It was 158 degrees last week when I was having battery trouble. No problem! Stuart was very cool to test my battery, then replace it when he looked and found out it was still under warranty. I also happened to notice three other Bellevue Public Schools employees receiving great service in store at the same time as I was there. That can only mean one thing. Advances Bellevue location must have a reputation for doing right by BPS employees. So whether you are my colleague in BPS or my neighbor in Bellevue, I recommend Advance Auto Parts Bellevue.

EXCELLENT!!!! I showed up in the middle of a snowstorm, missing one of my wiper blades and in 10 minutes from in the door to out of the door, John had me all taken care of! The service was so friendly, he looked up my wiper blades immediately and walked me over to show me the options, and even helped me find a great option for longevity. Prices were fantastic, I got a better set of wiper blades than I normally do, for cheaper than my normal cost because they were even running a special! John had them installed before I even realized he was done, and I was out the door and on my way in a much safer driving setup! I cannot say enough good things about the service, highly highly recommend, and so very appreciated!!! Thank you John and Advance Auto Parts for taking care of me unexpectedly in the middle of a snowstorm!

Honestly the vibe was off and not completely sure why but as a female I always feel judged when I come here. I was in and out quickly. I needed a new gas cap and the individual ensured he got me the right cap because my car has multiple options.

I always go to Advance Auto Parts they have always treated me very good.. The woman that put on my windshield wipers was very nice and friendly. I felt bad it was snowing and cold to be out there. She was awesome!! Thank you!!

So I have to share this most awesome act of kindness that happened to me today.....after work my little battery light was on and since I live an hr away I figured I should get it checked out. Turns out it was the alternator and it was dying. I go to advance auto parts and not only do they have the part, but the guy calls in another guy and they both replace it FOR FREE! On the eve of thanksgiving. They were too kind and I was very appreciative. There are good ppl in this world 😊

Online purchase enables a discount not found in the store, no add-on once you click and pay, just pick it up. Decent selection and service, chose this place over the other 3 in the area.

This is the worst automotive store Ive been to. Ive been here on multiple occasions and each time it gets worse. The employees seem to not care or not know what they are doing. Ive even told them how to do their own job. Ive even tried to apply for a job there to help out while they were hiring but every time I called they said they would tell the manager to call me and setup an interview. I called every other day in a total of calling 5 times and Ive never heard again from them. This place is rogue and horrible. I recommend going across the street to somewhere where they actually know what theyre doing. I do have to say there are people there who know what theyre doing and help however much they can and those people know who they are but the majority of them have no clue.

I shop at 3 different Omaha area Advance Auto Parts stores and this one in Bellevue is the fastest, Friendliest and most knowledgeable in the area!
