was outstanding and gave service with a smile along with knowledge and efficiency.
I got a new work I phone replacing my old flip phone and Caleb was amazingly patient first setting up my Apple ID and then was able transfer my 500 + contacts saving me hours. He did so while answering lots of my questions while helping me, Verizon staff and other customers and was aware of everything going on in the store. I worked with the store manager, Caleb, on two different occasions to upgrade my phone and transfer content from one phone to another. I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to multi task. It was very clear that every customer that walked through his store felt like their expectations were exceeded. I have never before met a manager that would go above and beyond to meet his customers needs. He was a fountain of knowledge and managed to keep every customers needs straight. I would gladly come back again and recommend this store to everyone!
Going to the Verizon store is usually a 2+ hour ordeal and can test ones patience. However at this store, I lucked out and was in and out in less than 30 minutes thanks to Carlos. Carlos has outstanding customer service, was very professional, and never once tried to hard sell anything. 5 stars!
I came into Vectra (Verizon store in Factoria Mall) with a broken phone like a wounded animal limping into a predatory ambush. I was shocked to have left the store with a new flagship smartphone & tons of accessories for less than I would have spent on my insurance deductible for a refurbished, outdated phone. This was after exhausting any possibility of resurrecting the old one. Thanks for treating me with care & compassion when you could have easily taken advantage of anyone in my position. Ill be back to upgrade the wifes phone!
Great service, good people. We went to this location after cancelling our services with another carrier, disappointed with our experience at said retailer location we walked into this Verizon reatiler not expecting much. And were greated by an awesome team of employees who made the switch very easy, fast and enjoyable something we had not experienced at T-Mobile. We will be referring our friends and family and will be customers for a long time because of the great service and friendliness that was demonstrated here.
Take that logo off the building. You lead people to think you are actually Verizon, and you are not. You charge for things that are free at any Verizon location.Misleading and a waste of time.
Came into the store needing help setting up my new cell phones. Caleb was able to get both my phones working in no time flat. I am not super good with technology and he did not make me feel stupid. Will definitely go back if I am in need of technical support. Janice and the other gal were super friendly and nice.

Wish I could say something more positive, but when I came in there was a young man helping 2 customers and one other waiting. The rep did not greet me, say I will be with you after I assist these three people or even Hi, were a bit busy. It will probably be another ____ minutes or acknowledge in any way that I was there. You know, standard customer service practices that lets customers know they are valued.I had come in to see about starting an account for 4 lines with them for my family...but seeing I was there for 20 min w/no help offered, then came back AN HOUR LATER and they were still unable to help (although the assistant manager did acknowledge me and let me know the situation) I cant with good conscience entrust the main form of communication for my family (who is spread out in multiple states) to a company that seems to struggle with general support. Hello TMOBILE!!!

June 4th, 2019 I went to Verizon store in Factoria and was not aware of an Authorized Retailer called – Victra.I requested screen protector for iPhone 6+ and was told by a young man the item no longer available because it is an old model. Meanwhile he checked my phone and offered a monthly discount of $20 if I switch. I declined his offer because I was leaving for Europe next day and requested my Iphone to be handed back to me. The young man ask to see him precisely for an upgrade.At the airport, I realized the speed surfing internet was painfully slow and I didn’t have time to call Verizon to clarify the situation. After returning home, I went to Bellevue Square Verizon (real Verizon) and was told from General Manager the speed for my phone to be set at its lowest setting. This is unethical business strategy.
Terrible experience leading to a complaint filed with the BBB. Customer Service is non-existent. If this is the service that Verizon provides, I recommend going to another carrier entirely. I now have an unauthorized HP on my credit, lost a phone number I have had since 2003 and even received a bill from Verizon. I walked out of the store with no service, no sim card, nothing.
