Oil change service is extremely slow. Twice have showed up in morning at 9 for oil change and was told it wont be done for another 3hrs. They only have one guy doing service until more show up at 11. Went to Brake Plus instead.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE- I went to get an oil change and when I was “done” my oil and windshield wiper fluid lights were still on. I went back inside and asked for a refund because I didn’t believe they actually changed my oil. Johnathon the service manager walked me out to my car pulled out the dipstick and said “oil looks good” then reset my lights in my car. I shook it off and thought maybe it was an honest mistake on their part not resetting the oil light. I checked my voicemail the following day and John had left me a voicemail while I was still at Walmart the day prior waiting for my car to be done. He specifically said “We aren’t able to do the high mileage oil change give us a call back and let us know what you want to do”. It wasn’t until I had PROOF that corporate would even listen to me about this and it is beyond dangerous for them to be telling people an oil change was done when it really wasn’t. I’m thankful for him leaving a voicemail as proof or else I wouldn’t have ever known it was actually not done.

Called in when they opened and said they could accommodate my vehicle at 9:00. We get there early and Ivan informs we didn’t get scheduled and it’s a two hour wait. Mind you his customer service was terrible, avoided eye contact, wouldn’t answer questions properly and was overheard saying he needs a raise to do his job. We check in a 1.5 later and find out they pushed us back and now wouldn’t even be able to look at the vehicle until 11:30. Ivan admits they let two cars in front us who came in for a repair from the previous week. We left at this point, another person had been there since 8am for an appointment and they were just looking at his car.

Horrible was first in line and told me I had to wait until 10. When I was there at 7 when they opened. This covid and Joe Biden is ruining our beautiful country. If Sam Walton was still alive this would never happen!!!!

The employees were nice and courteous.What is irritating only one person working the counter and had to wait 15 minutes before getting waited on. There is always that customer who takes forever and no one to step up to help out with others in line.

Im sure had I not brought my car in for a new battery on the coldest day in Omaha I would not have had the wait that I had. The employees were polite kind and did everything they could do to get me in and out expeditiously. Only complaint I have was the customer door was not working properly and THANK YOU COVID there is no waiting room 😥

Have yall tried actually being open? Ive gone in countless times in the past few weeks and EVERY SINGLE TIME the auto center was closed early.I dont plan on going back. This time there was a line of 8-10 people, some of whom were LITERALLY TRYING TO GET THEIR CARS BACK, and stood there for 15+ minutes as the manager yelled over the intercom for someone to go back, before customer service finally just told someone they closed early.

Called requesting a new battery installation. They told me they didn’t have my battery, I asked when they would have it. The worker said he didn’t know when it would come. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, his supervisor was apparently on lunch for an hour at 3:37pm. Would not recommend their service, I don’t think they will be doing any favors for anybody.

Helpful people if they arnt arguing about needing a break in front of customers... that being said if an employee has been there for over 7 hrs and hasnt had one break because no one wants to relieve him... there needs to be some labor calls made...

I had an emergency today after church, my truck wouldnt start and I really needed to get a new battery. I was able to get a jump start and get over to this Walmart location. They were pretty busy and short staffed so they thought it would take 3 hours, but it wound up only being 2 hours. The price was excellent and they have good batteries and a great warranty. Just make sure to keep your receipt!

The auto service manager, Zach, and his team are honest, kind and hard working. Definitely deserves to be appreciated! I had my car oil change here and they handled the issues & customer service very well. Way better than Chrysler (my auto) for sure.

The place is a unorganized messed. arrived at 1030 am for a oil changed snd was finally checked out at 12:57 pm. I watched one customer who had been waiting for 3 hours for tires to be told in the end he needed to go elsewhere because they didnt have his tires like they thought. they let him wait 3 hrs before saying anything. other people were waiting 2 plus hours for oil changes too. lots of arguing between employees in front of customers. watched one employee take off his vest, name tag and walk out after the manager spoke rudely to him- again in front of customers. this place is short staffed, employees are tense and it bleeds onto the customers and effects the overall atmosphere. Dont come here if you want quick, reliable and profresional service.

After leaving after getting a simple oil change, there was oil everywhere. My valve cover had a leak and I had oil in my coolant. Just got repairs done today saying the oil was so dirty it looked like it was never changed. Over $500 in repairs. Dont be stupid like me and go somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Waited an hour for my battery to be checked for an exchange for a new one as it was still under warranty. He said it would take 5 minutes to test. An hour later he went and checked it. Then had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to come over for the exchange. Matt at the counter was nice, but this place is just so poorly run. I wish I wouldve never bought the battery from here in the first place.

Car was over-filled with oil and the tires they said they set the pressure at between 35-36 psi., were actually at 44 psi.. Had another Walmart Auto shop confirm this.. I learned my lesson.. If you take your car to a Walmart Auto shop, take it to the Papillion location.. Now I see why Papillion is always much busier.. BETTER SERVICE!

I had to switch out a battery under warranty. The cashier in the Automotive area was overwhelmed. But continued giving each person good service. Walmart should consider that after 4 pm they should add a second cashier. I did feel bad for the cashier, as people were kind of grumbling as most were tired and just got off of work.

Worst service I have ever had. I have tried calling all day long. I even called front desk and was transferred back to Automotive. It ran until it could ring any more....ALL DAY LONG. SO after working all day, I go up there to have an oil change. At 5 p.m. There was 1 person in the bay and nobody else behind them. They told me they werent taking anymore oil changes for the night. They close at 7p.m. That being said how in the HELL you supposed to get an oil change for daytime working people. Oh this was the Bellevue and Papillion store. Both Auto Centers are terrible.

This place is absolutly the slowest place to have any work done.They have 3 of the rudest people helping u on the inside . And in the shop is the most slowest people I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. The sevice manager was a real pro about holding up that spot where he was standing. Them when another worker shows up he pulls his car In the shop and starts working on it even though there was 4 people waiting inside for thier cars to get in the shop. I have a busy schedule and I like most people have a very little bit of time to get work done. It took 2 hours to change 2 tires and my car went in 5 minutes after I checked in. I usually have my work done at Walmart in Nebraska City. I think ur whole shop should take a field trip to Nebraska City and see what a shop runs like. I am so sorry to inform u that I will not be going through this stress again

I would give it zero stars if it gave the option for that low of a review. Didnt know how to replace a headlight, broke the locks off of the undercarriage attempting to open it to replace the headlight- gave them back to me in pieces & said, oh go buy some new ones and bring us the receipt we will reimburse you, but I cant give you proof that we broke them in writing.. Yeah because when I actually bring it back someone who hates their job even more is going to argue with me to death about how I cant get reimbursed for this.. lets be real..(& since when do you need to take the tire off to change the headlight.. you simply turn the wheel to the left, I even know this- I can do it myself but it was 20 degrees so figured while it was in I might as well have someone else!.. (didnt get done so now I have to anyways) The guy working behind the counter bad mouths all of the employees in the garage, saying they dont know what they are doing... car went in at 9:15 for a battery change, by 11:30 was still in the garage, with the hood up/open.. on the lift.. and by this time I STILL hadnt heard whether it was faulty or not.. so I asked.. he said they went on break then bad mouthed that all the employees arent supposed to go on break at the same time, but they do.. they arent supposed to eat in the back.. but they do.. lets not forget to mention they LEFT my car open and unattended for an hour in the bay!! I know that is an absolute NO, the same person who starts needs to finish it.. 2 employees not in uniform, not wearing their glasses in the garage.. Another guy was getting an oil change had to get called out to open his hood because they couldnt.. he came back in so mad saying the employee was pulling his gas lever, not the hood lever (right next to it) LOL... I didnt end up leaving until 12:30 when it was finally done, 3.5 hours again for a battery! They werent even going to refund the $12 that they state when you leave your old one either, until I said something about it.. seriously I wouldnt ever ever ever go here again even if every service was free. Never. There was so much else but Im not going to keep going. Avoid yourself the hassle.. if you need tire work done go to a smaller chain, they are way faster, and care more.. oil changes.. same thing, grease monkeys has me in and out in less than 18 minutes and if you go before 10 its like $10 off or something.

Ive see the techs looking at the computer and talking to each other more then doing anything I came at 1:20 which I seen no cars in the shop and 1 guy in front of me it now 4:00 and my truck is still in the shopThey dont even trust the techs to take the drin plug out so they suck the oil out of the dipstick tub. All I have to say is wow!

Ever been to a self serve auto shop? I have, its Wal-Mart. Incompetence or belligerence is the employee norm thanks to Wal-Mart management, they are overworked and manning the auto counter is optional, not full time. Registers dont work or always seem to crash. At least the oil is reasonably priced, when stock is maintained. Same for batteries. Cant trust them with oil changes or tires ever again.

Lack of leadership and professionalism. Employees arguing in front of customers and commenting that the other should get fired. I had a flat tire at 5p on a Sunday and it was the closest place that was open. Terrible experience. I did find a manager and they apologized for the situation. Bottom line, Id rather be stuck on the road than go back to this auto center.

Me and my husband just left there, there was another couple in front of us and the guy behind the counter told them they were the last customer of the day, even tho there open till 9pm, and the guy at counter smelled horribly that i could smell him over by where the batteries were. Went in today for a 3rd brake light replacement. She said it would be an hour and half minimum to change the 3rd brake light.No-one was waiting at the counter but me. The dark haired girl looked up the bulb number. She said it was a 1157 bulb. I Said, no way is the 3rd brake light 1157. I watched a video on how to change the bulb but didnt want to do it, being tired from getting up 4:30 a.m. in the morning to do a really hard job. I said it was a small light. The dark head girl said we will go over to the isle to look at the bulbs on the shelf. So we walked over to the shelf she picked up the 1157 bulb. It was big bulb and round. I said no ithe 3rd brake light is a small bulb. She said we could take it apart in about hour and half and see the number on the actual bulb.. I said there is alot of empty hangers and out of stock of many different types of bulbs. When we got back to the counter, 4 customers were waiting.in line.She immediately proceeded to help the 4 customers who would be put in line ahead of me increasing my hour and a half wait further.Knowing she didnt put in the computer, I asked if she put me in the computer. She said she didnt. So I turned and walked Away. I give walmart tire and light bulb changer NEGATIVE ( 7 )STARS.Look walmart if you offer a service dont you think the expert behind the counter have at least a level of knowledge of at least how to find the correct 3rd brake light bulb replacement numbered bulb?? I gotta a business plan copied from walmart. We have no way to find out what goes in that electrical circuit but we will just guess.Fu walmart.

Went to get my oil changed. The next day my car overheated and had to get it towed. When it was brought to the shop they said there was hardly any in the car and what I had left was dirtt and needed to be changed. So Im guessing they just never changed it. 👍
