Fantastic service. Got a custom mix, and didnt have to call ahead. They figured out how to give samples during the pandemic: they have individually-wrapped candies they put in your bag when you leave.

I stopped by at this location for the first time and trying to get a few pounds of sugar free chocolate. I asked the lady for a small sample so I can verify the texture and taste before buying the bulk. She was extremely rude and provided no customer service.Very cheap behavior.I also asked her if she could provide a small sample and I will take try it at home, but I think they are so cheap and greedy to provide little samples.

Lots of candy to choose from! Very nostalgic since I have been going to sweet factory for many years. Sour candy is my favorite and they have a tons of them.

Has many candies in bulk . Enough said. If you have sweet tooth or a kid around who wants a fun experience .

Decent service, I felt like it was a bit overpriced. Theres a lot of hype over this place but honestly it was ok to me. There are plenty of other amazing restaurants you can go that are half the money and have better food and drinks.

The store was very neat and clean the bins look like they have been taken care of very well there were not fingerprints all over the glass.

Its candy...but not a whole lot of choices. Some of their truffles were really bad...the tiramisu for example. The lady behind the counter was very nice to me, she is why I gave it 3 ⭐s

Its a small store with containers of candy. You fill a bag with a candy assortment thats too your liking, and then buy that. Fun for kids! (If unhealthy)
