I was in the store in search of cotton candy. I found their copy candy and found out that they have multiple flavors including corn Pop which is their current fall flavor. Immediately after walking into the store I was customer service by the gentleman who was stacking all the candies and the service staff were really on it they gave good recommendations for candies and asked to you know ask me to come back again. I might actually go back again because there was way more candy that I wanted to try.

Spectacular selection of unique and hard to find candies in a clean and bright store. The man working at the store was surly to us and was grumbling about the local plastic bag ban.

This place is so cute! Its a tastefully decorated candy shop, that has a large assortment and variety of candy, from their own chocolates, to cotton candy, to branded candies, to cream sodas.The truffles are pricey, but then again, when arent truffles expensive? It seems par for the course and I did purchase a few specific ones from their display. They were quite good. I find the dark chocolate raspberry to be delectable.The store employees were both very pleasant and helpful and even pointed out alternatives that were a bit cheaper.

Our cashier failed to ask us if we were rewards members and completed the transaction with absolutely no mention of it. We were told after he printed the receipt that “we should’ve said something”. So us as customers are excepted to tell the cashier we want our points on a large purchase of candy. We were waiting for him to ask, as regular customers they usually DO ask. Makes me wonder how many people are getting screwed on their points or aren’t even aware of the points program for new shoppers if the cashier makes no mention of it.

Amazing, beautifully designed, clean and well-maintained store. Got invited by sweet girl-associate, who was offering samples, which was so delicious, so I had to get some. Spend only 10-15 minutes, but got amazing customer service from all girls and have little talk with owner. Definitely going to visit another time when Im going to pass by.

Well, being in the mall its an expensive candy store but then they have so many different candies and chocolates. They have a large variety of everything you can think of.Exclusive truffle chocolates, gummies. Just take a look around, you LL find everything you need.

Fun shop but way too pricey.

I was just there with my boyfriend and spent over $30 and when I asked the cashier if they still do the rewards, (since he didnt ask us) he promptly said yeah, but I already completed the transaction. We both looked at eachother, puzzled. If you wouldve told me before I would have put it in, its too late now, there is nothing I can do the ticket is no longer in the system. So we both left dissapoited. And then he said the points already have on my account should show up on the receipt how though? Since you didnt put my account on there? Its not even about the free tub of cotton candy, its about how short and rude Clayton was.

The staff are great. But the candys I got were all stale and gross. There were hard balls inside the pretty hard cow tails. The giant gummy bears were 80 percent hard. The big gummy pizza, wasnt even a pizza and was about 50 percent hard.The gummy sushi was about 70 percent hard.The only reason I want to go there again, is for a refund.

Wonderful! Inside is so bright and happy! The lady helping us, (Melanie) was super sweet and helpful, all the while maintaining the six people only rule! Definitely would go again.

Lolli and Pops is a high-end candy store located inside Bellevue Square on the ground level. Very nice looking shop, everything is well organized and displayed. Lots of candy to choose from, from Retro Candy, large variety of different kinds of chocolates, caramels, hard-to-find candy, retro sodas, giant suckers, fudge and toffee, a Willy Wonka type assortment of pretty much any candy you want. They also have the best assortment of gourmet gummy bears anywhere, pineapple, Peach, concord grape, Rose champagne, way more flavor than anything you could buy at a grocery store. You can buy a refill candy jar for $15 full of gummies, then you can bring it back and refill it as much as you like for only $5 forever,no limits,great deal. Best gummy bears Ive ever had bar none. If you like Willy Wonka then you will love this place. Staff is very friendly and theyll help you with anything.

My family loves this place. My daughter loves coming in to choose a couple favorites. There is however one employee who was stocking shelves and was rude to my daughters grandmother. His negativity is really in contrast to the bright, fun environment that this store has.

I enjoy the gummies and other candy the store offers. However, as a seasoned adult with no record of candy-theft, I am rethinking my position after a recent visit. Staff handed me gloves for sanitation purposes then told me I am not allowed to eat (aka steal) any of the candy. Ya think? So offended, may never return.

A lot of candies, really a wide range. Unfortunately when there it happened to be the Monday I decided to lose 5kg.

My husband stopped to buy me a can of candy, he said the lady was rude not only to him but other customers. Sad because the Southcenter and Lynnwood Lolli & Pops employees are so helpful all the time and make you feel welcomed.

Pretty store. Lots of options. The prices for macarons are way too high for macarons that are not mind blowing, just average. Lady Yum is nearby and their macarons are better and cheaper.

Horrible experience got kicked out over a mask, and we where the only ones in the store. My kid has problem breathing his only 4 years old and cant wear a muzzle on his face like us adults.

This was a surprisingly great find in such a big place. Walking in, youre immediately greeted with sweet smells and smiling faces. Ready, the offer you any and all kinds of samples and suggestions and are able to answer any questions you have in mind. When you make your choice, the purchase is fast and youre out of there as fast as you entered with a great experience left in your mind. Such a nice place.

Wide variety of chocolates

Super friendly atmosphere, the last two times I went in I was greeted with a sweet smile from Reed, who is a really nice guy that made my check out experiences all the more enjoyable, the selections are also wide range, which in a good way makes it impossible to leave without something to snack on! One thing I always notice is the willingness of the sales team. Even during high traffic moments I never feel like I’m not acknowledged! Overall, the urge to satisfy my sweet tooth is also backed by my appreciation for the outstanding personalities that work at the Bellevue store! 😁

Great place to shop for candy lovers. Although its on a little expensive side, its heaven for a sweet tooth craving. Good quality products.I was visiting here from India and picked up a lot of stuff for my return journey. Most of the folks liked their chocolates and The Giant Cookies and Cream bar was my favorite.

The case is also filled with small chocolate delights and macaroons.The staff is friendly, helpful, and energetic.

They have a great assortment of candy, and they will let you try some if you need to. I found the strawberry strings that I love here. I it is a bit expensive, but I am guessing they wouldnt make a profit without it being expensive. The staff are also all nice and willing to help.

Can anyone go into this store and not come out with bag fulls of sweets? Because my fiance and I cannot. This store always has a great selection of goods, and nothing ever is bad or stale (which is a surprise because there is soooo much candy).Would recommend going to!

Cool place if you want to walk around sampling everything. Almost everything the employee that was working f there was very nice in letting me sample quite a few candies there.

Dont bring your kids if you cant handle them asking for everything. Because seriously, this place is every childs dream. So much candy! Super bright colors! Generally, a very happy place to be, and the staff seemed to ooze that same excitement!

Lots of candies and chocolates. They have bagged, boxed, and novelty candies. A small selection of international candy and hand made candies like bonbons and truffles round out the place. If you have a sweet tooth check out the store and youre sure to find something you like there.

A little pricey for candy but the macaroons are amazing

Ive come into Lolli & Pops twice with my children.The first time, I wandered around with my young son, ogling all the different types of candy and excitedly planning what we were going to take home with us. It was a wonderful experience. We were asked if we needed help when we entered, and once while we were browsing.The second time, I came in with both my children (ages 7 and 12). We were greeted at the door by a friendly lady who offered us a sample of pineapple gummies. Yay! However, as we browsed, she was always step or two right behind us. Before we even reached the jelly bean section, she had asked us (not just me, my children independent of me as well - tacky) if we wanted a bag (3x). She actively leaned around to watch when I reached out to pick up items I wanted to purchase, and when one of my children pointed to something out of reach, she reached forward as though to prevent him from touching a scoop. After we rounded a display at the back of the store, we went back to the front to check out the truffles and she followed again. As we were exiting the store she called after us asking if wed like a second sample of the pineapple gummies. (Of course my little one ran back.) It was impossible to enjoy the store with her hovering, and I will not come back in again if I see she was working.

Fancy place to buy chocolates. They do have a good variety of chocolates from different countries, thats nice. The staff are always kind and friendly.

I really love Lolli and Pops. It has the most amazing selection of candy and for me they have the best chocolate covered gummy bears. It is pricy for sure and it is slightly annoying that you have to look hard to find a scale for the bulk candy but the selection makes up for it. I love going here to find gifts for friends as they have all sorts of themed candy (unicorn bark anyone?) and cute gifts. The people who work there are also generally great and helpful. They also will give you a pound of gummy bears if you sign up for their email list which I just redeemed today. Definitely read the price tags of items though because Ive been shocked before by how much a candy bar costs. Still, I go anytime Im at Bellevue Square.

The staff is very helpful and they have a wide range of candies. The store is extremely pricey, however. I went in to buy a chocolate orange for my mother and it was $9 there while as the exact same product by the same company was priced at $5 in a store across the mall. Makes me not want to shop there anymore knowing how overoverpriced everything really is.

Cool store, but RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Most common items in there are 3-5x more expensive than at any other store. Imports and specialty items are also more expensive. A sight for the eyes, but a pain in the wallet.

Been in there a total of 3 times and the first two visits I wasnt thrilled with. However, on the third visit I felt like I was in Willy Wonkas chocolate factory. The employee Kerian, he was so kind and knew everything about the shop. He took my friends and I around and gave us samples of everything. I had such an amazing time in there.

I will keep this brief and simple:I bought two macaroons and 4 truffles for $20.40 including tax. Price of each is $2.80. I dont know how this added up to a total of $20.40, maybe it was the box but whatever.My experience here confirms my previous experiences with pricey chocolate/candy shops, it is pricey but I dont see anything special. The variety of items looks great and the staff is very kind but the taste of macaroons and truffles is just fine, nothing out of the ordinary.It is fine if you want to spend $20 to try it out but dont expect that the taste here is way better than items that you can buy at Costco. In fact, the Belgium style chocolates from Costco tasted better for me.In short, the place is good, items LOOK amazingly beautiful but the taste is just ok.

I love the lolli and pops in South Center and Lynnwood but the one in Bellevue’s customer service sucks. Like if you’re gonna be rude to every customer don’t work at a candy store. No one helped me and the cashier - I remember his name but won’t say - rolled his eyes at me when I asked if it was too late to put in my loyalty phone number to get points, even though he’s supposed to ask like all the other stores. Also their bags are trash. It’s a paper bag like mcdonald’s. the other ones are pretty and have handles at the other locations

Excellent variety of high end luxury candy

I like this store. I visit to get gummy bears for my grandkids. I love walking in. It gives me a warm feeling. I love all of the candies from whe I was young like zots and swedish fish. They have different chocolate bars like cheese cake and milk chocolate. Sounds good huh. Unfortunately, that candy bar was a disappointment but I like milk chocolate and I just had to try it.
